Darnell is honest, professional and has fair prices. I prayed about having a good mechanic to be able to take care of my car after warranty. God sent me to him. One thing I've learned, you can't please everyone in any business that deals with the public. God will take care of you.

D3's Auto Repair is simply exceptional. I initially sought help at Auto Zone, and while they couldn't assist, they directed me to the owner of D3's. His customer service and quick-fix attitude immediately stood out. Despite initial confusion, I made the visit to him and it turned out I was missing a crucial piece. The owner not only identified the issue but also improvised a brilliant solution to fix my car. This experience left me thoroughly satisfied, especially after being let down by Firestone a few weeks prior. D3's Auto Repair has truly become my go-to for reliable and trustworthy service.

This is the worse customer service ever! I called and inquired about why my niece paid $185 to fix a hose. All I needed was a break down! Well I guess dude got offended that this little woman questioned him! I ve been in auto repairs/services for over 20 yrs mind you! I know my way around a car and all data! The owner then goes on a rant about the favor he did(it wasn t free so where is the favor) he proceeds to be very condescending implying that he charged too much by the end of it all this business man told me if I want a receipt to come and get it! Yes we went there! I would never recommend this place to my dog! Sad this is a black man and this is how he handles his own people! DO BETTER FOR SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE ME AND EVERYONE I KNOW WILL STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Alley mechanic at it worse. Alley mechanic out here trying to charge shop prices but doing alley mechanic quality work and giving out attitude if you ask any questions .. Worse service ever and I ve dealt with alley mechanics before .

He was very knowledgeable and timely. Explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. Even went back to the last place to see why my oil was so low and I just got an oil change. I've already recommended him to my family lol. He will def be my new mechanic as I'll be back next week to get my brakes done. Went to a car parts store to get a replacement battery for a disabled vehicle, asked them who could do the install, they called d3. By the time I got back to my disabled car, he was there. He took the old battery out, then put the new one in taking less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend his services.

When my car was stolen & found totaled and unable to drive, D3 auto was completely professional, informative, and very well priced. I went from a undrivable car to a car that was up and running literally the next day! This is the company I go to for any auto issues I have now

I was getting tires installed on my car and one of the lug bolts was stripped, which led to the tire shop not being able to remove the tire. I waited over an hour for them to try to remove it, but still no luck. Now I had to find someone to get the lug bolt off. I called 10 different mechanic shops and no one could do it.Then I came across d3's Auto Repair. He said he could do it, so I gave him an opportunity tomake my day. This guy had the lug bolt off in 1 min... that right, 1 minute. Check this guy out if you want fair prices and good work done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Truly a blessing! Big bro came through with precision service and craftsmanship. Needed rear brake pads replacement and "D3" took my call, without an appointment and within an hour I was gone. Traveling through the "Chi", back to ATL, he was a lifesaver! Peace and blessings to the young gOD! I hope the Most High continues to allow you to prosper!

Took my car to d3's Auto Repair after failing the emission test. The mechanic did some repairs. After paying over $600 for parts and labor, I applied for a Repair Waiver. The Air Team asked for d3's Auto business license or ASE Li & A8 certification. I sent the mechanic a copy of the email from the Air Team and asked for the information. He never responded and or sent me the information. It is really hard to find a good mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've had my chevy trailblazer for 3 years and the engine light has been on since I got it. Brought my car to D3s and problem solved! Also got a new ac system sensors, and a few other things done. My car is riding like new and I couldn't be happier! Very dependable service. Great customer service, and well within my budget. Kept me in the loop with everything being done. Me as a woman felt very secure and glad my car was in good hands. The plus is if you are having an issue after hours you can drop off if needed.
