I can't begin to say enough good about these people. 3 service calls to my RV for a reasonable price, all work done and submitted to my warranty, fair, honest, and knowledgeable in an industry I've given up on after 13 years as a full-timer!

Excellent business that I highly recommend. Although I don't live in the Bushnell area, I do live in the Charleston / Oakland / Champaign, IL area and H&W was recommended by a campground host. Luckily they had a local agent in Central Illinois.Jorden was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and friendly. I had an RV AC cleaning, roof cleaning, and reseal. Very happy with the quality of the work done. I didn't have to wait for weeks to get service, but instead it was like the next day. I will use them again the next time that I need some RV work done.Service: Air conditioning

They were very prompt. Their ability to analyze and then track down the problem was only outdone by their ability to make the repair. I hope I do not experience other issues with my motorhome. If I do, not even going to waste time with calling the Quad Cities. We have and outstanding local company. Oh yes, and I need to mention they are very reasonable cost wise considering what they did.Service: Electrical

We needed the element for our water heater replaced, within 24 hours of calling the work was done. The tech left the area clean and was very helpful getting me set up with some other work that needed done. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service. We needed a new toilet. Matt was prompt and very nice. The toilet he got was the wrong one but I had a trip coming up so he made it work, but swapped it with the correct one the next week. Great service. They come to you. THANK YOU!

Top notch service. First year camper owner so I hired them to winterize my camper since I was unsure how to do it. Not only did he do it but he showed me how to do it and how to open it back up next year. Also went over extra tips for winterizing and mouse proofing. Quality service and a nice guy. I will be using them for all my camper needs.

We had H&W winterize our camper. It is our first trailer and our first winterization. These gentlemen went above and beyond with suggestions and personal experiences to help me keep the camper healthy and prevent issues in the future. We will definitely call use H&W for our future needs!
