Great service! My 2010 Toyota Sienna runs like a new van! Not only did I get a great oil change, they also checked all my lights, blinkers and tires. They even put in a new air filter that I had in the van at no extra cost. I can't say it enough, great service!

Fast and friendly service. Big Rays fills the gap for full service that gas stations used to provide beyond oil changes such as oil, fluid, and air checks.

Mike and the Steve's are always nice and willing to help with any mechanical needs... fast oil changes and great service!UPDATE: Again, it's never a disappointment when I go to Big Rays for any of my vehicle issues. As always, great service and transmission cleanser seems to be doing its job properly. Thanks Mike for always providing me with the best service possible, you guys rock!

Quick and friendly service. One of the few quick oil change places left in the area. It is nice to not have to schedule an appointment ahead of time A little expensive but consistent with other price increases. $80 for my little car. Once you get in there it only takes 15 minutes or so.

Thry didn't do any work for me. But they did diagnose an issue with my transmission leaking fluid. So they topped it off and we are still waiting to get in the shop.

They are always very nice and professional. The prices are reasonable,and they have different oil changes to pick from I always go with the one that you can come back anytime and they will top you off free. I love the dog too!

I was getting the oil changed on my dad's VW golf and he made me super nervous about making sure it was correct since I guess they're finicky. Mike and the crew were super patient and answered all my questions kindly. They had a filter delivered and had the right european synthetic oil ready to go. I've brought 3 Hondas and 2 GM vehicles here the last 3/4 years and I don't have a complaint. Friendly people here. One time I requested synth blend and they put in full synth, I informed them what I had requested, and they gave me the synth blend price - other places would've disregarded the situation and charged me for the latter.For $25, they charge me labor if I bring in my own oil and filter and while this does make my oil changes cost more, I'm satisfied as I am getting what I prefer specifically for my vehicles. Not too many other places will do this and this is why I keep going back to them for my vehicles.Service: Oil change

Very unprofessional. I went for an oil change and things seemed fine until a couple days later when my car started leaking oil. I went to fix it myself before realizing they had stripped the plug making it unusable. They not only did not notify me that the plug was striped but apperantly put in their system that I mentioned the plug being striped when I didn't. Frankly I am disappointed and will not be returning to this place. I can understand making a mistake and stipping a few plugs every now and then but not telling the customer and then lieing to try and cover yourself is indefensible.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Big Ray s is a true blessing for our community. I have been depending on you since you opened in Canton. I am on my own, and know nothing about vehicles, and appreciate all the services you offer, as well as the wonderful, friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. I know your mechanics have spotted a problem with my vehicle, while doing the oil change, and I was able to get the problem to a shop and fixed before I found myself stranded with a broken down vehicle. The fact I can stop in between oil changes for tire and fluid checks is a god send. Your staff always goes above and beyond to provide wonderful service with a smile! Thank you! And God Bless. These guys are about the most friendly and helpful service folk I have ever encountered. Double thumbs-up!!!Appended: I went there for a second time (about a month later) and had exactly the same experience. These folks understand customer service, and could not be more friendly and helpful. This is the place to go for an oil change in Canton.

Super fast oil change! Took 15 minutes where others have over an hour wait. I didn't even have to leave my car! The guys who did the oil change were friendly as well. A+.

Friendly staff and the shop is open late. I work 45 minutes from town and it is difficult to fins a place the is still open when I get back to town. As an added bonus they offer a veterans and military discount. Quick clean oil change.

If I could give it 0 or negative stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Shady business practices, no accountability, intentional lack of documentation of services.Go in for an oil change, be rushed out (after 1-1.5 hours of waiting) with a leaky oil change and free transmission flush worth $200 about a week later, the transmission began slipping and grinding noises began. Had my car inspected once the problems began: my specific transmission should not have been flushed in the first place and the wrong fluid was used. Not once did I say I was having issues when I returned to Big Ray s to get a print out- the guy who was on duty the day of the incident (and was so excited to say well good news is you got a free transmission flush, bad news is we are out $200 ) was on duty this day and saw me- he immediately got on his phone- the only thing he said to me was, call 855-big rays, they know what happened and walked away. Nothing but an oil change from that day was documented. I spoke with Daniel, the regional manager (if I recall correctly), the admission of guilt was stated right from the start without me saying a word about any issue: per Daniel I only received a drain and fill, whatever problems I m having aren t their problem, I never received a flush, and a drain and fill is the only thing he will have documented at that point. Only then did I say my car was in the shop (never before, intentionally) and Big Ray s in Canton messed up. 1. I went in for an oil change only, transmission should have never been touched, 2. I was told that day that I got a free transmission flush and the response from Daniel was I talked to him about saying that , 3. I had never had issues with my transmission or car prior, not once had my certified dealer ever say I needed a flush: Daniel stated that that s where things get sketchy and that every car requires a transmission flush at 60-70k miles (again, did not go in to have my transmission messed with), 4. the guys were overwhelmed with training the new guy (again, not the customer s problem and they seemed so overwhelmed when I pulled up and they all rushed inside from sitting in their cars), 5. I was told by Daniel that they did, in fact, use the specific transmission fluid that my car required- however, this was not the case as it s specific and available to brand-specific certified places- Big Ray s Canton is not one of them. I asked Daniel how he could prove that the specific brand was used, he said that he was telling me it was, then I said it was never documented in the system. Daniel s reply to this was a laugh and telling me why should it be, it was a free service, that doesn t have to be documented. Not good business practice, but it certainly cuts out the liability for them, Big Ray s in Canton, IL. Essentially I have not heard back from Daniel (as I was told he d call back), there has been no accountability for their services/mess up, there has been no responsibility on their end for their awful service and shady business practices, and the staff- from the guys in the shop to Daniel- should not be trusted to touch a car or manage a business. Unfortunately, I now know I m not alone in this after talking with others at my place of work- I wish I knew before going in for an oil change and leaving with leaking oil and transmission issues (plugs next to each other or not, the professional should know better and own up to/take responsibility for mistakes and the effects of their mistakes).I highly suggest avoiding this location unless you want to run the risk of doing more harm than good on your car. I hope others don t have to go through this same situation along with the pushiness, blatant disregard to people s property, lack of accountability, and complete shadiness of the staff and management. It will save you a lot of money and frustration when you pick another location to go to.Service: Oil change

Good people and good service! Fast and affordable. They may even cut you deals! I recommend taking your vehicle there.
