Aug 24 is the first time I used Southwest Autowerks services. I must say I am very pleased with the work they did on my vehicle. They took care of every task on my list. And Fayze (sp) took the time to answer all my questions, which made me very happy.Returned to Southwest Autowerks on July 11, 23, for additional maintenance on my vehicle. Very pleased with the results. Also loved the fact that Fayze patiently took the time to answer my questions. I strongly recommend SA for all your auto maintenance needs.Southwest Autowerks performed a 45k miles service check on my vehicle on Jan. 5. They took care of all requirements to my complete satisfaction and at a reasonable cost! The people I've dealt with here are really nice, and there's been real fast turnaround the couple times I've brought in the car so I would tell people that it's a good place to go. They seem to care about you and aren't out to rip you off.To add, 8/31I brought my car in for an oil change and to look at a shimmy in my wheels. Got a diagnosis and a straightforward explanation that he could fix it but there's other, cheaper speciality shops that could help me out better. I respect the hell out of that.

This place wanted to charge me $575 to change one Nissan Altima headlight assembly. The guy said they'd have to take off the bumper. LIAR!!!!! I bought the assembly on Amazon for $90. Bought Led headlights for $35. Paid my Fed Driver $150 for a total of $275. Watched him do the whole thing and he only lossened the bumper on that side. It took 1 and a half hours. I will never go here even for the simplest of things

Awesome guy, very honest and trustworthy with great service, got me in and out same day for a water pump replacement. Also consulted him on an insurance matter from a previous incident and without knowing me gave me great advice which helped me save hundreds. Gained me as a customer for life because of it. My only regret is not coming to him sooner.

I was recommended here by a good friend and I m so glad that I came. Fayes was very friendly and the service was awesome. He fixed what I paid for and also fixed some other things on my car that he noticed needed fixing. Wasn t major items but the fact that he cared enough and was generous enough for me to always come bk. Great service great staff great prices and they are fast. Thanks for the wonderful experience

I took my Ford escape here to have the ac fixed. They didn't fix it correctly and it broke 3 days later . I took it back to them it cost me another 500$ to fix their mistake... after paying the 500 for their mistake one week later the car breaks I take to a mechanic I trust he tells me that southwest auto works didn't tighten my motor mounts so my ENGENE ALMOST FELL OUT OF MY CAR !!! TALK ABOUT UNSAFE !! It cost me another 700$ to fix yet another mistake DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR !!!!!! I was also quoted 485$ for breaks and rotors that's 250$ more than any other place I asked for a quote beware...After making this post I was contacted by the owner of the shop fayez .. trying to give me excuses as to why it was not his fault...

Best mechanics in the whole country. No job is too big or too small. Quotes come fast, fairly priced and nothing is ever bait and switched. When my engine needed a rebuild they got it done in less than a couple of days for an older car with hard to find parts over a holiday weekend. When my AC went out I needed many parts continuously over and over after the original price, they kept their word and didn't change the price. Give them a chance and you won't be bringing any of your families vehicles elsewhere!

I needed some work done. I asked in Brookfield connections on Facebook for recommendations. I stopped counting after 17 recommendations. I was extremely pleased. Besides the honesty, the prices and location it's a great place to bring your car. I will definitely be back. They had my car done quickly as I was expecting a few days without my car, My car was ready the very next day. I am looking forward to many road trips this summer knowing I have a safe and reliable ride. They also do oil changes for a low price.any kind of maintenance I recommend this place.

Southwest Autowerks, Inc. is a gem to the community. Very Honest repair shop who doesn't rip people off. I highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle especially women. Owner is an awesome individual with great staff.

I always take my car here, along with the rest of my family. This is a family business and they will not do any work that is not needed, and will charge a lot less than any of their competition. Never had trouble with anything he has done on my SUV or Mustang

Our vehicles have been serviced at Southwest Autowerks since 1997 when they were located in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood in Chicago. A true family business, and I can say some of the nicest people I have ever done business with. They are highly skilled and honest mechanics who can fix any car problem you have.

Quick diagnosis, great service in a timely manner. Fayad used an OEM part opposed to a cheaper, less quality part that would of have to been retrofitted with the aftermarket part. He made the right decision as usual. I travel 53 miles to keep my Ranger in tip top shape.I trust no one else

My family has been going to Southwest since they were over in Garfield Ridge and we rarely go anywhere else. I no longer live in the area, but if I'm making the trip in and need something done on my car, I'll wait to get it fixed here since they're fairly priced, will do a fantastic job, and I trust them.
