I am not one who normally writes a review. But, when I recently went online to schedule an appointment with MAS I decided to read some of the reviews. I started reading all kinds of reviews about some guy named Tony. Well, I don't know who Tony is at MAS, I am sure he is an okay guy.But....he has got NOTHING on the crew that comes out to our shop in West Michigan that consists of Shaun, Andrew, Elliott and Chris. These guys are TOP NOTCH and so knowledgeable in their field and Hands Down the BEST!Thank you for the Expert service you Always provide us.

I've been working with the guys from M.A.S. for a number of years now. Every experience has been nothing short of professional. The guys are very knowledgeable and willing to work through just about anything with us to get to the end result we are all looking toward. I prefer to work with any of this group over the dealerships, any day and everyday. They come out timely and explain everything that is going on or that was completed. Keep up the great work guys! The service you provide is second to none!

These guys are top notch! Quick service, accurate and thorough diagnostics, and OEM tool equipped.Their tech lineup has a lot of depth and each one is very passionate about what they do. Jeremy's good looks, Brock's soothing voice, and Tony's nice hands are all reassuring qualities that keep us dedicated customers!Thanks MAS!

I have been using MAS for several years now at all of my collision repair facilities and the knowledge and expertise their technicians have is amazing. They always are very professional and have all the tools to get vehicle calibrations done in a timely manner in our facilities. I highly recommend them!

I've been working with Kevin at Mobile Auto Solutions for over 10 years now. MAS has assembled a knowledgeable team that is very thorough when it comes to diagnosing, programming and calibrating our customers vehicles. The scheduling system works well for our shop, as we can always expect a tech to arrive as promised and sometimes sooner! It's good to know a team you can count on when needed.

Honestly, I wouldn't work with any other company in the market. MAS blows the competition away, (trust me I've tried 'em all) As far as the staff and tech's go, I would say it may even be better than going to the dealer themselves, MAS comes to you! If they can't get it done on the spot, they will flat bed it to their calibration facility and bring it back!Tony is one of the best electrical diag techs they have. Tony's knowledge comes with decades of experience (these are the kind of techs they have in their work force) and he is efficient. That goes a long way when running production.MAS is lucky to have a tech like Tony and the rest of the team out in the field. Can't wait to see you guys on the next one!

MAS is the only name that comes to mind when we run into diagnostic or electrical issues in our shop. Wait 2-5 days for the dealer to figure it out for 3 times the price?! Why do that when Tony makes it out in less than 24 hours after a request. Not to mention he gets the issue figured out quickly and even gives advice on any Other issues he sees while performing diagnostics, always putting us in the right direction. Thanks to Tony and the entire MAS team!

This company never fails to Impress. Awesome customer service. Just today their employee Chris came out and was so helpful and even helped with another issue on a different vehicle. Highly recommend MAS to anyone! Thank you for being great at what you do!

The MAS group in the West Michigan Area led by Shaun O'Neill are some of the most Professional Sublets we use. The service is always spot on, never leaving a job unfinished, the knowledge shared with our staff to educate is immeasurable. As we are a Family owned and run facility we stride to finish our work above expectations, and we will not work with a sub par organization. Our customers rely on us to deliver their vehicles back to them at PRE-ACCIDENT condition. MAS gets the job done, works seamlessly in our facility around our employees and has become part of the West Michigan Auto Body trusted sublets. Not to mention each one of them are very personable and well mannered individuals. An EASY call and recommendation for Shaun, Andrew, Elliott and Chris.

This company is by far best I have ever used. Anytime I have had a problem with any of are cars. I can count in them to get the job done. Very good people to work with and down to the point. From the knowledge of ADAS and making sure that customers get in a safe driving car. From what happened in the accident. To making sure all system work the way they need to. Always making sure if something was missed is addressed at the time of there repair. To the time they walk out the door. These guy are better then going to a dealership and getting the run around story about your car. Thank you MAS for being there when we need you. And a big thanks to the staff and trained mechanics.

Been using MAS for over 5 years and 8 out of 10 times it's usually Tony coming out......have yet to find something Tony CAN'T do for us. Saves us a lot of trips to the dealer ships. Thank You! Great Work!

We've been using them since the company started and Kevin was a one-man show. The company has grown exponentially and the service has not missed a beat. Always done right, always on time, and always professional (except Tony : ) )

Being a business owner myself at VALERI AUTO BODY, I absolutely do NOT recommend M.A.S. I would give 0 stars if I could. Was given 5 invoices plus I ordered parts that they told me they needed, and THOUSANDS of dollars spent and 6 months later they said that they could not fix the problem and then stated that the car has an engineer problem. I tried reaching out to the owner several times and I NEVER got a response back from him. I then brought the vehicle to the NISSAN dealership and they told me they could tell someone else was doing improper testing which caused wiring issues. The dealership was able to get the job done.

I have been using MAS for close to 10 yrs now. Extremely knowledgeable technicians that always work diligently to diagnose a problem. Over the last few years they have been tremendous in helping with the big wave of calibrations for ADAS systems and can virtually perform any calibration needed for almost all Manufacturers. Thankful to have a service like this in a time where technology is expanding faster than we can say Adaptive Cruise Control! Highly recommend Mobile Auto Solutions for all your diag,wire,calibration, & 1234YF needs.

MAS has been the one and only professional for proper OE like wiring repairs and replacements. They also deal with special calibrations like advanced driver assist and blind spots. I highly recommend this service.

The entire team is very knowledgeable. They have a great system in place where after you put a request in they will for sure get to you within 24hr. For us they have always under-promised and over-delivered!

Shaun and the guys at MAS are the best! Very helpful and knowledgeable.. They are always my first call when it comes to calibrations and scanning needs!
