Mr. Lawrence was straight up about the problems that were going on with my car and what it would take to fix it. I asked that they do an extra hard look at the area that they were addressing and identified several other maintence/repair issues that should have been address before. I am happy to say that all the warning/sensor lights are now off and the car runs great! Thank you sir!

I just made my first car purchase here yesterday and it was such a great experience! I had a deer collision accident which left me without my first car (I finished paying off and received from my mom in high school) right before my spring semester of college started. It was awful timing to have a car totaled out and be without my own vehicle. Car hunting was miserable the weeks previous to making it out to Lawrence's Auto Clinic & Sales. I had found my "perfect" car online through CARFAX and couldn't figure out who the seller was because they didn't have that information listed. After finding car after car (some 10 minutes away others hours out of town) and it being sold before I could get to the lot or call to inquire or even test drive it, I was getting discouraged. I finally figured out my "perfect" car was only 15 minutes away Lawrence's! I called to see if the car I wanted was still available and got ahold of Brent; with only an hour before closing, he said to "come on out anyways!" I got there and the car was already pulled up front and ready for me to test drive! It drove so smooth and practically looked like new! I fell in love within minutes compared to my other experiences test driving and inspecting only to still feel hesitant. Wes and Brent were wonderful and gave me their honest opinion on it's maintenance/quality/durability. I was only there an hour and out the door with my new car! Thank you so much fellas!! I will surely be going back there and recommending to friends if/when they're in need of a car. I'm also going to start regularly going there for maintenance and oil changes/tire rotations because I truly feel they are trustworthy compared to other places around SoIL and they already know my car! SO SO happy with my experience and my purchase!

Bought a sweet Honda Odyssey here for a great deal! I had no help driving my other car home when I went up there to buy it, so they allowed me to park my old car there for a week until I could afford to bring it home. Very nice people, I'd happily buy another car here. Thanks to Brent for all his help!

Brent and Mr Lawrence were very helpful and that they want me to be completely satisfied with the vehicle I'm looking at. I hope to report back with more positive feedbackI'm reporting back and I don't have the same outlook as the beginning. All I will say is that I revised my score down to 1 star and I will say buyers beware and proceed with extreme caution. I was far to trusting. Don't get to comfortable. Just look around your first impression will be correct.J

So I got my car here I believe at the end of January. But it took all day to get it off the lot, and I now feel I probably should have chosen a different car that day.For starters, the test drive went well. The car worked fine. After buying it, I didn't even make it to the high way before it broke down, with the transmission hose falling off. Very thankful I was halfway home on the high way.After we got done pushing it as far as with could with my mother's car, it took the auto clinic a few hours to fix the issue (putting the hose on and refilling the transmission fluid).This isn't me attacking the shop, because they handled the situation well and were extremely professional. But this was an issue that I feel was somewhat tied to the shop.

I know someone who bought a car cheap here and it didn't even make it two miles away before it started smoking. He left it parked on the side of the road and left to get tools and such and when he returned a fire truck and a police car were there. The front of car was totally melted and was cut by firefighters. They said it was on fire. He ended up calling his insurance company who in turn forced the dealer to refund all money back for the car bought here. Stay away from here and their lemons!

Good people in a good shop. Always get the work done and done well. They have changed out radiators for me, fixed transmission issues, done maintinance tasks, and now they are swapping an engine for me. Glad they are around!

I know the owners quite well very nice people are highly recommend them treat them as you like to be treated you treated them like family they'll treat you like family

Over priced. Tried to talk the asking price down closer to kbb value but he said he looked it up on kbb and he wouldnt budge, lied about kbb even though I'd. Already looked it up myself. Then he played with his stack of "sales" just to be a cocky a-hole.

My daughter dropped her car off to have it worked on and I followed to bring her home. I understand it's a good place to get Toyota Prius worked on.
