All of my experiences have been fast and the employees are always kind and knowledgeable. I've never experienced a long wait. I had a woman (I wish I could remember her name) go out of her way to make sure I had all the information and necessary paperwork for my needs, along with recommending cost efficient places to obtain additional documents i needed.

As far as DMVs go I have to say the folks at Canton's are pretty great! The last time I was out there, I got pretty lucky and was the only one there (besides the staff). I had several things to take care of, and they really went above and beyond to help me with everything I had that day. Sometimes, the DMVs get a bad rap, give them the respect they deserve, a little patience too, and they'll move heaven and earth for you!

I went to renew my license a year ago and the woman I dealt with was very rude. I brought the required documentation, she picked up my pile of papers and said "What's all this?" I started to tell her and she interrupted me by saying "I don't need all that!". She also made a rude comment about my hair color. Incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional woman.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very efficient. When my teenager took his test, the examiner went through the points he needed work on, even though he passed. Highly recommend.

There is one older woman there, who I believe is the manager, that is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered and that s saying something; I used to work at Walmart. She was so cruel and condescending that as soon as I left the doors I began to cry. Two of the other employees had to apologize for her behavior. I ve heard she is terrible to everyone.

The ladies here are extremely helpful and patient with me. They all work together to get my stuff done and never are rude. Best DMV ever.

After having dealt with government offices for over fifty years, this was a nice experience. The Secretary of State facilities have improved over the years but the smaller facility is an even better experience. The staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out getting address changes on my driver's license and vehicle registration in about fifteen minutes. Best SOS visit ever.

I went into this facility to renew my annual car stickers. In the past this experience has been a very enjoyable one. There was a large crowd of socially spaced people all wearing masks, including myself. We were all well behaved, complying and in good spirits. One of the clerks jumped all over me for not standing on the arrow and told me and about 4-5 others to wait outside. Very rude. This lady needs to remember that she is working for me and 12 million other IL residents. If I hadn't been treated professionally by another clerk when I completed the process that 2 stars would have become a 1 star. Lady, you don't own the place, you merely work there! Your customers are not children. You need to take a course in customer service.

The lady that helped me with getting my real id was very kind and helpful. However there was another lady working; who was very rude to customers. To the point where the lady helping me apologized for the other woman's behavior.

Quite possibly the most RUDE place ever to get anything done. It must just be a miserable place to work. There is one lady who is ALWAYS nice and helpful. The older lady just seems to hate absolutely everyone that comes in the door. The DMV is there to help citizens get what they need. However, they seem to think we are coming in the door knowing all there is to know about all subjects of the DMV.

I went to the Canton IL Secretary of State office because I needed to get a state ID and found the staff very efficient and courteous. We also had to get plates and title transfer and employee Jamie was most helpful and she was very nice. We appreciated the time, efficiency, and attention given to get the job done.

Not good at all,my wife only needed an address change,and expire date was changed incorrectly,donor got changed for no reason,poor follow on details

Took a good friend here to get her liscense and they were very kind. We did not have the appropriate paper work. They let us sit down and get the paper work emailed to my phone and then continued on with her taking her driving test.

Do not go there the people working there are the rudest people I have ever seen they deserve to be fired . I have never seen people that bad before. I'm going to report them to the state of Illinois

Was fast and efficient. A lot depends on what day and time you come. Very knowledgeable staff also.
