I recently called, was transferred to the service department. When I explained my issue Travis laughed and said you expect me to fix that. I proceeded to say that there was no reason to laugh and if I could talk to his manager. He said he was the manager. I understand if this place cannot fix my problem but laughing made me feel so small. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Great car dealership. The service department is outstanding. Mechanical and electrical problems are diagnosed correctly by a knowledgeable and highly trained staff. The work is consistently of high quality and is done right the FIRST time. They do not push for unnecessary repairs and treat customers fairly and honesty. Their customer service is pleasant and friendly. I recommend them for service work.

They are awesome. I have been taking my vehicles there for about the last 10 years. They are always informative, explain the problem and up front about the costs. Todd in service is the best. Thank you Davis for taking such good care of my vehicles these past years.

Excellent auto body shop! Top notch customer service as well. We had a deer collision and they went above and beyond, looked better when we got it back then when we bought it (used).

Very bad experience and would not recommend anybody go here if under warranty from GM.They did not inform of charges that were going to happen.They did not find anything nor fix anything.And the second I left the same thing started happening, which upon further looking was not even the problem they wrote down on the paper. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did zero to help, fix it understand the issue. Not a good place to good price or a good service.

They do great work,someone backed into our car and insurance had us take it to Davis to fix damage,they did a wonderful job,couldn't hardly tell where it was hit.

Brought vehicle because loss of oil pressure. I was told it was 4 quarts low and there was no leaks. Had to drive to another dealership where they found oil leaking from the pressure send unit which I'd a known recall on this vehicle. Don't trust they don't know what they are doing.......

I was treated like I was looking for a hand out and my money was no good when I asked a question about car wiring and getting it put on scanner all ready new price just was trying to find out if it covered where my problem is I'll find a way to fix it if I have to drive to p town to get it fix
