I just recently had my car repaired with Technicraft. The service was great. I appreciated the text updates that kept me informed of every stage the vehicle was in from start to finish. The work was done in a timely manner. Once my car was ready, it looked like new! It was squeaky clean inside and out which was amazing! Such a great team!

This was an excellent service; I wish I can give more than five stars. They quickly turn around to fix my car and deal with my insurance company. They cleaned up my car the inside and out. My car looked like new when I picked up, the work is good, the staff professional, reliable and knowledgeable.Definitely I will recommend this place to friends or use again if needed, They were also available for questions two weeks after I picked up my car! Thank you TechniCraft :-)

My 21 Mazda CX-5 signature had some damage at the bumper as a result of rear end by another driver. TechniCraft repaired my car, professional and promptly. the results were to factory specs, the gaping was perfect, the alignment was very exact and the color matched. I'm super happy with everything the team did for me... excellent work! I will bring back any of my vehicles for future repairs. I have finally found a shop that I can trust.

Just recently took my car in & they did such a great job. The ladies at the front desk were so kind & did a great job communicating. They did call to update me about the process & finished it when they told me. They did such a great job overall & even went out if their way to even clean the inside.

I couldn t have picked A BETTER body shop for my car!!! This place is TRULY a 5-star experience. I was in a first terrible accident over the summer, and they have repaired my jeep Cherokee, and it looks like it was never damaged. They take great pride in their work!! The young gentleman manager and the front office ladies are very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. However, a huge shout out to Denise and Jesica. There were both so KIND and worked with me from start to finish with so MUCH patience and explained every step. I cannot SAY enough about how great they were.They gave my car a wash and even a detailed shine with a vacuum on the inside of my vehicle. It looks as if I brought it from the lot. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough! Got a tote bag, pen, and t-shirt, lovely little gifts. BIG THANK YOU!!! It's SO rare to find such a good business. You guys deserve all the praise!!! I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for collision repairs. They are booking out over month ahead, but so worth the wait! I promised you! You guys are indeed the best!! Thank you to both the customer service gals and technicians at technicraft. I brought my car in because someone backed into it. From the moment I walked in I was treated right and the two girls behind the desk were very professional and fun. The person who took my estimate was also very professional and polite. The work on the car is perfect. Also the facility and waiting area is very clean and comfy. If I could give this small business a higher review I would. Instead I will spread the word and give them more of my business instead. Thank you guys and hopefully we can do business again soon but not too soon.

My insurance gave me some options where to fix my car. And I chose this place and I don't regret it. The people are respectful, responsible and kind. It was the best thing I could've done for my car. I definitely recommend it. Will definitely come back if me and my family need repairs for our vehicles! Thank you!

I had used TechniCraft in the past and never disappointed with their service, but I must admit it was a whole new experience this time. The actual repair work was just great and the way the car was returned to me was just great, totally clean and sparkling. Front office service was great. Always keep up to date with progress.No one wants their autu in for bodywork but if you're in their really consider them

My estimate was quick, I was able to get an appointment for repairs within 2 weeks, and the TechniCraft team reached out to me when my insurance was slow to respond to them. I was able to remind my insurance to provide the necessary paperwork and the repairs were done on time. The cars looks brand new!! I m very thankful!

For my first accident, I did not like the experience of working with this company. I didn t get any updates throughout the process and they said I would get text updates which I never received. Until one magical day the car was ready for pickup. The repair itself looks ok, no one came out to walk me through it, a sensor on bumper is a bit recessed, but the best part is the complementary detailing which includes drenching the inside in armor all. The leather seats, doors, mats, everything was nice and greasy. 2 stars for this. Now I have to pay to get car re-detailed and remove this mess. To be fair, she offered to wash it off but I don t trust their detailers to do anything.

I had gotten side swiped and insurance recommended this place and at first I hesitated but I decided to take my car in for repair here. Eventually I was told it would take 18 days and after only 14 days I was called and told it was ready for pickup. When I came, I came with low expectations but I was left jaw dropped. My car was in better condition than before and they even threw in a complimentary interior detail and exterior detail. I had told them I was going to arrive a few minutes past closing time and when I arrived they had waited for me. They took care of my car so good, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone involved in an accident or needing body repair done. 12/10 for their above and beyond service and customer care.Service: Body & Trim

It was my second or third time at technicraft. Always satisfied with results. The stuff is so nice and professional. Jessica took care of me, contacted me every time with a text msg when my car will be ready or with annyothe questions. And I love that bcuz I don t always get pick up my phone. I highly recommend to everyone that needs their work done only at Technicraft. I was 1000% Satisfied. Thank you so much.

