Austin Chapman at the Chuck Taylor State Farm Office in Canton, IL has went above and beyond helping my family with home and auto insurance recently. Austin s hard work and dedication to his clients is greatly appreciated. Shelley Courtney also offered to keep the office open late for my family to turn in paperwork! We highly recommend Chuck Taylor State Farm Office for all insurance needs!

I had a great experience. I dealt with Austin & he was fantastic about explaining everything to me. He made the whole experience much more comfortable by making small talk as we were discussing my policy options. It honestly felt more like a conversation with a friend. I definitely recommend them!

Chuck and the entire staff at my local State Farm office are always incredible! Been there for years and cant imagine taking my business to anyone else. The claims department on the other hand was very slow. Shelley was able to get things moving along for me with contacting the right people. She was very helpful, patient and thorough with entire process!

We have been with Chuck Taylor State Farm for many years! He and his staff have always been the most helpful insurance company we ve ever had. We are especially happy with Jessica Bac. She has been the most helpful with helping us as we ve reached retirement age, getting signed up for Medicare, and helping us with supplemental insurance. I m feel that we got the best deal ever! Thanks so much!!

I have been a client of this office for many years. All of my families insurance needs are handled here. They are very responsive to our needs and are very prompt to respond to all calls and emails! Chuck has a true gem in Shelley! She is very personable, knowledgeable and polite! She will always take care of your needs and get your questions answered and issues resolved. I would highly recommend this agency and State Farm to anyone!

Tiffani and Jessica at Chuck Taylor State Farm were both extremely helpful with getting my insurance policy started! They answered any questions I had and made sure I understood everything prior to proceeding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have insurance with State Farm!

Our family has had insurance with State Farm for over 48 years of marriage & my husband & I were with State Farm even before we were married on our parents' policies. We have always had excellent service, Chuck and his staff have always been friendly and helpful when we have experienced a claim. Three generations of insurance with this agency speaks for their five star reputation.

Great rates for auto, life and renter s insurance and everything explained thoroughly. Gabby was great. I had to change insurance because of moving to Idaho. My car registration was still in Illinois, so I did all of the car insurance stuff with her, but I had to get renter s insurance for my apartment out here. Gabby set all that up with an agent out here and made it painless for me. They also gave me a free 2022 US atlas for the drive. Highly recommend!

I pushed that star two times andI think it should show ten stars. That needs to be fixed.I went to that agency in 1957 to insure my car.Chuck s dad Howard took it over later and now Chuck.I have all my insurance with them and from the time a post jumped out in the road and bit my car to a really bad hail storm I have had nothing but fast and fair service. They are all great but lately it seems I need more body work done on me than my car. That s Jessica s department. It seems they keep wanting to over charge me for my prescriptions. I call her and she says I will take care of it, a few minutes later and she calls and says it s taken care of. Last time she said I will take care of it but it will take a little longer and she went to CVS at Target and got a Target gift with what they owed me on it and texted me that it was in the mail. There is above and beyond service but that way mote than that. Thank you Jessica.

We hit a deer on October 28 and corporated hasn't done anthing toward our claim and I spoke with Shelley at Chuck Taylor and she has been fantastic helping us even though she can't control corporate she sat a hold for a long time trying to get us. answers. Thanks again Shelly. Mike & Carol

I am so impressed with Chuck Taylor State Farm. Shelley is my favorite, I can literally drop her an email and go on with my day. By the time I get back to it, she's resolved my issue and emailed me back. You cannot beat small town personal service!
