They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.

Great place I take all my car here. He will shoot you straight and only fix what needs to be fixed at a fair price.

If you are needing any service done on your vehicle there is truly no other place to go in Southern Illinois then here. Jim is by far one of the nicest and most reasonable person to deal with. He will absolutely go out of his way to make sure your vehicle is fixed, and done correctly. Jim and his staff are very friendly and helpful and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Fast friendly and fair. My truck broke down and he had it fixed that day, and he even gave me a ride home 10 miles away when I dropped it off.
