To excel in customer service, ask the customer if they have ever done business with you before. This gives you an opportunity to tell them about other product offerings, parts availability, and service of those products. Also, I ordered a cover for my snow blower, oil and fuel stabilizer. The oil did not ship and went on backorder. I had to call to find that out. As a suggestion, have your IT folks add a message on the packing list all backorder items and estimated delivery. I look forward to using my new snow blower as a first time customer. Thanks to Jeremy Anderson for his delivery and product information during delivery.

Great Dealership to deal with.The parts Department always keeps our Fleet up and going. Very minimal down time.Many Thanks to Dylan and Terry, very knowledgeable and always puts us to the head of the pack for parts.

Stopped in to get weight for our John deer mower. Very helpful and friendly staff. They even assistance us to our vehicle with the weights. Would shop again. Had lots a machines on display. Very professional setting. I believe they work on equipment if needed. Looked like a full shop in the back.

Terry Hanlin at Brimfield Illinois Martin Sullivan John Deere went the extra mile and beyond that even recently for my parts projet. With supply chain issues everywhere it is clear Terry Hanlin does not cut and run EVER! THANKS Terry, no other area group could get the parts, and you did it in 24 hours.

Stopped in to get a part that I had discussed with the parts department about, they had it on the counter ready to go when I walked in. Talked about a power steering piston being really wet, they told me to bring it in, even started a work order because it is about our of warranty.
