We needed to bring down and remove a dilapidated 2-story structure along with an outbuilding. Because of safety issues and tight quarters among numerous utility lines, trees, and neighboring property lines/structures we couldn t afford shortcuts and needed experienced pros with the right equipment, insurance, and a price we could live with. Chuck Kinsel and his crew delivered.Despite the issues that required their smaller excavator Josh surgically brought the structure down on itself safely and efficiently. We were impressed, and so were the neighbors. The site was thoroughly cleared of debris and smoothed over, and you would never know a structure stood there.We ve hired many service providers over the years and it s fairly rare to find one so conscientious about all aspects of their operations, and even more so to find one that asks for constructive feedback afterwards. They were responsive, communicative, and easy to work with, and everyone was friendly and respectful. We re happy our instincts to hire them were validated. We ll be hiring them again to put in a gravel driveway, and keep them in mind in the event we need assistance with similar projects or their other services including various excavation work, septic systems, lot clearing, and hauling.Update: In Nov 2023 Kinsel installed a septic treatment system, installed a clean-out port in a sewer line, and repaired a couple loose sewer line connections found during their work (at no additional charge). As always, they did a great job at a reasonable price.

Kinsel Trucking & Excavation are the best around!! Came in and had our old house demoed and filled in a few days!! Efficient and professional!! Looks awesome, Charlie Smith worked so hard. Especially during a unbearable wave!!! Beautiful results and we highly recommend Kinsel for anything you need done properly.

Could not have asked for more!They showed up to look at our sewer emergency and got us a quote the same day we called. All repairs were completed the next day. The crew sent out was very respectful of our property and did fantastic work. I would definitely recommend them.

Working with Kinsels from start to finish was a breeze! Every email was replied to quickly, answering questions and relaying updates. Oscar and the crew were great. They gave us a timely, reasonable quote, and a fast service schedule. We appreciated that they were sure to explain easily what the issues were. Our basement flooded on a Saturday afternoon. I called Kinsel and requested an emergency dig and they couldn t have been more accommodating. They had the city mark utility lines and were at our house digging within 2-3 hours. They worked, on a Saturday night, until almost 11pm to ensure we had water to use. We couldn t have asked for more. Hardworking, friendly, and caring people!

I've had Kinsel Trucking and Excavating to our property a couple times. Most recent was to assist with a new septic system. Chuck and Oscar sent a crew of two very polite young men. I was very impressed with the quality of work they did . They were here for a couple days and I kept thinking that they should take a break for they were two hot Canadian smoke filled days, but they continued until the job was completed to my satisfaction. If you're looking for a good honest Trucking and Excavating company give Chuck or Oscar a call. They'll make sure your job gets done and done right.

Kinsel Excavating came to fill a well for us. The guys arrived a little early and went right to work. They had to fill down to 48 ft. They brought the filler dirt in 2 truck loads. Had it inspected and filled and cleaned up within a few hours. In a previous job, they ran a water line and installed 2 hydrants to our barn. We are very pleased with their work and will call them again for some landscaping in the future.

Kinsel trucking and Excavating installed our new septic tank today. I would highly recommend them for your job they was very efficient and done a wonderful job. Took great care and did not bother anything around our flower bed unless they first asked. Ours was kinda a tight squeeze because of the existing flower area but it came out wonderful. They will be back to work on the area once it settles. I thank them so much!

I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I had a sewer emergency on the weekend. I made a call on a Sunday morning expecting an answering machine. My call was answered and told he could come out that afternoon to look it over. I had an estimate that evening, and I was able to have the work done the next afternoon, which was unexpected. They were able to add me to their busy schedule. It was such a relief. I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed. The plan was clearly explained to my satisfaction. The crew was also very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend.EDITEDAlthough I was extremely happy with the initial work that was done, I was not happy with the price of the return to grade, seed, and fertilize. I should ve asked more questions about exactly what would be done. Lesson learned. I would recommend that you hire someone yourself to do this. It was very costly for something that took less than 30 min. and I am left with a great deal of work I was trying to lessen. Just be sure you know exactly what you are getting for your money.

Kinsel helped us with an erosion problem along a stream bank. They Put three truckloads of number six rock along our stream bank and smoothed out the sides before that. The excavator and the bobcat worked very well together and were able to get the work done in one day. We re very happy with this turn out as this is saving our garage from going down into the stream. Thank you Oscar. Your guys were great!

Kinsel Trucking and Excavating replaced a portion of my sewer line. They were knowledgeable in regard to the questions I had, and took the time to answer questions about the work they would be doing at every step of the process. They were friendly, polite, on time, and scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. Sometimes contractors will talk down to, or be inappropriate toward, a single young woman looking to get work done around the home or yard. This was NOT the case here - I felt very comfortable having Oscar and his team around and was never made to feel like anyone thought I was stupid or silly. I also did not feel taken advantage of financially as a result of my lack of knowledge - the price quotes seemed fair and comparable to those for similar jobs when I did some research online. Additionally, they were able to recommend a reliable individual for some masonry work I needed done, which was greatly appreciated. I would very much recommend them to others, and, in fact, am now in the process of scheduling with them to install a foundation drainage system for my home.
