Would give them 5 stars but they left the interior of my car pretty dirty. White dirt stains all over dash and driver side door.. Wasn't expecting that. Great job on the car. Nice wash as well. They fixed the whole passenger side from rear fender to front including the side mirror.

My car was in an accident and this place was recommended. Let me tell you, to be a small shop, they are doing BIG things. My car came back to me looking like it did when I purchased it. They were so nice and pleasant, explaining every detail of the process and making me feel at ease. I'd highly recommend them for all repairs and they matched my car paint completely.

The service was excellent and the pricing was fair. Quality service for a bargain. I went in to have a part for my car painted, that I would later install myself. Apparently my car's blue paint is "pearled" and extremely hard to replicate. Freddy took his best shot at it and I couldn't be happier with the results. There is no discernible difference between the factory paint and Freddy's job. I can not recommend them enough.

My insurance company gave me an estimate of 200 dollars for the damage in my car door, I told them that was not enough. The insurance company asked me to take my car to Freddy auto body, they could give me a more accurate estimate and contact the insurence company. The woman in the office was to rude, she said "we can't help you" She didn't even let me explain her, I could see that she was in a hurry for me to leave. In my opini�n the most important thing is the customer service but it is worth mentioning that they do not care at all.

I just picked up my car today and was very pleased with the repair work. My car is a 1997 model and Freddy matched the paint perfectly. They exceeded my expectations. The front office staff was friendly and very helpful. The car was ready as promised. I recommend Freddy's auto body repair to anyone who needs body work done at a reasonable cost and timely manner.

I was involved in an auto accident. I was towed to another repair shop named "Abes auto repair." My car was repaired poorly at "Abes". My insurance company sent me to Freddy's auto body to do the job properly. Freddy's did an amazing job. I wish I had gone there first. Was hit by someone with a no name insurance company for high risk drivers. They sent us here to repair the car and I expected the worst. I was very pleasantly surprised. The body work came out top notch and I'm very picky. The paint match and paint texture looks perfect and they took the insurance company check with no games to try say they needed more money or anything like that. I almost felt bad because the insurance company's check was way lower than any other quotes I had received from other body shops. Nice people, family run business. I'd give them a shot next time I need some body work.

Highly recommend this body shop. Insurance gave me a list and this one was the one with the most positive reviews. They are very understanding and they answer any questions. Very professional and trustworthy. Even though my car was not fully repaired and I took it back for a slight air issue they fixed it right away. Very reliable and customer service is top notch. Will definitely reccomend to anyone and will be bringing my car back if I were to be in another accident! Thank you Freddy's!

***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE***My insurance co made me come here. The people who work here are just glorified alley mechanics. The two "women" at the front desk may seem nice at first but they are quick to anger. I reluctantly had this place work on my car. When i got it back not only was the job incomplete, I discovered something else was damaged. Of course they said they didn't do it. Then gave me an attitude and actually verbally assaulted me (I am NOT exaggerating). They have serious attitude problems here. After jumping through some hoops with my insurance co they fixed my car to mediocre standards and I drove away without looking back. Very UnsatisfiedI'm here to warn you about this place..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I stop at Freddy's in Brookfield for a estimate and ended up doing the repairs there. They were reasonable in price and they did a Great Job on my car ,it looks like new!!!! I will definitely recommend Freddy's to all my Friends. I give them Two thumps up.

Had my 2013 Ram Truck in for repairs at Freddy's.And they matched my paint to a T. They where fast and kept their promise on the finish time. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a Great paint job and fast service.

Their work on my car was excellent. They did more than what you expect. The only negative I would say is that they have very few openings for you to take your car to get fix.

Would not recommend. Lady at front desk is bi polar. If you want to get verbally assaulted then this is your place to go. Terrible the way they treat customers.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I don't know the service they provide, but when comes to estimates from a Insurance Company they provide you with the lowest estimate. In fact they don't even tell you right away, you have to wait for your insurance to tell you! So be careful

My back seat were dirty from them putting the parts in them they didn't even clean them out on top of that went to get a oil change I couldn't open my trunk the dealer said they didnt put the cord back properly cost me 150 for diagnostics

They recived my vehicle to fix through insurance there was damage done to my vehicle that was not there prior to the collision they took over a month to complete the work and did nothing about the damage done afterward that was very minor anyways but there customer service was awful and they need to bring there emplyess to a higher standard of work ethics
