Stopped by near closing time to get license plate holders, fasteners, and wiper blades. Very pleasant experience with Mathew. Brought out his screw driver to help switch out my plates on the spot, candidly suggested a wiper that was cheaper but same quality as another brand, and also referred me to a mechanic that comes out to the customer instead of bringing the car to them. Above and beyond customer service. Just don t expect it if they re super busy of course so it was nice to come by before closing.

So I have typically hit up Advanced because they are closer to my house, but recently they don't have anything I need.I have been out to the AutoZone a handful of times because they have had the parts I need in stock and ready to go. It's hard to beat pricing from Amazon, but I hate ordering everything so overall this location has been good to me so far.

I had truly excellent service from Cody today. He was prompt friendly and replaced my battery in 2 or 3 minutes .I will return again and recommend him and location to others.

I was serviced by Terry at this AutoZone in Buffalo Grove. He was fantastic. Respectful, very technical and resolved all my questions, and I ended up getting a new battery for my car. Congratulations to AutoZone management for having a top guy like Terry!!!

These store is horrible. I order a part guy told me at 9am part would arrive at 1pm. It is now 4pm I called to check in and the second shift guys spend the whole time trash talking the morning guys saying they didn't order any parts and they they didn't know what they are doing. I asked for the district managers phone number or email the person on the phone told me I don't have it I don't call him or email him so I wouldn't know it. Horrible custumer services. Stay away from them

My mom, who is in her 80s, had a headlight out in her car (Chevy Sonic), I looked up the part # for bulb and and called this Auto Zone (near her house), I told her I would pick it up and come over and install it that night. Instead she went there herself and they got her the right bulb and installed it for her too. She raved how helpful and nice the young man was to her, she said his name was Justin.So I just want to say, thank you Justin, I too appreciate how you treated my mom. Even though it's a little out of the way for me, I plan on buying my auto needs from you guys in the future.Sincerely,Frank Kolton

Was there a couple of days ago twenty minutes before closing, looking for for a tac remover for my car. The gentleman went above and beyond to assist with my needs.I wasn't expecting much as it's right about closing time but the folks in the store are very customer oriented.

William is the man! Do not hesitate to stop by this location for your automotive help. He took time to help me. He was polite. He was knowledgeable. That s what you want and he delivers all of those things. PS - This is not a paid review. I am 100% a walk-in customer and wanted to do something helpful for him since he was so helpful to me.

I bought a battery from these guys today and one of the employees (didn t catch his name) changed it out for me amid the begging of the winter storm. It was cold and snowy, but he still did it. Truly grateful! I recommend these guys! Thanks for your help!

I was there last Thursday evening to change a battery on my key fob. They tried changing it 3 times and for some reason it wasn t working. Then I told them to try the old battery because that one was still working, it was just low. In order to change it they had to pull out the actual key from the key fob. When they were changing the battery last time my actual key (which was attached to my remote starter) fell on their side of register. When I told them I saw it fall down, both guys said they didn t see it fall and wanted to make look crazy. I told them to check cameras and they informed me there was no cameras. So basically my car wouldn t even start and I couldn t leave. We kept looking for the key and remote starter for next 30 minutes, until my brother showed up. When he came their attitude changed and 2 minutes later one of them found key hanging on a cable of the back of th register which didn t make any sense, unless the key got wings. It was completely against gravity. I am not sure what they were planning or what kind of jokes they were playing but i do not recommend going to this location. I ve been to auto zones plenty of times and never had any issues. I called management and someone wa supposed to get back to me by Tuesday, I haven t heard from anyone yet.

Needed a new battery. Justin checked and mine was under warranty as I had gotten it from Auto Zone. I didn t even to think that. He took care of me, especially after a long trip from Dallas. Changed out the battery for us and all. Best service we have had, thank you!

I came into the store for assistance with my battery. I needed someone to take out the battery to see if it needed charged because my car wouldn t start. Danny the store manager was very helpful and he assisted me by coming to my home to take the battery out of the vehicle and bring to the store to see if it needed to be charged. That was really nice of him to do . Because he didn t have to do it. It was myself my daughter and sister all females who had no idea how to take a battery out of the car. We need great people like this in the world that would go out of their way to assist some females ! Great job Danny we will definitely be coming back to this location for any of our car needs

I clearly had no idea what I was doing or talking about regarding a simple brake light fix and the staff helped me find what I needed quickly. On top of that, Joey, one of the staff members actually showed me how to correctly replace it since it was an easy fix. I m beyond grateful for that, excellent customer service!

Amber was friendly , helpful and very knowledgeable! She took fantastic care of me and even explained everything as she did it so I could understand what the process was, and didn t give up on changing the bulbs for me even though it was hard to access and remove back light! Top notch customer service! I will continue to visit this store happily !

We had an amazing experience with Daniel and Miguel. My headlight was out on my 2011 Versa and they both helped out, ensuring my safety and preventing me from getting a ticket. I am terrible with car repair, and they really saved the day. Exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience today!! David helped me find tail light bulbs and windshield wipers for my daughter's car. He even replaced both the wipers and bulbs for me. What a pleasant young man!! I highly recommend stopping in for your car needs.

Orlando at this location was absolutely amazing and so so helpful!! My wiper blade bolt came lose and as I'm pregnant and have an HR drive home he really earned these 5 stars by showing outstanding customer service!!! Thank You so much Orlando!!! Keep this guy around!

So glad to see David the store manager at this auto zone! Was sad to see him no longer at wheeling since he was always so helpful and ran a great team. He seems to have a new great team at this store. Will drive now to this location for their great service! Amber and javie were very helpful and accommodating too!

This guys at the auto zone are the best ever!! They go out of their way to help you. Danny the store manager Danny Avila was great Gladys the the commercial manager on top of her game!!They are great people that are there to help I will refer and recommend this auto zone all the time. That s why I always keep returning to this store one of the best!

Customer service really sucks at this location! I was trying to return a product I had bought at another location but they claimed it wasn't on the receipt. I use to shop here but after this, I am not coming back and spend a single cent. Don't waste your time going here specially if you are returning something they will waste your time. Support another location they are independently own.

Went in this afternoon and received some great service. First from the woman who looked up my headlights and showed me where to find them. Then David installed my headlights on the spot for free, much appreciated thank you!
