Service department is always very helpful and accommodating whenever I have taken my vehicles in for work. Appreciate Craig and Wes and everyone in the shop and office! Thanks for all you do. This was probably the biggest reason I purchased my last vehicle there. Shout out to the sales department and all they do.

I would give a ZERO star if it was available. The most unprofessional place I ve ever dealt with. Ford customer service directly set us up. My vehicle had a recall issue and I needed a loaner while it was being fixed that they were supposed to provide. Everything was set up (or so I thought) my husband tows our car there (over an hour away from our home.) he arrives and deals with a VERY unprofessional lady in the auto repair shop. She had trashy leg tattoos and was nothing but rude from the moment they arrived. She said there was no recall problem and told my husband that we were told to be there at 8 for the loaner. This was also not true. I called to speak to them directly and she got mad and hung up on me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Nothing but trash works here.

First time at this Dealer and very impressed with this Dealership. Greeted us on arrival, & kept us informed and thanked us on our exit. Very thoughtful and professional. Technical support is tops.

bought a car there for my wife had it 3 weeks. Needed multiple repairs from brakes, to parts for the motor. Then had to fight for Manufacturing warranty with the dealership. Then was told multiple times by their service department that vehicle repairs would be done on this day and that. Pretty much had to keep calling until they finally decided to move to a faster pace on getting the car back. (You would think the dealership would double check these used vehicles before selling them)

Have had mostly good experiences. One or two minor issues that were remedied within a reasonable time frame. All in all, I ll continue to take personal and work vehicles here. Actual service on the vehicles has always been good. Would recommend to others if asked

Great service! Fast, comprehensive service people. Unlike many dealerships they carry an extensive array of parts on hand, so you can get your car or truck back same day. If you already know what is needed, they will overnight parts beforehand to have them ready to put in! Also, this is the only place you will ever want to buy and trade vehicles again! Sharp, helpful, no-nonsense sales people treat you right and make fast, great deals! Highly recommend!

My husband Alvin and myself would recommend Davis Ford to everyone. Very friendly and they know u by name. Other places do not! Wonderful service. Wonderful staff. The very best team. If u go elsewhere u will be sorry!

We purchased a 2010 ford f 250, the staff was the BEST we had a problem with the truck 1 month out of warranty the staff fixed it at NO charge, that to us was going above customer service. Will be buying my next truck at Davis ford. Would give them a 10, thank you Davis

I do most of my own work the staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to talk to me about any questions I have. prices are fair and the parts department has sometimes better prices than aftermarket auto parts stores

I've been dealing down there for 10 years or more on new vehicles I go there for service instead of going anywhere in Peoria I just soon drive to Canton it's friendly Quick Service Department make my appointment there's never a wait and the work is always done in a timely fashion at a fair price

I test drove a car here and the airbag light was on. Tax time car or not, I feel that it is a safety issue that should be corrected before being able to sell it.
