I made an appointment for 10am today for a headlight and new battery. Dropped it off at 10am. Hadn t heard anything back for 5 hours, so I went in at 3pm to check the status. They told me they were hoping to get to it soon. Either totally forgot about me or just wanted to waste my time setting up a useless appointment. Wasted my Sunday, and now have to spend a Monday going somewhere else. Don t waste your time.

Tony and his team are FANTASTIC!!! All of them helped me out with my 2 popped tires on my jeep and didn t hurt my pocket too much compared to other shops! Tony s customer service was amazing and he communicated with me the whole time! I will absolutely be a repeat customer now thanks to them!

Tony and his team are amazing the customer service is phenomenal they keep you updated on your car while in progress they like 40 minutes from me but I m going to drive to them every time cause they are going to get the job done

As a Truck Driver, I checked in at 6 am, no one talked to me up to 3 hours. After 3 hours they said wait another 4 hours to be unloaded. Anyway am now here 8 hours and still waiting them to be unloaded. Do you think this will ever be worth ?If you decide to deliver a load for them, then be prepared for this situation.They

Bro.....what the hell happened to the china buffet next door.?!?!? They tore down the whole strip with no notice. My favorite local buffet.! Sorry pep boys lol 5 stars though.

I had a 9am appointment to replace 4 tires was initially i given an estimate of about 1hr to perform work. Arrived a 855a and was told there was only 1 worker. My work wasnt completed until 1245p. The work was completed but took way too long. Probably wont go back there again for any service.

Decent service. The job gets done. But takes way too long. I was only here for a tire change and I was almost here for 2 hours. I also started taking my car to Valvoline because I'm in and out in 15 minutes. Pepboys has taken up to 3 hours. No thanks.

Service here is horrible. I ve been here for 3 hours since 10:30AM with a schedule appointment and it s now 1:50, and still haven t been serviced. They are VERY unorganized. Front service desk associates have no clue where the mechanics are and what cars they are working on. This is by far one of the longest wait I ve EVER experience for simple maintenance.

Scheduled an appointment to have my battery replaced. Wence, the service manager helped me through the process. He explained everything in detail and was in and out within an hour. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend Pep Boys in Broadview.

Pep Boys had the best pricing for mounting tires in the area and they were professional and easy to work with. I had tires shipped there from Tire Rack and the tires were mounted on aftermarket wheels that I had brought in. I also had TMPS sensors that needed to be installed on those wheels as well. They understood what needed to be done and were able to get everything installed without issue. They also helped me load the wheels + tires back into my car (I did not have them mounted on my car at the time).However I docked two stars because they took quite a long time and because they overfilled the wheels by 8-9 PSI. I do a lot of my own car maintenance so it's a habit for me to check, but if I were a less mechanically inclined customer I would've just assumed that Pep Boys got it right and used the wheels/tires as-is. Overfilling by that much will cause premature tire wear if it is not corrected.

Made an appointment at 2pm for a simple oil change and had to wait 3 hours until they were done! WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE APPOINTMENT? Also whoever was working on my car is a liar saying all 4 tires need to be replaced when only two need to be replaced. I got two new ones last year and was going to replace two more this year. They lost our on future business. Extremely irritated and late for work now thanks.

Had to wait a little for check in, but worth it! The service was done very swiftly and smoothly and provided a text message to let me know the status of the work order. Not only did they text me that my vehicle was ready, but they followed up with a call as well. Definitely using them for future auto services!

I caught a.flat tire on the way to work and was just barely able to make it to the pep voys on Broadview. I got there when they first opened up and told them I was having a problem with my tire. The first thing they asked was if I had an appointment. Of course I don't this just happened and I need help. They had me sit there for three hours and never looked at my car. Apparently the manager told the technicians to work on other car while my cars while mine was sitting out front disabled. Please don't go to this place if you are having a emergency.

Came in yesterday to drop off 4 tires with 4 wheels to be mounted. Set of wheels I had were $1200. I was a little worried they might scratch them. The manager on duty made sure they had someone with great experience to take care of them. I am very pleased with the whole experience. To the female manager if you're seeing this. Thank you again!

Had soft break pedal, had appointment Friday but got move to Saturday morning which was fine, very nice on phone and at counter, friendly and willing to listen, 2nd time here and will return. Was worried about recent bad comments but i have had great service both times. Dropped off car at 845am and was driving home very happy by 1220am. Car good so far and it is such a great feeling when you know you can find a place where they fix your car without yourself going that extra mile.

