Always helpful! Great staff and clean store. The driveway to exit is always crazy you can only go west into 87th street , unless you drive around the lot by McDonalds to exit onto Harlem north . Other than that great place

Thank you. The counter guy replaced my car battery under warranty without any trouble or hassle. I was expecting some bs about only getting partial credit or something but they covered it no problem. Thanks again!

Supervisor's questionable lack of respect and gratitude for Employees, truely presented unpleasant visit to the local O'Reilly auto part store. Reluctant to accept that manager's/supervisor duties are to purposely belittle employees in front of customers. Makes my day all the more difficult, having to witness and experience such a class of behavior from managers/supervisor. I will think twice about this location's management. Also where I make my next simple auto parts purchases from.

This location has outstanding customer service and the most knowledgeable staff members.I work on my cars frequently, so I'm always needing to purchase parts or fluids. I find myself here at least once every two weeks. Never has this location failed me. The staff here knows their store and merchandise well. If they do not have something in stock or carry it.... they will either order it for me or find the nearest location that does. Cesar, I believe is the manger. He is very professional and always friendly. If there is ever an issue, he makes it right. Such a great guy!There are times that I send my daughter to pick up what I need, but many times she forget by the time she gets there....Still, they are helpful and patient enough to help her figuring it out. such an awesome team!Returning items I didn't use or need, is constantly effortless.The prices here are reasonable. The store is organized and has a good selection. Many stores carry the same items, but the shopping experience here, is what makes it better than other stores.

I ve been a customer here at this location for 3 years , I never buy anything with out a warranty. Recently I tried to exchange some parts for my car, the manger Goes by the name of Toni refused to return anything for me even when I had Warranty. Me personally I don t care about the cost of a new part but I m part time mechanic I refuse to buy any car parts without warranty. Toni is very unprofessional guy threatening to call 911 cursing me out when there s customers behind me witch is very disrespectful not just towards me but business wise it s not the way to do it. I went 5 min to another location & it was replaced in a matter of seconds. Stay away from Toni he doesn t deserve this leadership spot in the store.

My battery died so U called around. Decided to go there close to home. I called first talked to someone who was very professional on the phone gave me the information I asked. I went to the store the gentleman was not the one I talked to. Daniel welcomed me as soon as I was l walked in he was taking care of someone else asked me to give him a minute his boss was on a conference call. It was my turn now Daniel asked me what I was looking to get? He was not pushy he was very patient with me. I asked him if he could put the battery and just l I'll ke that yes I can no attitude no eye rolling. I was pleasantly surprised. Daniel was great I will go back there again.

Incredible customer service. Friendly advice and even let me use some tools to help me with a part removal from my car. Also had a problem with amount for my battery one of the gentleman that work there came out had much better tools and I did pulled apart fixed it replace the battery now that's customer service. I strongly recommend this particular store.

So, I came in to this place around 12:30 with an Arnott Air Strut...yes, I run from it too. For a refund. Melissa, after she was supposed to leave, solved problems, was more than accommodating, and spent over an hour of her off time waiting for a solution. As someone who used to Audit CTO's, CFO's, I wish their brain worked like hers. I almost thought about hiring her watching her brain work. Thanks Melissa, call me any time for a reference.

This is literally worst O Reillys in the Chicagoland.I have never dealt with people that are so incompetent. How their still open is mind boggling. I will never shop here. It s a bunch of little kids running the store.

I went there for my gas cap, (i dont know much about cars or where it would be) but Christina helped me out efficiently and very enthusiastically. She knew where everything was, I had a couple questions, and she was about to answer them. Definitely an employee to have!

I have been to this store numerous times and the staff are knowledgeable and polite. If you can't find what you are looking for, just ask. They might even ask you first.

Very good customer service. I have bought several parts from this location and I never had any issues. If I could not find the part myself, they helped me find it. Overall, very good.

Went there because my check engine light was on. The guy there checked it for me and was very nice. He was very helpful in getting the part I needed ordered also. Would definitely recommend this place.

Terrible terrible terribleFirst of all that guy with the stupid mustache sold me grease for bulbs I didn't need. He sold me the most expensive bulbs he had on top of that. I go back to ask for a different bulb and asked for the CHEAPEST one they have, once again the guy with the stupid mustache picks out his most expensive one, and then tells that fat ass with a terrible haircut Fernando, to ring me out, never even TELLS me the price until I ask, then after hearing the price I Stormed out of this terrible establishment. Becareful of these rip off artists, never ever go here at all. I truly sincerely hope this place goes out of business and they both lose their jobs.

Great staff very helpful!They will go out of thier way to find hard to find parts.Cant say enough good things about this store.Dont waste ur time shopping anywhere else.They do need to fix that parking lot though.

Went in ask for information on windguards for my car. He looked it up said no don't have them. He failed to ask me if I'd like too order them. So I left the store. Customer service was Terrible!

They tried to sell mildly used brake pads as new. Opening the packages and verifying those is a strict must in this location. My first encounter of this kind at an auto store in Chicago

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Called Auto Zone in the store to see if they were open because I REFUSE to buy anything from this place unless LAST resort. As I was leaving the two men laughed as I walked out. Shaking my head. I wish I can leave a zero stars.

Only giving 3 stars because the person that took care of me didn't really know his stuff. I had to return the part he sold me because it was the wrong part. But the girls knew their auto parts
