I have been a customer for over 15 years! I've taken at least 3 different cars that other mechanics were either not able to repair or the cost was outside my budget. Brad and his team have been great with communication and fair with pricing! I would recommend them 1,000 times! #Trustworthy

I came in to get my 05 Benz checked because it wasn't shifting properly. I was charged 170$ just to look at it when 4months ago I was charged 135 bucks for my other vehicle and my vehicle was held 2 days. Idk to be honest if I'm going back. The owner wasn't there. I feel neutral about this.

Please do not take your car here unless you have other means of transportation. They have had my car for a month replacing the engine and have yet to tell me when it ll be ready.

After 3 weeks, my car still wasn't fixed. I decided to go get my car. I called before I went, and all of a sudden, it's done. But it had another real issue and $300 more added to the original bill when I got there. I need my car serviced by pros, not cons. And no, I didn't pay the added $300. Go somewhere else!

Horrible horrible do not use these guys for anything, straight rip offs. Over priced on anything you have them do. The parts your car will need will almost always be special order or different from most cars so the price will be slightly higher. They ll take longer than what they say at first probably to make it seem like they re tirelessly working on your car only for it to be sitting in back of their shop until they re finally ready to give it back and stick you with the bill. Great guys to do business with! They know their stuff when it comes to repairs. I have been going to Brad and Bob for years with all my cars. They will give you the best estimates and they will have your car ready in time! They even test drive your car to make sure your problem is fixed! They are like family to me. It is hard to find good service, believe me I tried. I recently moved to Arizona and I can't begin to tell you how much I miss their work! Thanks guys for all the years of great service and God bless!

My experience initially wasn't great because they could not figure out what was wrong with my car so I had to take it to Volkswagen to diagnose problem after paying over 1000 for a problem that did not resolve issue. Then owner brad told me he would give me a better price then vw if I did work with him so a tried to give him a shot they did my timing chain and said that it would take 3 days it took them three weeks and when I tried to inquire about what going on I was greeted by unprofessionalism and told job will be done when its done in total they squeezed a little more then 4K total from me. Finally the price I was quoted over the phone was not accurate they went up by $120 and I drove my car for 15 min and did not make it home before there was a new problem! moral of the story they do not communicate or follow through at all and they are rude and will milk you if you don't know better(which I didn't). However on the plus side I did not return my vehicle to them I took it to vw and they charged me 2k to fix problem but the communication is amazing and they only took one day to complete job. I do not recommend b&b auto shop unless you want to have more problems and people shaking there head saying idk what's wrongServices: Carburetor cleaning, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Pretty Damn Good... This is my first foreign car & they're really guiding through my first real issues... Brad is awesome... The team is nice & professional... They're efficient & have a sense of urgency... As my first Foreign car/child ... I've found her pediatrician if you're in Calumet City looking for a Foreign shop on high recommendation stop here first! They'll get it

Don t get me wrong. They are good shop for decent deals and they get the job done. But It seem the more I went to get small stuff fixed. Bigger stuff started to mess up on my car. And it took someone at the auto parts where they ordered there parts that they break stuff on purpose and told me to stop going there. Which made perfect sense because I go to ford to get oil changes and there was nothing wrong with my water pump until I took my car to there shop to get my sway bar and links done. Which B&B put on backwards by the way. And I had to go back to them to have them fixed and my cars water pump is now broken and now I have to spend $2500 to get fixed. And for anyone who owns a Taurus. You know it s expensive to get the water pumps fixed. Basically if you don t mind spending your money all the time to get your car fixed come here. But if you are smart. Don t come. Ask the automotive shop on Torrence yourself on how they mess up cars on purpose. DO NOT COME HERE! I have receipts of every single thing I have gotten done there. And I also have my inspection papers from ford of everytime I went to get a second opinion or even to get my car checked. Which by the way they do it for a low price. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRUE SCAMMERS. And really should be ashamed of themselves.

Almost 4 weeks, to fix a misfire, more than 3k Bill, and m o re than 500 miles drove my vehicle and $300.00 charge in gasoline in the Bill. I am goin to begin a dispute in court and in the departamento of profesional regulaciones in IL. By the way, they have 12 monts warranty.

This Auto shop was the closest place the to truck could drop me. Thank God, because stranded in the unfimiliar area they were my saviours. They were very nice and accommodating people. Gave me a ride to the motel where I stayed the night. The ready before check out. I would have taken my Volkswagen to the dealer but there were non close. I'm glad I didn't.

I love B&B !!!!!! I've brought both of my cars there and before me , my mother was doing business with them. They are BBB CERTIFIED. Brads the best with my prices and deals that I don't get anywhere else . I drove a car from Texas all the way here FOR them to work on my bad trans !! 4 years strong

I brought my car in there a month ago, brakes started grinding 3 weeks later. Brought my car to another auto repair shop, and come to find out B & B auto replaced my rotor and brakes without greasing my calibers and my calibers got stuck in couldn't release, which cause my rotors and brakes to mess up! So know I have to pay more money on top of what I had to pay 1 month ago. Never again will I use By & B auto repair.

Been having my family's cars serviced here for over 15 years, 97 GMC Safari, 93 Mitsubishi Diamante, 06 Buick lacrosse, 04 Ford Explorer, 2000 Saturn Vue, (They do it all!!) Currently my 13 Kia optima is getting tie rods installed there Also had Control Arms, Suspension, Oil Changes, Rotors, brakes, the list goes on. Great Service Always! Thanks much Brad!

Asked them to evaluate my car and they said $80 to do a diagnostic which would be applied if we did the work. Instead without even asking us decided to go up to $120. So unprofessional we decided If this is how you do business give us our car back. I will NEVER GO BACK........

Please don t take your vehicle here for anything the guy bob has the worse attitude brad was ok but they wanted me to pay 900 dollars up front for a service my vehicle I have car shield they could have tried working with them but nope just wanted money up front don t go here at all I ended up having it towed to another ship they worked with car shield and fixed my truck straight rip offsService: Auto engine diagnostic

Had an engine put in my mother's car and was told it could be done in three weeks it took 4 months and the check engine light was on after I paid the shop would not recommend getting my automotive work done here

Unprofessional kept my car for three days all I wanted was a oil change and diagnostic and had to keep calling about my car. This is the worst shop ever. If you want wait a week to get your car fixed without knowing if it s fixed this is your place

Had to return with the vehicle, but both times they fixed it. Auto repair is definitely expensive these days.

They do great quality work. I've been messing with them for 3yrs they are very good n they get the job done ...I got a few things that I got to get done on my car and I'm going back to them ...brad the owner is great with doing business nd gives good prices... I almost forgot last but not lease they done paint jobs @ they other shop a few mins away

Brad and Nicco are great. They got my oil change done.
