I would give zero stars if Goodle would allow I had to go to S&S Auto to fix what they did to my car. They took $1800 and it was still messed up. They couldn t even connect the valves correctly. Stay away.

Third time I have done business at Swise. Very satisfied with the work and service was faster than expected. Cost of this service was less than the bigger shops. Doing business locally helps the local people and not the "BIG" guys. Will do business with Swise again.

Well I just had my truck fixed here and drove it back to the hotel. I will update my post later if needed. But on the front side I found the people working here to be really amazing and so friendly. This place was recommended by the Ford dealer here in Canton so that is another bonus.

Honestly I wish I could give them negative reviews. Called at 1 a.m. after locking my keys in my car after getting off work, they said they d be there ASAP. After 2 hours of waiting they started rejecting my calls, then today I called to complain to them and they hung up. Horrible service

My husband took his truck to Bob s & Swiss Towing to get 4 tires, he had in bed of truck, valve stems switched and replaced. Husband told them to call him if there are any other issues.Well, they switched out the tires and 1 valve stem. There were also 4 studs missing. Not only didn t they call my husband to see what he wanted to do about it, he had the studs right there in the truck. They also didn t balance the tires.He also said he needed the license plate light assembly hooked up and something to do with a brake system for a 5th wheel camper.He goes to pick up the truck and a gal in the office gets snotty with him saying Oh, we didn t have time to do all that other stuff. WTHECK- the mechanics can t tell a customer when they come in.Then the topper is what is written on the receipt. Not liable if wheels come off because of missing studs on all wheels. Have pictures before work was started. Service: Tires

This place showed up within minutes. Towed my truck to my house. Talked with me about the truck. They were personable, nice, respectful, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I was in a car accident and whoever showed up to tow the car was a completely unpleasant person totally insensitive to the situation. My husband would have turned his knees inside out if he was there in person to hear the way he was speaking to me. I was the one in the car accident buddy not you you get to go home and drink a beer while I go sit in the hospital. Completely rude. Karma will get you.

My car was stranded at Spoon River College and no one at AAA could seem to find a person to tow it but they could search and it might take 2 hours. A class mate of my daughters gave us the number for Bob's & Wise and they were there within 15 minutes and it cost me less than if I would have used AAA. Thanks so much helping. If I ever need a tow I will give you a call

They did a bad repair on my SUV and I ended up broken down the same day I got it back from the shop. They refused to refund me for any of the parts or labor. I lost $1,000 and ended up needing an entire new rear end put on my SUV afterwards. Unreal.

Excellent service!! Was able to pick up my dead SUV at about noon and had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 2:00pm. Can't beat that no matter how hard you try!

Crooks. 675 dollars to tow my truck 5 miles.plus winching. Bob rude old man and son following in his foot steps. There's better companies around. Not these guys.....

Towed my truck. Refused to let me to get my stuff. Tried to fight me. Very unprofessional go to anytime towing instead. These guys are crooks.

Employee was rude and left my battery running on top of it all gave me a flat tire so i wont use them again

I don't see how these guys are still in business. Dealt with them before and they are super rude and unprofessional. They also are known animal abusers. Go somewhere else.
