I've been going to this place for a few years now and was always happy with both their work and prices, but when I called to ask how much would it cost to plug a tire that has a screw in it they told me $27 and some change over the phone but then when I went there and had to work done they charged me $47 and some change, $27 a lone is a bit pricey but $47 is just robbery I'm never having a tire repair there again

I ve been a customer for more than a couple of years, Kris and his team are always eager to help.I came for a tire swap but not only got good service in addition he pointed out other areas that needed attention soon instead of just swapping out the tires and send me out on my way, he also was able to get me an estimate for the other service that y vehicle needs.For this and many other reasons I keep coming this way, thank you Wilrae.

Great and fast service. However ladies be careful if you are coming in alone for tire service. They will attempt to put in extra cost with a friendly smile but I caught it just in time lol.

Highly recommend this location. Came here for the first time and the guys here are super nice and will get your car taken care of right away and treat you with respect and urgency. I brought my tire in with a large nail in the tread and they removed the nail and patched it up right away. Excellent work. Great service!

Terrible customer service and business practices exhibited by Tom. I am not the type of client that will argue my way to get what I want, but after spending thousands of dollars in new tires for vehicles in my household, I expected much more when it came time to take care of the customer, I guess I know what I ll be doing, and that s taking my business down the road and my referrals.

I paid 79.00 for them to tell me what is the rattle noise while I'm driving .I go for a test drive with the guy he say he hear something a little in front but it's the back and don't check the back .He came with the paper work and said he don't see the wrong with my car but it's making the same noise I would never go hear again!! waste of 79.00

Efficient tire installation and an honest brake evaluationThis time had to replace r-front tire due to a pothole and decided to return for those rear brakes. Friendly and efficient service. FYI Wilrae now adds a 2% surcharge to all credit card transactions. Debit cards are excluded.

Dropped my car off at 9:00am for a simple oil change, I get a call at 4pm saying they forgot my car and did not change the oil. When I came to pick it up and they did not apologize for not doing the work. He asked me if I could bring it back next week. I walked into the store and asked the man behind the counter if they could do a tire rotation on my Accord.He said yes, it would take about an hour.It only took about 15 minutes and it was done.That was quick and efficient which is how I like my car maintenance to be done!Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I needed new tires for my camper trailer. They had to special order. They called me to confirm when my tires were delivered the next day. I came in on a busy Saturday morning. They got me right in a special bay big enough for my truck and trailer. I didn't even have to disconnect my trailer. They got a guy right on it while I waited which wasn't very long. Tom, the store manager and George, who was working customer service, were very friendly and helpful. When I asked if I could get my bearings greased while it was in the shop, Phil said he could do it right away, and they didn't even charge me extra. I'll take all my future business here.

I had a great experience with Wilrae. Kris was very professional and explained what was wrong with my Impala and how to fix it. Their price was competitive (I had called around) and the work was quick and on schedule. I'll definitely be coming back and will recommend Wilrae to my friends.

The older gentleman upfront was really nonchalant didn t care that I had to come back two times for an alignment that was incorrect after he said it was corrected it would still pull to the right claim it was the tires when I drove the truck there it was no pull in at all only problem was Steering wheel is crooked also BRAND NEW now the trucks pull tremendously to the right. Would not recommend these guys for any service They didn t care about my problem at all Also after they checked my front end I had to cracked rotors that I wasn t told aboutService: Tires

Over the years I have purchased many sets of tires and brakes. I have never had any problems. Their service personnel are the best. I can easily give them 5 stars.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!Absolutely horrible experience from this specific Goodyear location. Brought two cars in for them to service. Not only did they charge an outrageous price for the work, they attempted to STEAL a brand new tire out of one of our vehicles. The manager I spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and unapologetic for the horrendous service he and his store provided. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.These guys suck BIG TIME!

I just found out that these people completely took advantage of my grandpa and charged him $800 to replace his front brake system yesterday. My grandpa is too sweet to complain. Wish I had known about this robbery while his car was still on the rack as he lives on a fixed income. I m so disappointed!

