I ve taken my car here twice now and they re amazing! Customer service is top tier! The women at the front desk are always so friendly and even helped with my two boys as I went between here and the rental car place next door! Car was done before they anticipated and when I picked it up it was spotless! They even cleaned the inside!! So happy with all the work here! Definitely recommend!!

My vehicle was involved in an accident and luckily the other at fault driver had insurance. The at fault driver insurance company provided me this location to repair my vehicle and I am so grateful for the services rendered. My vehicle looks just like it did before the accident. Brand spanking new! Tom was amazing and he definitely takes pride in his work! Definitely left as a satisfied customer and will definitely recommend my friends and family to this repair shop! Thank you all so much again for your craftsmanship! Yous are amazing!!

My car was rear-ended and I ended up getting my car repaired ar CARSTAR. From the time the other guys insurance set me up to bring my car here, they communicated well every step of the way. And the work looked looks really good. I definitely recommend their service if you need work fine on your car.

Went here recommended from progressive. Seemed promising at first glance but that was the wool being pulled over my eyes. My car was in the shop for over a month before getting it back due to their mechanics going on strike. Convenient for them to hold my vehicle for so long meanwhile I was paying for a rental and stressing the situation could not be resolved until then. Lack of empathy. All they care about is money. 1200 in rental fees on top of my 1000 deductible. For work that could have been done in 1-2 weeks. Do not go here.

Been here twice, both times body damage fixed. However they did not follow instructions to shut down vehicle properly(2005 Corvette), resulted in dead battery. Great job fixing damage but failed to follow instructions TWICE.This is the second time buying a battery because of CARSTAR. First time they blamed the bcm, when it was because they drained the battery. I m out now for the cost of tow, a new battery (TWICE), Uber ride and lost hours from work being late, and a second Uber ride when I pick the car up from mechanic.Also they tried to pass the blame and would not take responsibility for dead battery! Tried to put blame on the starter, alternator or anything else they could make up. Had to get it towed to THEIR recommended mechanic who called me to confirm it was the battery and nothing else!!!If CARSTAR would have just followed instructions and shut the car off correctly this could have been avoided.They even threw one of their own workers Juan under the bus. The dash lights up and tells whoever is in the driver seat to shift to reverse to shut off. Such a lack of attention to detail!!!Don t let your insurance send you here!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They got me in fast and did a great job on my repairs. The car looks great and was ready 2 days before the expected completion date.I dropped my car off on a Friday andI was told that I would get a call on Monday with the details of my repairs.I ended up calling them mid afternoon on Monday. Mr Scola apologized and told me he was short handed.Other than that small hiccup , everything else went well and I am very happy with the job they did on my car.I would use them again.

Had my car fixed here. Was a pleasure from start to finish. My car looks and drives like new again. The staff are all helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I think my bumper looks better than when I brought it in! The paint matched perfect. It was a very easy process getting scheduled and working directly with insurance company.

CARSTAR hands down delivers top notch customer service in every aspect; from the owner, to the exceptionally warm welcomes, friendly encounters and professionalism given at the reception desk, to the auto repair professionals! The CARSTAR team made a painfully inconvenient experience bearable. They provided regular updates, even when they didn t always have great news to share. The completion of the work done makes it impossible to tell that there was anything every wrong!! My vehicle was restored to its natural state. Thank you CARSTAR! You will always have my business!

We needed corrective repairs on our Toyota Rav 4 because Continental Toyota didn't do the initial total work that they were supposed to do from the start AND they wouldn't take responsibility to fix what they didn't do that caused other issues.Carstar completed the corrective repairs and guaranteed their work. They spoke with me to understand everything that was needed to be fixed and did it! It was completed in less than 2 weeks. They listened to what the issues were that Continental didn't take responsibility for and they simply handled it!KUDOS TO CARSTAR SCOLAS! JOB WELL DONE!

Carstar Scola's repaired my 2023 Sentra that was rear ended. Paint looks good and the Sentra decal was added after paint cured.

The people that work at carstar are professional and do a great job on repairs. The staff is very polite and helpful. They helped me with getting a car rental.They followed up with me to see if I have any problems or questions, and if I was pleased with their service. Great service and wonderful people to work with.

They did an awesome job on my 2018 Dodge Charger, some one backed into my car on Easter of this year, and they really screwed up my back bumper, and my lower spat on my car. They got me scheduled in quick, and fixed everything and it looks brand new. Easy process, guys insurance paid for everything including a rental car. The shop called me with an update half way through the repair. After they were done, they even washed my car and vacuumed and cleaned the inside. Very professional and very happy with the work they did! I highly recommend this place!

Used this shop for body work. Very professional and courteous front desk. The guy that was going to work on my car came out and talked to me about all the work. I also receive a couple of calls during repairs to keep me updated. Everything was ready for me when I went to pick it up. The work done on my car was excellent quality. Looked sharp and clean. They were incredibly accommodating. They not only took me back home after dropping it off they also brought my car back to my home when I was incapacitated. My car looks great again.