Words can't express my frustrationThese people love to waste your time. I thought I got lucky because when I came they said they didn't have any vehicles, was told to wait a hour and a half for it to be cleaned, I waited and the car still wasn't CLEAN !!My appointment was at 1pm it's 5pm and I'm still waiting for the car.They was extremely quick to take my money left me here waiting for hours to get my rental.I never been so frustrated in my life I don't even think Ill even return the vehicle at this location because I just don't want to deal with these people.Do your self a favor and go to a different location !!!

Very very busy shop. If it wasn t good they wouldn t have so many customers. Definitely recommend dropping off the vehicle and picking it up at the end of the day. From my experience when you don t rush them they can take their time with my vehicle and do a great job. Prices are very reasonable and the work they do is backed by pep boys so if something happens they fix it. With the massive amount of vehicles going in and out of this shop I m sure they have some mistakes but when they do I know they do their best to fix it. Also I noticed a lot of people walk in to the shop and just stand by the door waiting for the service writers to walk up to them. With the amount of customers entering and leaving I recommend you walk straight up to the desk area so they know you need help. They are usually on their computers ordering parts and checking up on other things I guess but when they know you need help they are the best.

Slowest service I ve ever experienced. The techs walk around like they don t have any hurry. A simple service took almost 3 hours. Yeah I understand that there s a process to things but. I didn t see no sense of urgency or even an intent to provide good customer service. No one greater me as I walked in or acknowledged me untill 10/15 mins later. Had a better experience at jiffylube, go there quicker better friendlier.

Went to go get my flat tire fixed and when I arrived I had no idea where to go.The gentleman in front was trying to be funny and saying they ran out of flat tires which wasn t very funny when your experiencing a situation where your car is not able to drive. I wasn t told how long it would took which took more then 2 hours to replace one tire! The day after my hood wouldn t close and you could feel the hood latch very loose when this problem never had accord before when I called to make a complaint the gentleman on the phone wasn t helpful he basically said it wasn t there problem but I know they open the hood because on my receipt it said they added windshield wiper fluid he was questioning me on how I knew they caused the issue I was trying to blame them I just wanted them to look at the hood and fix the issue

I appreciate them replacing what needed to be done but they should work on they professionalism. I shouldn t have had to walk into a conversation be spoke about me because I asked to deal with the person who I spoke to on the phone. Every time I asked about my car was like I m bugging them. Then called and said my car was done somehow I still was there for an additional 2 hrs my appointment was at 11 am I was told to come early to get in earlier I got there at 1030 I didn t leave to almost 2p for something that took less than 30 min that s unacceptable!

So here s my review. 3 hours later.1. Service was quick for what I got. +12. The waiting area was very comfortable. Had it been two degrees warmer I would fells asleep comfortably. +13. They answered all of my questions without being upset that I had so many +1.1. I got an oil change and all four of my tires changed along with a wheel alignment and they didn t have those little stickers that tell you the next service date now while I understand things happen I find that type of thing super convenient so for me it warrants the knock off of a star. -.52. It was helping me gave me an estimated price for all four tires including the work along with a tire warranty if I didn t ask questions or do any research I would ve paid way more and the wheel alignment would not have been included included. While he was able to provide customer service in the situation The estimate price should be the same as the online price for continuity. Not sure who makes that decisions just a thought. -13. After driving off I realized that psi on all of my tires wasn t the same one of them was four points lower than the other 3 I thought they would at least even out the tire pressure. -.5

I brought a clean car to Pep Boys Broadview for a simple oil change. I was told it would be an hour. After an hour and a half, I see my car parked in the lot. I go to the empty desk; manager sees me, but is busy w paperwork; cashier finally appears; tells me it s done. I pay and exit. When I open the car door, I notice what looks like some dirt on the foot plate, but had other things on my mind so didn t pay it attention. Later on, with the help of more sun, I realized the dirt was actually dirty oil. Not only was it on the footplate, but all over the carpet and footwell. The floor mat had been pushed up and also had grease on it.Why so careless?Unprofessional Pep Boys!

We went to change tyres for hundred bucks. But it happened their mechanic broken Our car, they would not admit their mistakes, and just give"go sue and complain" attitude, but not responsible It is so not professional, so not caring customers, fix car here just give us more other trouble, more effect on our life, we can not drive for working and anything and stuck. So stressful and frustratedI wish there was zero star
