Bought a few cars from them. I always go up there just to look and see what they have plus it's something that I. Enjoy doing and it is good for my mental so. I always go up there. They have a nice looking great. Looking new for civility. So I always go up there. Cause I want to get me. A Cadillac and if it's going to be a 4 cylinder, the cat like which I'm not big on 4 cylinder engines, but if the car pitched the size, then maybe other than that, I have to have a 6 or 8.But I have to also have 6 or 8 money. Don't need a Turbo because that's just another thing to fix when it breaks down and messes up your hole. Engine plus I don't think I need to drive that fast just fast enough if I have to but I'm working on it. Hopefully, I could walk in and just pay cash and be done with it in Jesus. Name, I pray. How about that. No car, no. No car note for me. How about that

Thought this place had respect for their customers but they re just out to get money . I traded in my 2009 ford edge for a 2020 Ford edge . Within a week I brought it back with some concerns about the vehicle. The sales person John told me that I didn t know what I was talking about it was just because I went from an older car to a new car. Yesterday morning my wife almost get hits by a truck because the car stopped in the middle of traffic. I get the car towed there for a 8:30 am appointment and they car didn t start getting worked on till 10:30 because my ford pass notified me . Called back spoke with Kim she told me that if I needed anything call her with questions I did I wanted to know the truth about my car . No lies she said it need a water pump and it couldn t get ordered till Monday. This whole weekend is a busy weekend for me I have to cancel important events because I have no transportation and they have no loaner cars . Also they let the manager come in without telling them what happened. A whole bunch of misinformation and miscommunication. And me and my family are stuck without a vehicle on our most important weekend. This is ridiculous and unacceptable

I want to take this time and comment on one of your representatives at Lincoln dealership. Mr. Ken, he is the most kindness, patient, and accommodating rep/service person at this dealership. He speaks well, shows he cares and available for questions. If we could duplicate him, I believe you would have more business. I enjoy going in for service and meeting with him to support my needs. Mr. Ken is the absolute best at this location (NAPLETON LINCOLN RIVER OAKS).

I would not recommend allowing this dealership to service your car. Upfront communication is terrible especially with the pick up/delivery option. They didn t explain their process , my car is a 2022 Corsair, totally under warranty, delivered my car and did not do any of the routine maintenance. I gave them authorization to do my oil change, tire rotation, point inspection and that still wasn t enough. Long story short, they didn t have the curiosity to say. Mrs. Walker, bring your car in and we will make it right for you. Instead. Don t go here. Instead, take your car somewhere else. I tired my neighborhood. Won t attempt to do that away.

This Napleton dealership was a nice place to do business. While purchasing a vehicle is never one of the top things on our list to do our salesperson Vince along with his associates made the entire purchase very pleasant. We love our new vehicle and happy with the overall experience.

I recently brought in my Nautilus for service November 8th at 8:30 am. I used my reward points to pay for the services. Upon reviewing my receipt I noticed that I had been charged for an oil change even tho my oil changes are free. I have been trying to get the amount for my oil change refunded to my rewards balance to no avail. I even asked for a service credit towards future service to my vehicle and still no headway. It saddens me that this is the level of service that I have received, knowing that I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 years. As a ford employee at the Chicago Assembly Plant who proudly produces the Lincoln Aviator, this is far from what I expect from a well respected dealership such as Napleton nor such a prestigious company such as Lincoln. Please help me to remedy this issue. It would really mean a lot to be made whole again in regards to the reimbursement of my rewards or in the form of a future service credit. Thank you.

Took my vehicle in Wednesday with a scheduled appointment. Didn't hear from them until the following Tuesday when I called. Per the lady on the phone the vehicle had NOT been looked at. Told me there was nothing wrong with it and paid more than what they quoted. Still waiting for the manager to call me. Drove the vehicle and same issue. Went to different dealer and the issue was identified and corrected. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service.

I've been a customer for a few years at Napleton but unfortunately I wont return. I received a letter regarding a recall on my vehicle. I called, scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. I arrived and the service agent advised he would follow up. Roughly five hours later he called and informed me They ran out of parts the day before! What was the point of the reservation? He offered no solution nor did he attempt to reschedule my appointment over the phone. When I arrived the next day to retrieve my vehicle, he wasnt even there. I also mentioned that there was a noise coming from my vehicle. They charged me $235 to "Diagnose" what was wrong with the vehicle. The recall was not fixed, I opted to not have any repairs done and still had to pay $235. As a customer, I felt slighted and disrespected.

My experience was horrible. I empathized and hat I needed my car repaired and n ended it complete asap. I spoke with the associate who informed me they would not be able to have it completed due hat day but could have it done by 12 the following day. I told him that was fine and when I called up to the shop at 4 I was told service department was closed. I asked to speak the the manager and he told me it s nothing that he can do since the department was closed. The Han enforced me a hey will not be open tomorrow and would have to wait 2 days to figure out what is going on with my vehicle. To sum it up don t take their word for anything hung. Make sure you get everything in writing but I will not recommend this place for anything.

Service associate was very professional. The recall notice was resolved and no hassels getting a loan vahicle so I could complete important errands. I asked for and received a very fair estimate for new tires. I ll be scheduling an appointment for the tires in the next few weeks. Great experience.

