This store in Bushnell Illinois has the worst customer service in the kitchen. They can never seem to make an order from the Casey's App correctly. No matter what you say the kitchen staff is always right even if your food is burnt or not done all the way or they don't give you all that was ordered. Like $15 for 16 wings and you only get 14 WOW. Then they want to blow up your phone when you tell them your calling the corporate office. If you want Casey's food go to Avon at least they treat people with respect

Drive for work . Several times the gas pumps will not read my work credit card. I have to full up at end of shift impossible here.

The staff is great. I order food online and call it in and it s always fresh and ready when they say it ll be ready. Cashiers are amazing.

Nice, clean convenient store. Food is always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly too.

This store never has delivery when it s suppose to, pretty much always unavailable at this time, and half the time when u get it it s wrong anyway, pretty sad since you order online and it s all clicked on right there to see!

Can't say I've had a bad Casey's experience. If you need Pizza, gas or a cold drink, Casey's is the place to go.

Half pizzas. Store has a bad habit of giving you half a pizza when you order a full one. Like there s no toppings or anything on half of the pizza.

Only employees and myself wore mask! Signs were displayed on the doors but no one enforced the rules!
