Had my mower 3 weeks and it didn't get fixed. Called in the morning and was told they couldn't get the blades and service hadn't been done yet. I told them NOT to do anything I was coming to pick it up. When I got there, they took it upon themselves to go ahead and change the filter and try to sharpen the old blades. So I ended up getting charged $76 for a filter and broken blades. AFTER being told not to do it. They didn't do any warranty work on the front end and claimed a low tire caused it. It's still has the same problem. Then something was said about rear wheel spinning from turning too fast on a hill. No clue what that's about. Can't recommend them

A probationary 5- stars on customer service as their CSRs really gave me the "service". I report back later on their actual "working/ fixing service"later!

Very disappointed, my whole family has been customers of Hoyers for over 10 years and the last few years buying equipment and having them repair our equipment has been a very bad experience. We have had to go back again (sometimes three times) to have them fix it right and they always try to charge us again We discovered after leaving them that its much cheaper and much better service across the state line in Paducah at one of the other equipment dealers. It seems as if they are just trying to take advantage of their loyal customers. Maybe their expansion has cost them too much, but the local people I have talked to all agree that they have changed since the grandson has taken over. And are going elsewhere for repairs and new equipment Hope this helps someone before you learn what we did in the past few years

First rate service by a knowledgeable staff. Ben went out of his way to make the whole process as easy as could be. Hay season just got a whole lot easier. 6x6 bales are no longer a problem with a DF5110G.

Had a lot of trouble finding a few parts for an older stihl chainsaw, this place was the only place I could find them. They are very knowledgeable, and there prices were lower than I could find online. They were polite and courteous and above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Brought a 6 month old Ryobi weed wacker in for warranty repair. They charged $60 without consent & it still doesn't run. I guess my husband won't be buying a tractor here next year.

Been taking my equipment here for years to have it serviced. Even when they estimate they are behind a couple weeks I can still get it repaired usually sooner. No complaints from me.

I went in needing a part that Lowe's had sold me the wrong thing and Lowe's actually gave me Hoyers info because they didn't have what I needed and could tell I was super frustrated with driving back and forth from Benton twice, so I called Hoyers and they had the part in stock. I made the trip to get it and the staff was amazing! She put all my info and my mowers info in the computer, my uncle failed to register the mower (which if you buy from Hoyers they do that for you, Lowe's did not) and then I ended up needing another part after getting home and getting that part put on. I didn't even bother messing with Lowe's because of my bad experience with them, I just called Hoyers. They didn't have the part in stock but ordered it and since it's a 45 minute drive for me one way I asked if they could mail it directly to me and they said that was no problem!! I'm very impressed with the service and knowledge of all the staff and this is definitely where I'll be doing all my business from now on when it comes to my mower and weed eaters. Very friendly, caring, and actually know exactly what you need and get it handled. That's hard to find these days.

The folks at Hoyers are phenomenal! Not only do they have a great selection of outdoor equipment and supplies but they are very helpful, knowledgeable and actually follow up with you. In this day and age of big box stores the personal touch is becoming an experience of years gone by. Not at Hoyers. Just as great as the service and selection is the fact that their prices are just as good as you find online. If you like friendly people, great service, large selections and fair prices then Hoyers should be your first stop. *This is not a paid endorsement. :-) and I am not related to the family. I m just a fan of the people and their business*

I buy all of my parts and oil filters at Hoyersbought a new Stihl leaf blower today and the factory representative was there and he was explaining technical things..Thanks for the Stihl cap too
