I had a great experience this Monday with Eduardo, he is a very kind professional young man. He helped me scan my car which had a check engine light on and shaking. He helped me figure out it had a misfire and the scan recommended a tune up. He got me the right spark plugs and gave me a crash course on replacement. I ended up purchasing the necessary tools, wires, and dielectric grease as he suggested. Thanks a bunch!

Stopped in and bought a battery and it was installed within 15 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was a veteran and was nothing but pleasant. I ll only grab what I need from this spot from now on.

This is the best auto parts store in the area-by far. Lo and his staff are amazing and even during the pandemic when they were short staffed, the employees were always quick, friendly and accurate. I frequent this store almost every other day and I have never gotten an incorrect part from them. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They are great.

I had a problem with my car starting so I brought it to Advanced Auto for a free diagnostic check. Julian helped me and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Just needed a battery after all which was installed for free by the way and then I received a military discount also. Thanks for all your help Julian.

I needed a battery. I have no idea about what I needed for my car. I had my dad with me who has Alzheimer s. Miller helped me figure out what I needed and quickly got it for me. I don t recall the other guys name who put it in but again he did it quickly and kindly. Thank you for great service.

I returned the car battery I bought online with same day delivery because my friend got my car's battery going.I asked the young man working if they had carts, but they did not. He was kind enough to get my car battery out of my car for me, and then he returned it in full.It was not used, and the return was easy, pleasant, and hassle-free at the Brookfield store on Ogden.Way to go, AAP!

Needed a wrench last night so hurried to Advanced at 8:20. The website said they were open until 9. The sign on the door said they are open until 9. But the door was LOCKED, didn't see a person inside and most of the lights were off.Drove the few blocks down to NAPA, they were open, super friendly and helpful!!Considering we own 2 hotrods, 1 classic car and our 2 daily drivers; Advanced just lost our business which is a lot.

The staff at this location are all extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. It is absolutely the primary reason I shop this store instead of other parts chains in the area. Great place for quick auto solutions at a good price. Loaning tools is a quick process and in good condition.

Burt was very helpful. He came out to the parking lot and helped me diagnose my problem. He didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. Knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Had to pick up plugs for my tire had a screw in it the first person didnt seem to know what i was looking for another did so all went well i suggest the first guy should look around the place to see whats available..
