Rude and Arrogant people who make fun of you instead of helping. Most of the time could not find simple parts and argue acting like they know better then all mechanics. Black lady laughing for no reason instead of working so the line of people will get shorter. Black guy act like he own the whole place and thinks he is an EXPERT in everything. Surely not coming back every again.

This place needs a better management, the parts counter sales people are very rude, they price more than the other fleet pride store's to make more money from commission. they are my last choice, I always go to Action Truck Parts in Chicago on California and 31 st or Suburban truck parts in Worth on 111 St and Ridgland Ave.

I used to only buy parts from fleetpride but nowadays it's more often than not cheaper to buy oem from dealer. However, this location is very good guys are knowledgeable and always trying to help out.

Called to check on a part we needed ASAP for our business. The person on the phone said the store had it, knew the part. No problem. It's an hour drive round trip and they did NOT have the part nor anything like it. It was a HUGE waste of time that we already were short on.

parts counter sales people are very rude and stupid going to do business with US TRAILER PARTS remember rule #1 if we don't take care of the customers...somebody else will.

I just walk in and out basically he send me to look for parts somewhere else ! He say he dosen't stock parts and he need to order the parts bla bla bla !I know all the info make year even the vin number.Guy ask for a part number thats it! if you dont have a hard part number dont even bother!

Busy heavy duty truck parts store, has most everything that you need for truck parts. Heavy and medium duty. Prices are up n down.

The sales counter people are RUDE and stupid, they will increase the price on you if you don't check it before you buy from them, the parts they are selling it's after market and very bad quality.

Just called them to ask for a part for my truck and they answered me with complete disrespect put me on hold for 15 minutes and had no idea wat part I was asking for and on top of that hung up on me terrible business I hope you guys shut down and lose your jobs