I have been bringing my vehicles, yes plural, vehicles to Tom and his team for as long as I can remember. Everyone is treated with a unique respect and a quality of professionalism that isn't found anywhere anymore. And in the EXTREMELY RARE occourance where there was an issue, they gladly took care of it with no hassle, no arguments and no tears. I appreciate them for always being there and never treating me like a paycheck, but like a person.

They used to be honest, not anymore. I couldn't get appt at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation for 3 weeks and my oil change was overdue so I had to come here so i wouldn't screw up my vehicle warranty. There was nothing wrong with the tire valve stem stem caps, then they came to me and said they couldn't get the caps off. Either they stripped the caps on or put loctite on them, because they are completely stuck. You want to get revenge just dont pay your bill and file bankruptcy. Hope they get looted and lose their business like all the honest companies that are suffering.

Got my srt4 aligned there. They called me half way through the job to inform me I need camber bolts and f I want to get them and have the put on to get perfect specs on my alignment. Other shops wouldn't bother. Great service.

Terrible for low car alignments!!! Although they have an in ground rack they moan and complain about your car being lowered. They tried to blame the excuse that their machine isnt reading to pass up on doing an alignment. They will try to charge you $160 for a single alignment on anything specialty/even a littlw lowered. You can get a lifetime alignment at this price at firestone. Avoid at all costs.

4/9/2021 had tire repaired for classic car that has rally wheels they damaged the ring around rim and said there tire guy said he didnt do it, i baby my car and i know right away they dented it...shop some were else they take no responsibility. ..............................this is after they posted to contactthem wich i did and i Reached out to them after this post and still they don't respond even after they said to contact them....i hate when business play games not professional at all.Service: Tires

This by far is the worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Twice they missed Diagnosed my truck, costing extra money in tows, and repairs. When my son tried to talk to the service manager, he became rude and defensive. He told him, if he didnt like the services take the truck else where. This is after we spent thousands of dollars with them. I am a business owner myself. I would never dream of talking to , of treating my customers like that in a million years.

Have to recommend against ever having Wilrae service your vehicle! Went to Wilrae last week for a oil change, tire rotation and tire repair then the next day all my power steering fluid leaks out oldest shop trick scam in the book they loosened one of my power steering lines and used a pick to damage the seals on my rack and pinion now its a major repair thousands shame on you Wilrae. Had new power steering pump and lines installed last year what a racket happens the next day after I go to your shop. Are you that desperate for work that you are now sabotaging peoples vehicles? Used to be a good honest shop been coming here for 20yrs but never again you can add Wilrae to the worst shops in America list. I will be making complaints to Attorney Generals office, Illinois Commerce Commission Police and Village of Bridgeview.

Got 2 new front tires installed due to excessive wear from a bad wheel alignment performed at Chevy dealer in Countryside IL. I have had 3 wheel done in the past and now since Wilrae Goodyear have done a wheel alignment, I know now the 3 previous alignment were not done correctly. Thank you Wilrae Goodyear in Bridgeview IL

They can be pricey but the fact that they don't have a high pressure sales force is worth the couple extra dollars.Also, I don't usually recommend extra warranties but for the price, the tire warranty has paid for itself with replacements and fixes several times over.

Never buy your tires at Wilrae I just bought a set from Sam's Club includes free tire rotations, balancing, and tire repairs for life of the tire! Wilrae will charge you for everything. Wilrae hates it when you have other mechanics do work on your vehicle then come in for an alignment or oil change they will say the work is done wrong dont believe anything they say their desperate for work now. They may even sabotage your vehicle too friend came last week for oil change rotation and tire repair they pour brake fluid in his power steering pump damaging whole rack and pinion system. They always take advantage of women and senior citizens too charge them more say everything wrong with the vehicle.

So slow over 40 min still did not finish so long don t come here everywhere else is 5, 10, 15 min for oil change.

Terrible. I took my truck to get aligned and they had every excuse in the book saying that they couldn't do it. All they want are easy in and out jobs. They still charged me $47 to put it on a rack only to tell me they couldn't do it. Went to Chicago Driveline in Alsip and they aligned it with no issues.
