Very happy with the service dept. I went in because my check engine light came on and was told I would probably need a new turbo charge assembly which would have cost around $1500+. After they checked it out it was only a $200 part and is running great. Thanks Brian for letting me updated throughout my 2 visits there.

Had a great experience with Gage today. Called about a vehicle they had listed online. When I arrived, the vehicle was pulled up to the door and we test drove it. The vehicle was in great shape for a used car and was exactly as reported online. Have made the financing easy and straightforward and had us out the door in less than two hours. Great customer service!

Totally wasted my time and money very strongly DO NOT recommend...a total rip off !!! Don't waste your money go somewhere else ....I should've listened to the many people who told me not to go there hope you can learn from my mistake....

Would have liked to buy a brand new vehicle here. They had three we were serious about. I was told we couldn t buy a vehicle here because we didn t have a trade in. Our trade in is sitting at a different dealer with a blown motor that is still under warranty and is being bought back from us because the rebuilt engine will take many months to get. So here we were with plenty of cash to buy something new and was told we couldn t. I know things are tough (according to the manager Steve). But turning away business? Poor way to do business.

Worst experience ever!!! I would never recommend this car dealership nor will I ever be back!!! Apparently they only give customers half take of gas after you spent time and 60k on truck but since they couldn't detail it since it's after hours now which they knew we were coming...They offered to give us 3/4 tank of gas....Really??? Also wanted extra 1k for our truck (which they are selling it for almost 10k over what they gave us) so willing to spilt the difference at 500.00 they come back at 314.00...Again Really??? They will nickel and dime you to get everything they can...very shady cardealership...Go somewhere else you can get much better service!!!!

I recently took my Ram with a 5.7 in to have the broken exhaust manifold bolts replaced.They did the work as scheduled and also for a little under the initial estimate. Jenice at the service desk was friendly and professional and the guys in the shop did did good work and had my truck back to me the next day. Just wanted to give them a shout out for their efforts.

I never write reviews, but this experience is deserving.I sold my first car 6 years ago on the west coast and immediately regretted it. The sentimental value with it was more than I realized, and as I grew older, I hoped to come across it one day and buy it back to keep in the family. I also understood the chances of finding 1 out of millions of cars in the states in addition to it not be in a wreck were not in my favor. With continuous research over the years, I recently located it at Art Hossler Auto Plaza. I couldn't believe my eyes as I had finally found the one thing that meant the most to me as a young man starting off his life and career. Troy and the crew were absolutely wonderful. The whole process was simple and efficient even with me being in residency out of state from the dealer. This team went above and beyond to reunite a man with his machine. Thank you all for your help with this, I will never forget this kindness.

The parts and service department is outstanding. I don't know who the supervisor is but that individual clearly walks the walk and sets a standard far above and beyond. In the years that I have been taking my vehicles there for routine maintenance I have never dealt with anyone (in that department) who was not only polite and professional, but also very friendly and willing to do whatever was needed. From rides to and from other appointments or stores to helping me figure out how to pair my phone with the handsfree app in my vehicles (three separate times). So l guess l should also add that they are patient and tolerant too I try to avoid any negative feedback on reviews because there is no shortage of those and they generally are mostly opinions based on a single imperfect experience. I do feel l have to add that with the exception of the payment office (which we all wish we could avoid visiting) the service department at Art Hossler in Canton, IL is the ONLY department at Art Hossler in Canton, IL that I will most likely ever use. (Besides Mybe their bathroom in a real emergency)

I have a so called "bumper to bumper" warranty, took my truck in to have a window motor replaced and a 12 volt outlet looked at as it hadn't worked since they replaced the radio when I purchased it. Well they repaired the window and replaced a fuse for the outlet. The warranty covered the window, but not the fuse. They charged me almost $70 for the fuse to the outlet that hadn't worked since they replaced the radio! And on top of that the window doesn't work properly!!! I spent my hard earned money on that "bumper to bumper" warranty, but they still managed to find a way to charge me for "PARTS NOT COVERED" by said "BUMPER TO BUMPER" warranty! I don't consider that good business practice. With that said I have to take the truck back again for work they can't get done right the first time, I'm curious to see if there going to try and charge me for more "parts not covered"?? I WILL UPDATE THIS POST based on my next repair that wasn't done properly the first time...."UPDATE" They did eventually make the repairs at their expense. Good job guys!

Harry hummler should not be working customer service! My father came in to get some work done on his vehicle, which we purchased from velde ford in pekin. We went to canton because it was closer. The sales man from pekin set the appointment up to with art hossler to have the vehicle dropped off and exchanged for a loaner vehicle his was fixed. So we arrived there and told my father to sit for 15 20 min to see if it was something simple and could be fixed right then and there. Well TWO IN A HALF HOURS LATER he comes back and days we don't have the part we have to order them. So my father is cleary upset because he had to wait that long and absolutely nothing was done. When he was supposed to have a loaner car set up and get back to his business that needed him there. Then Harry proceeds to order the parts and call my father multiple times and my father answers and tell him that he has the work being done with someone else, clearly, know what they're doing. I then received a BILL from them for 273.00 for doing absolutely NOTHING. This place is a joke I recommend you take your business somewhere else and don't waste your time and money there. I will be sending Harry a bill for my father's time that was wasted when I needed him at our business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HARRY.