My mother has been a customer of this location for more than 15 years. I've never seen a place that treats their customers so horribly. We went in last week for a recall and to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. We got there to find our that they never ordered the parts specifically for her. No part for the recall and it took 3 hours for the oil change and rotation with 2 customers in the waiting area. They called the NEXT day to say the part was in. Since she's not driving, she made an appt for today. There were issues with the appt and again no guarantee that the part was in. Tried talking to the Service manager who was extremely nonchalant and unhelpful. He couldn't guarantee that she could be seen even after explaining the issues last week. I was put out of the office. We will NEVER go back AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE GOING!

My resent experiences with Lincoln have been great! The team you all have now in service is very helpful. They are alway very friendly and helpful. They also treat you like family with your issues and concerns. They help to the best of their ability. That is very much appericated as a customer. Most time when we come in we are already frustrated and the help with patients. This is now definitely a place I love doing business with. I also recommend them to others. Jordan, Ken, Mercedes are a great group of people to see for your car problems with great results.

I have been shopping at Napleton River Oaks Lincoln for over twenty years and have always been satisfied with how I was treated. During my recent purchase of a 2023 Lincoln Corsair, I believe they outdid themselves. From the Service I received from Kennon Walker to the care and concern about my needs from Demetrius Moore, Leon Brown and Chatman Farland III, I can honestly say I have never had a more satisfying car buying experience. I would highly recommend Napleton River Oaks Lincoln to anyone who asks.

Car was serviced for a concern for the suspension. Everything turned out well. I was given a loner while the car was being serviced. When my car was returned it had been given an excellent courtesy car wash. The service team here is always exceptional, professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. I strongly recommend this service to anyone.

The service team was very nice a felt concerned bout issues I was having. They take you right away an start the 26 point check on your car an take pictures of of it while doing it. They are a bunch of good people will let them service my vehicle again.

Vehicle was brought in for major electrical/computer problems. The service department had it for a week, and they not only did not fix the issues, they could not even tell me what was the cause of the problems. Worse, the service department never called me once with a status, I had to call them every time. If I left a message, I never received a call back.

If you are looking for a Lincoln ask for Chatman Farland - he's an incredibly kind and helpful sales consultant and goes out of his way to assist. He took the time to thoroughly explain the new vehicle's functions. I had a great experience with him.

In the beginning I had major issues with my Lincoln MKZ and felt I was not being heard about what I was experiencing with my vehicle, I met with the service department representatives and talked with them and they assisted me with my concerns and saw to every complaint I had was taken care of and now my 2017 Lincoln MKZ is running like a brand new 2023. Thank You Jordan, Kennon and Kim for assisting me and helping me with getting the top priority service for my vehicle.

I had to get my MKZ serviced at this location. My first point of contact was with Ken. Needless to say from the start, I felt comfortable with the process. We set up an appointment for me to drop the vehicle off and we had a follow up conversation prior. He showed genuine empathy in regards to the situation. Unfortunately, after the diagnosis I found out everything was not covered under my warranty due to circumstances beyond my control. At that point Jordan the service manager took over the situation. Explained to me, in a way I could understand by the way, why it was not covered and as a caveat worked with me to get it corrected without it being too much of a burden on me. I was also able to secure a loaner vehicle which was EXTREMELY helpful.I would recommended this location for any Lincoln that needs to be serviced

I Recently had a four wheel alignment done at Napleton. I own a Lincoln but the work was completed in the Cadillac service department because the alignment device is there. I went in for a front wheel alignment but the young lady who checked me in came some time later and informed me a four wheel alignment was necessary. Without hesitation I stated "that's fine"....that was on a Monday.That Friday of the same week, after four days of expressway driving (approximately 60 miles a day) at 70 mph or better a rear tie-rod broke. Fortunately I was parked at a department store preparing to exit when it broke and not on the expressway. My vehicle in now in another shop getting repaired. Not only will I NOT go back to that store for any more repairs, but what is so disturbing is I was told that "when they do alignments they don't do Inspections". In my lifetime of getting my many vehicles service, especially at a dealership I have never heard such a statement. If that's the case one should be able to tell a mechanic what is wrong and that is what should be repaired. The shop where I'm having my vehicle repaired stated "they won't do an alignment without doing a thorough inspection 1st". Because there are mechanics involved if a part replacement is needed not fixing could prevent the alignment from being done correctly or lasting.Lastly, the alignment was done well. I'm not returning as a customer because I don't want to pay for another alignment because now a problem has arose and I was told on the phone "that once you drive out the door, if you hit a pot hole or have to come back within a short period of time you'll have to pay for another alignment, no warranty is offered". Even if that is the case every mechanic I have reached out to stated "with the age of my vehicle, many original parts, they should have checked the suspension".

1 star was actually generous, their Service department is TRASH and the Customer Service is TRASH. They allow a clueless young lady to deliver news about your vehicle with no knowledge for questions regarding the content she delivers. They tell you the job is 1.5 hours and won't apologize for taking 3 hours---to do NOTHING. My car literally sat for hours and all they had to do was a tire inspection. I was late to work and my sick kid was restless because of THIS ESTABLISHMENT'S careless behavior. I hope it shuts down and directs business to honest-hard working competitors.
