Randy & Dakota are highly reliable, very fast & good stewards of the financial cost of repairs & the trust bestowed upon them by their customers. For anything within their scope, they're my only option!

Let me start out by saying I don't trust anyone to work on my vehicles but myself... there is however some things and tools I just don't have to get the job done... I went to DRC a couple years ago with my truck and they solved the exact problem that I could not, only fixed the exact issue, had recommendations but did not push them on me and for that they earned my business.� I therefore recommended DRC to all my neighbors for any repairs, they were all happy and impressed with the service!!� Today I had another issue and called DRC to drop off one of my vehicles with a job that was nearly impossible, Randy the owner said let me give it a try.� A couple hours later Randy called to tell me my vehicle was ready, I was impressed and thankful!!!� I know other shops would had recommended new lines at approx. 1k dollars, Randy and his shop went above and beyond to get the job done doing what was necessary to save me money and time!!!!� They did another excellent job!!!! Randy is a man of his word!!!� His shop is the only one myself and neighbors trust in the area and I highly recommend them! Don't hesitate to give them a call!! I don't usually write reviews but DRC, Randy and his guys earned it!!

A/c went out. Called the shop, Randy was super professional told me to bring in right away! Got there was greeted in parking lot by Dakota. Pulled truck into shop immediately. After a short bit was told what I had to do. Very cost effective and a couple hours later the trucks blowing ice cold!I figured while my truck was there had them check over everything. Dakota found a couple small everyday issues, and brought me over for show and tell! Overall great and easy experience!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I've had to bring my vehicle to DRC twice. And both times he made the repair in a very timely manner, and was very fair with pricing.When I needed major repairs to my engine several years ago, he was able to find a lightly used engine and install it for less than the Ford dealership wanted to just repair the old engine.I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles to him again.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

I've been taking my fleet to DRC for many years. Car's require work, it happens. But I would trust no others when it comes to professional, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to provide all options to save you money whenever possible. Both Randy and Dakota are equally Great! Keep up the Great work guys!

I bring all my cars to DRC Automotive and have never had any issues with service or pricing. My last visit was to install my summer tires and get an oil change. I was in and out in no time, and the owner was very knowledgeable. I ve been bringing my vehicles to DRC since they first opened in Yorkville (now located in Bristol). Randy has always been great and his son Dakota knows his stuff. These guys are my go to for auto maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!!

Run!!!These people call themselves professionals and can t even install a tire on a rim.My husband took his tire their so he could get it installed on a rim and they put it in backwards and now it s jammed into the rim. On top of it they left it like that and said we can t fix it .My husband called them again to see if they can help him out because these are expensive tires and he literally exact words said I can t help buddy and hung up . Bad customer service ,not professional and they have no idea what they re doing.Save your car and your money .We lost a $300 dollar tire because of their lack of knowledge and irresponsiblity.Service: Tires

DRC Automotive diagnosed and repaired an issue with my car that two other local auto repair shops could not fix. I live in Oswego, illinos and found their Yorkville auto repair facility easy to find. Randy spent the time to review the needed repairs and fixed it right the first time. I will definitely use DRC Auto Repair when it comes time to replace my cars brakes or change the oil.

Not a good business u pay for work not all of it gets done and bought parts for the car not all of it gets put on, old parts sill on there and drops the car off with dead battery not all the lug nuts on the tires and flat tires Do not trust this guy to do work u get one price and next thing you know it's 500 more just being UNREASONABLE. WILL NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE. What a joke this place is.....

Super helpful and friendly service. Told me my car had a recall on it and to take it to the dealer when Firestone wanted me to spend thousands. Will be a regular customer from here on out.