A year and a half ago I purchased a vehicle from Art Hossler. Before purchasing my vehicle they said An Oil Change and other basic things had been through maintenance. I purchased this car after doing a nice test drive on the back roads, Everything seemed fine. A week later I decided that I just wanted to get the oil changed through my garage I take my car too (East Peoria Tire and Vulcanizing) Great work BTW!! They went to do my oil change and found that there was a little Pin broke inside my Oil Filter. This helps regulate how much oil actually being put through and into systems. I called Art Hossler and tried explaining it s only been two weeks. They were extremely Frustrated and Rude and I was explaining what was wrong. I eventually got irritated myself and handed my phone over to the Techs who had to Explain It As If they Never Heard of this before.Art Hosslee has me bring my car out. They once AGAIN acted as if they had no idea what was wrong. They also tried denying that they could have anything to do with it being broke But the only way they could not have known about this issue is if they never did an oil change originally. After explaining several minutes the issue I had to CALL East Peoria Tire and Vulc AGAIN to have them reiterate what the issue was. Once done fixing this issue they didn t care to explain what had actually been fixed and seemed more annoyed than happy they fixed a problem. Here we are about a MONTH After purchasing said Car. The Air Conditioning and Heat went out, not longer after that I had to start paying for ABS lights popping up on two of the tires. Top it off Transmission started having big time issues.. After dealing with the Art Rip-Off once before I just started taking my car to Chrysler in Peoria. All In All I finally got tired of fixing up the car that was presented to be a good running car for a couple months. I now have a New car I went to Chicago to pick up. I shopped for my car at Bermann Nissan Of Chicago. The car has been running great, Salesperson was Awesome, Service department and Financing was Great. From the phone calls to the test drive and signing paper work. I Would Never Use Art Hossler or Suggest them To ANYONE.IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE CAR.DO NOT SHOP HOSSLER.Salesman - Gage.

Good sales team. Fair selection. Eager to help make a deal happen. Not a fan of the Dodge Service Writing lady. She seems to me that she doesn't care if you have work done here or not. I ended up having my service work performed by another Dodge dealer.

Called today at 9 to just get answering machine from chevy side. Left a message. No call by 11. Called again and got transferred to chevy side to get answering machine again. Called back to talk to the operator. Asked if they were even open on the chevy side. Was told the service person was busy with a customer, but would call again shortly. I told the operator that its been 2 hours. She took my phone number with an attitude, and proceeded to aggressively hang the phone up without even saying anything. Never had a good experience with the chevy service side.

Horrible experience! Bought a truck. As I'm pulling out of lot the check engine light goes on and I have to leave truck over night....that turns into 9 days! Fast forward four months. I have to get new tires and when the good guys over at Plaza tires remove my Art Hossler tires they find 11 of the lug studs have been cut nearly off. They refused to sell me new tires because of danger. My tires were barely on truck! When I confronted Hosslers and asked them to replace the lug studs they refused and claimed I did this or the guys at Plaza did this and I did not buy the truck like this. Wow! Horrible service! Go elsewhere!!!

They are 5 star in customer service the salesmen are courteous repair shop are people persons they are also courteous very knowledgeable in their work they do.2022 they have up graded the computer system yay now I get a text message and never miss another appointment. Love my car

Easy to schedule or CHANGE your appointment to have vehicle serviced.They stay on schedule so your wait time is not excessive.

Took my vehicle in for a small issue & a simple oil change today- And my mind is blown !I don't think that I have EVER experienced such a RUDE & DISMISSIVE TONE from so many employees working for one employer in my life.And of ALL people, it was the service department receptionist/ scheduler "jeanie" (or something) and Dave the service "manager". So the 1st face u see going in and the person she transfers customer calls (with questions or complaints) to both have HORRIBLE people skills and probably the worst customer service etiquette I've ever experienced. In person AND over the phone!And I shall not leave out the short blonde (curly) haired service department employee that I encountered early this morning. The one that all but tried to beat me to the entrance Door and when I said good morning did not acknowledge me back. Since he did not beat me to the door, he did hold it open for me. I turned back to tell him Thank you and his response was barely even a nod lol! They are rude and totally snub their patrons !OH!Let me not leave out the fact that the cost of an oil change there is $ 44.00 dollars !!

Alex and his team provides an exception customer experience. We are lucky to have such an operation in our rural market. This is not the first vehicle we have purchased from Art Hossler Auto Plaza, and it will not be the last.

I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Uftring in pekin Illinois in November 19th 2020 I was having trouble with a tire so I went to Arts Dealership to see what you could do when your SERVICE Department found out that I didn't buy My Jeep from you I was Treated like I had the plague!I hope you Don't do that to anyone else!And I hope that the OWNER SEES THIS!!