Statefarm recommended them to do my car repairs and I am glad I went there...this place is amazing they returned my ford edge and it looked perfect...they gave a time estimate and the work was done on time..they are honest...they ordered new parts because it was cheaper than trying to fix it and they looked everything over offering to do an oil change. By the way they also did an amazing detail job ...felt like I picked up a brand new vehicle....highly recommend this place.

The first people you meet when you arrive at Techni Craft are the office staff . Those women are very professional, helpful and personable. Then I met Joshua. He was so kind and explained everything that was going to be done on my auto.. We went over the car before I left. He told me he'd be in touch to give me an update (which was done). When I picked up my car, it had been detailed beautifully. This is the 2nd time we've used Techni Craft. I have a lot of faith in the Techni Craft and their staff. My husband and I would highly recommend Techni Craft to anyone in need of body work.

I give a 5 star review for this company because they did an awesome job fixing my car. I couldn t have picked a better place to take it for repair once again the second time i use this company and i am satisfied with the service they provide from fixing the damage to nailing the color of my car.. thank you ! And a big shoutout to the manager for helping me out a lot will definitely recommend to family and friends and to all the workers that do a good job thank you

Technicraft was amazing!! I had a minor accident however my car got majorly damaged from a tow company. Technicraft made my car look brand new again. 1st image was the initial accident, 2nd and 3rd are damage from the tow, and last two are the outstanding job technicraft did! They also did a beautiful job detailing my car before they returned it to me!Service: Body & Trim

One of the best body shops i have dealt with, they repaired the accident on my 2017 mercedes and i couldnt be more happy about the repair, the entire process was very smooth and i would highly recommend this body shop to anyone seeking repairs done on there vehicle 5/5

The guys at Technicraft did an outstanding job on my Jeep SRT8! From customer service to the work that was done to my truck and the timing of getting my truck back,I was satisfied . The paint job came out really good! Matches the rest of the paint on the truck, and looks like it was never even touch before! I had them do my front bumper, which had scratches,rock chips and they did not disappoint. The truck was detailed which came out really good. I added the photos for the before and after, I ll definitely recommend technicraft, good jobs guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It s hard to find a shop you can trust to drop off your baby s when it comes to someone else putting hands on it. Staff here are on top of their game! Can t complain about Kevin s team, they went above and beyond! QUALITY WORK!!!! Absolute great service as well as an experience. Great work done to my car! Justin kept in contact with me the whole time since it was a claim job, and they finished it when they said they would. They even detailed my interior and I'm not sure what they did to the exterior, but it looks brand new! Highly, HIGHLY, recommended. Before and after photos below.

I would highly recommend TechniCraft Collision. They were truly a delight to interact with. Communication was timely and totally professional. My vehicle looked like a new car!! Although I didn t confirm my appointment in the beginning, so parts were not ordered ahead of time, the car was repaired in a timely fashion. Customer server excellent! Atmosphere excellent! Friendly- absolutely. Repair of my vehicle - outstanding. My vehicle is a 2022 and it had front damage. When I tell you my car was amazing it looked brand new when I received it!!! Exceeded all expectations. Was referred to Technicraft by State Farm after a low life rear ended me and took off. They made the entire process simple and stress free. I stopped in for an estimate with no appointment necessary. Their facility is cleaner than most peoples homes. I was originally told my repair would take 5-6 days and I had my car back in 3 days. They also cleaned the car(I d almost consider it a detail) before returning it to me. And for the record, they didn t mention leaving them a review even once. I just received a Thank You card from them and felt I owed it to them. Outstanding work and customer service.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

TechniCraft did a great job repairing my Honda Civic. My car looked like brand new and when I was picking it up I almost didn t recognize it in the parking lot. My car was cleaned to perfection and ready for me to drive. The staff was friendly and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to this time. Technicraft went above and beyond. I had my catalytic stolen at the beginning of the year and they replaced it for me. Did a great job. But for some reason 8 months down the road (last week) I got a airbag system fault. Took it to mitsubishi as it is still under warranty but was told they would not cover the repair since in their opinion it was cause by an error on Technicraft's part when replacing the sensors. Was expecting this to be a problem as it was 8 months later with no prior problems and was expecting to have to pay out of pocket. Brought it to Technicraft since they said if any problem were to arise from their work they would fix it. Brought it in, explained the situation, they looked at the diagnostic taken by mitsubishi, took it in same day, no questions asked and fixed the problem free of charge. Granted it was a minor fix, they made sure to fix it even tho they were busy with other stuff. They've definitely earned my business and recommendations to anyone. Thanks again.

Car repairs longer than previously expected due to delay in parts shipment. Trunk closes louder than it used to, but the repairs are flawless otherwise. I would still recommend for collision repairs.
