I saw the Lexus 450 hybrid that Lux Cars posted on Marketplace at a reasonable price, and I had to go see it. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Keisy. He was soft spoken and had really positive energy. Long story short, I got a great deal with my trade in and we came to a good price. The tire pressure and tail light was out on their car and they told me to bring it back in and they'll take care of it. I have it scheduled to get it worked on. They did the RIGHT thing, and I'm very happy about that. I appreciate it when they take the extra step to make their customers happy. They are easy to work with and have a great selection of high quality cars to choose from. The Lexus drives great and my family loves the car so far. I'd highly recommend them. Ask for Keisy!

We ve recently purchased a vehicle through Lux Cars Chicago.Sherry was our salesperson, and we couldn t have asked for better experience.The level of professionalism and knowledge was absolutely outstanding, and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. We would highly recommend this dealership and their sales team and will be definitely returning for our next car purchase.

Wanted to share my recent experience with this used car dealership in Chicago . I purchased a 2011 Audi A5 convertible for my wife for her bday. The dealership provided carfax docs , car drove great and we made a deal . It was odd for me that the Car did not have a dipstick to check oil ,( this car has on board computer to check the level) I ordered one after getting home and I was surprised to find then oil had not been changed as noted on carfax - I also took a closer look at the new tires to find them all stamped 3720 , meaning they were new in the 37 month of 2020 ...so yes note new as stated on carfax report. I brought this to the dealership and was offered $100 and the owner said the tires were in good shape ....again not my words and never received the $100 ....very deceitful place of business for sure

Fast and easy, Sherry was great! No nonsense. I felt I could have received a little more on my trade, but in the end we wanted the car so it worked out. Clean, friendly , no pressure. I would go there again in a heart beat.

It must have been kismet as I walked into this dealership and found my old salesman Joel Doppelt whom which I purchased my previous vehicle with at a different establishment. Let me start with how classy these people are. I had an appointment to see a car with Sherry and when she saw that I had a previous relationship with Joel, she freely gave up her sale to make me feel more comfortable. Joel is very detailed, professional, no pressure, and very attentive. Great experiences mean that I will refer my friends and family. Thanks again Joel!!

Mike was an amazing help with purchasing my new Porsche. He was patient, not pushy, and ensured we had time and space to make our decision. The process was fast and he stayed even past closing time to ensure I was happy and received my car that day. We had made an agreement for some fixes on the car and he ensured that they were done and done to our standards. We were not made to feel like our standards of the fix were not realistic, it was just done without questions. Mike had amazing communication throughout the process and ensured we were comfortable and informed. I highly suggest Mike. He will not sugar coat and he is a man of his word. Thank you!

I picked up a GL550 from Lux last week. Alex, my salesman, was very helpful, and fair with negotiations. He never made me feel pressured. I took the truck on several test drives with no questions asked each time. They also allowed me to take it to be inspected ay my Mercedes dealership which I greatly appreciated.The purchase process then was quick and easy. And I was able to get out and be on time for my son's birthday.Highly recommend Lux if you're in the market for a new to you luxury vehicle.

Literally the best buying experience! I purchased a 2017 X5 50i and the vehicle was just as described, dealer never hid anything about the car. Can t knit pick a 7 year old car.The entire staff went above and beyond.Don t mind the negative reviews from others. The sales team will do what it takes to make a deal!I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is in the market for any vehicle. I m pretty sure they will have it.Thank you again!

Our saleswoman, Sherri was awesome. You re kinda hanging your butt out there when buying a vehicle, sight unseen. When the vehicle arrived (they facilitated shipping for us) there were no surprises. It arrived as just as Sherri described. She was very easy to talk to and was happy to answer the ton of questions I had. Buying cars should be this easy every time. M001

Found this place online and so happy I did. I called ahead asking if they had a porsche and mike answered. Later me and my family were greeted at the door by Mike. We didn t purchase the same day, we waited the weekend to think about it. They were not pushy or annoying like most places. That following Monday we got the porsche. Mike was very informative and helped made car buying easy. Process was great & quick ! Definitely will be returning if the chance comes

Really positive experience. I scheduled a test drive for a car I'd been looking at for a while and was upfront with the fact that I wasn't looking to buy soon. Anthony was really laid-back and friendly - not at all the pushy car salesman type! I did the test drive, everything went really smoothly. I'd love to purchase from this dealership in the future.

My husband and I experienced such great customer service from Keisy and Lux cars. I had no idea it was a surprise Tesla gift from my husband. The car had a big red bow and the team was waiting outside.Keisy spent close to an hour patiently explaining the car s features.Very friendly and luxurious dealership and would highly recommend this place.

I'm always skeptical about used car dealerships becasue I know a lot of people personally that have been burned. Lux had a lot of good ratings so I gave them a shot and wasn't disappointed. My sales rep Mike wasn't pushy and just a very good human being which are hard to come by these days. Very pleased with my experience and car.

Hello,I bought a Tesla as a surprise for my wife and Keisy Villa from luxury auto made the experience the best car purchase we have experienced. He organized a surprise with a gift bow on the car, took 1 hr to walk her through all the car features as this was our first EV and he made the trade in process seamless with a great offer for our trade in provided in 20 mins at the dealership.Please see the pics below and I encourage you to get your cars from here. 5 Stars for Sherry at Lux Chicago!I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Denali XL from Sherry at Lux Chicago and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Was car shopping online and came across something I could not pass up. I've been searching for a M-B c63 and Lux cars had a good deal on a nice and in shape c63 tagged with a great maintenance trail.Sherry was able to contact me within 30 minutes about the car after inquiring and held my hand through the process of buying an out of state car. We had it shipped during the holiday season and delivered in two days.Sherry has done a fine job and put all of my doubts to an end with online car shopping.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. This was definitely the most seamless car buying experience I've ever had. On top of that, Sherry went above and beyond! I purchased a mustang for my son's 16th birthday. Sherry helped us plan a surprise for him, complete with a giant bow, balloons AND cupcakes! She answered texts on her day off and after hours. Paperwork was a breeze. And this car was cleeeeean.... you could have eaten off the floormats! It was snowing when we came up, so they even had the car in the garage for us so it stayed clean for the big reveal. I will be referring Lux for years to come. Thank you so much Sherry and team!!

These are great guys, no-pressure to buy, ready to help the entire way. I ended up not purchasing and they refunded my deposit in a timely fashion (they sent a check by mail, it took about a week to arrive). The only hiccup was when I asked for pictures of under carriage and any body damage, they said they were too busy for the rest of the week and couldn t do it (entirely possible). Overall Florin and his team are great and I m happy to have worked with them

I just recently purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 from them. Honestly it was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they were up front with what they had. The truck was detailed and ready to go. There was a little hiccup with the financing portion due to them not being able to accept a credit card as a down payment, so I had to come back to the dealership and use another form of payment. That was more on the banking side than the dealership, so I can t blame them. They took care of me by filling up my tank, to cover the drive there. Alex was great, as was the other staff. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you

Came into Lux Cars not knowing what to expect. Awesome service from beginning to end. Keisy was may salesman and he was clear and upfront about everything. I totally appreciate that. The Manager Florin came and made sure I was satisfied. Then everything was in and out. Will buy again from them
