I m giving them 5 stars because of the customer service. I went at the end of the day and I can see in the faces of each employee that it was a long day but neither of them showed frustration and they was very polite. Jessica I believe was the supervisor was excellent she was running around like a chicken with his head cut off but she was getting the job done. It was two other employees that I didn t catch their names was excellent as well.

The staff were professional here. They get you in and out and don t oversell you with additional services. They completed the service I asked for and let me know some other minor things I got done. Good location.

From the time I pulled in to the time I left, it was about 25 minutes. Employees are very pleasant. Was very glad to see a few women doing this job! I will be returning.

I met Very. Friendly and resourceful members who gave me reasonable information on how I can keep my vehicle running well. Will definitely go back when it is ti.e to service my vehicle again!

It was a VERY long wait for service. I arrived at 6:16p and didn't leave until 7:50. The 'checks' the below tech and the top tech to 'approve' filters and gasket don't seem thorough. But will definitely give them another try. Everyone was friendly and professional. Was happy to see quite a few women not cashiering but as the oil techs.

I went for an oil change which went very quickly as soon as I pulled up they were pulling me in,I was taken care of by a young lady and a young man. The young lady informed me of everything I needed and told me I had a discount for $10 which actually increased to $15 and we all love a discount.

Very professional, helpful mechanics. I've never been anywhere that walks me around to look at my engine and shows me exactly what they found, that's what these people did. Got an oil change and some advise on my check engine light code without being sold anything I didn't need. They also had free coffee in the lobby and it was not bad.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. It was fairly quiet. I brought my own oil and filter, but it was still the same price. I should at the very least got credit for having my on oil filter or been given oneService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have an 8 car private car rental business and I have been getting my oil changes, filter changes and other miscellaneous service check ups here for years. Dan and his team always come through with the clutch when I need them, no matter how, late early or last minute I arrive. In fact this morning I showed up 20 minutes before they opened because last minute my coolant levels dropped and I had only 20 minutes before I was renting the car to someone. Dan saw me pull up, he could have looked the other way and made me wait, but instead he helped me out and I arrived to my renter on time! Thank you Dan and team, I truly appreciate you all!

That entire staff that was there the day I went in was extremely helpful even had to do a little extra to my old Lexus and did it without a problem or complaint. I have always had great customer service here this staff is awesome.

I went to this particular Jiffy Lube because the Toyota dealer was going to take about three hours until they had a chance to do my oil change..The technicians were very polite. They got me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Great alternative to going to the dealer and much more economical than having gone to the dealer.They did have K cup coffee, however, I would recommend having other coffees other than flavored coffees because not everybody likes flavored coffees.also, The waiting room is small, and was very chilly. They had a space heater, but it wasn t enough to warm the room.

I was recently there to get my oil change and had a horrible experience. The manager Kimbrough was extremely rude and demeaning to his employees by cussing and verbally assaulted employees. As well as I watched him and others take money right out of the register and put into their own pockets. I will not be returning to them anymore. Having rude and unprofessional managers are not a good environment for customers. I think that jiffy lube needs to really look into their management staffs.

Usually offers good service. This time they literally left my hose unhooked causing my car to stop in the middle of traffic! I Went in there last week they did nun of the additional services like wipe my windows etc. & almost caused me to crash & only offering 50% refund!!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a little bit of a wait because they were really busy, however an employee did come out and asked what services did I need and said they would get me in as soon as they could. I didn't get the tire rotation but they told me that I could get it next time and it would be on file. They were very courteous and showed me the filters that I needed. They also recommended what I should get to help the car run better for next visit. Thank you. I will be back.

They opened at 8am i was the first in line to be serviced. I am in a rideshare car. She didnt call Hertz until a hour after me waiting. Then she faked like she did submit it. She added oil change and wipes to the hertz bill and i DIDNT NEED WIPERS!!! they are extremely SLOW!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

My experience did not go well. I had a bottle of Lucas to add to my oil. I made the service tech aware of this prior to the start of service. The tech nor the service desk representative did not advise me that they now up charge to put in additives not purchased from you. After service was completed, I was told of this new charge. I don't agree with this new charge & I should have been informed prior to service. This to give me the option to accept or decline service. I should not be charged for any additives that I bring my self, especially when it reduces the amount of oil you would use for my vehicle. Which is a savings to your company. Completely unacceptable.

I bought a Groupon for $60. It was for a synthetic blend oil change. Once I get the oil changed I was still charged $18. Bria informed me that they have nothing to do with the Groupon prices. So they charge me and then takes $60 off of the total. That is not how Groupon works. If you aren t going to honor the Groupon you shouldn t do business with them.

My first time there I was given an underestimated time window. I waited 45 minutes before I was given a clear answer on how long the actual wait time would be. BUT I came back later in the day and was given a discount. I was accommodated for my time earlier and the employees are good with great customer service.

They usually do a courtesy quick vacuum inside which was not done and they did not check and inflate all four tires on my car. They usually wipe the windows which was not done on Saturday June 3rd when I went for service. My first experience there was absolutely wonderful and was highly impressed by the service that they provided my second visit there I was not so impressed by the service that was provided however the person that took care of me was quite professional but the others who took care of the vehicle seem to be lacking in the area's mentioned earlier. Nevertheless I will try and give them one more opportunity the next time I go in for service because perhaps it was just a bad day for the crew.Services: Tires, Oil change

If you're an Uber or Lyft Driver and need a Vehicle Inspection to drive for them this is the place to go! You will not get a lower price for an Inspection anywhere. Very fast, in and out in no time, and you're on your way. Great people working there.

No stickers no windshield wipers put three of my tires at 41 and one at 35 bought the washer fluid and had to still wait 15 more minutes for them to fill they didn t vacuum or clean windows horrible and I waited 35 mins to start with Smdh yawl need to really clean up the location
