These guys are the best in the business!! Eddie and crew have repaired numerous cars for me and my family for over a decade and have given 5 star service every time! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. They are upfront and honest throughout the entire experience. They make the repair process super easy and the office staff is great too. They also have a great selection of cars if you are looking to buy. Don't hesitate to use them. It's well worth it.

completely incompetent. I dropped my car off for them to simply replace a bumper and was rudely yelled at and informed to pick up my car without warning because they couldn t install the new bumper. they even have you look up and order all the parts on your own with no help. customer service was heavy on the european, being extremely rude and unprofessional & lacking american courtesy. I was randomly ordered to pick up my car that they never fixed, with no forewarning ahead of time to plan accordingly & make arrangements for a ride ahead of time as most decent places do.Edit in response to Owner: I don t know who Suad is, but I feel compelled to respond now since you did. I am entitled to my anonymity in reviewing the service or lack there of, that I received from your establishment. Clearly this is a pattern of behavior and you must treat more than one customer in this manner to suspect I m this other individual. I provided a fair review and constructive criticism based on my experience that I simply recounted.This isn t even a proper apology, this is a 1 star apology. Sincere apologies don t start with Sorry but and proceed to list excuses blaming the individual that was wronged for your behavior. Apologies include taking full accountability for your actions, accepting the constructive criticism, and adjusting your business practices accordingly so as to ensure this isn t repeated in the future. This poor response just proves my case in point on how you treat people and my review still stands. Just take the L and move on.

I was recommended to this place by a friend who spoke very highly of them. I was a little hesitant at first given I am a woman and we all know how our experiences at these places are like. I was very surprised to see how well they treated me and straightforward they were, keeping my interests in mind and not making an extra buck off of me. They have definitely earned my trust and I will be recommending my friends to come here! This is the most friendliest staff you will find.

As an independent young male, I ve been to many dealerships trying to find a car. I ve dealt with many different sellers and have had many different outcomes. But this one was by far the best one. The moment I got there, I got to meet Terek, whom didn t hesitate to answer any questions I had. If there was a question he couldn t answer, he would be honest and would tell me he doesn t know but would help me find a solution. Have a trade in and it was easy and actually helped me a lot to come to an agreement financially. They have good patience, and if there is any problems they can help me. I will be recommending this place to family and friends. Amazing business, very professional, and worth it all. Take it from a young teenager who just bought a car on his own. Thank you for your services!

This place has great service! The staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure things get done in a timely manner. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Ive been here plenty of times and have never had a problem!

Our extra experience at European Auto Sales has been amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable and the customer service was superb. We are very pleased with the reliability of the car we purchased off their lot, especially considering we have a newborn baby. We will be back for our next car!

Had my windshield replaced and my brake replaced through them. Pricing is extremely reasonable and got my car back within a good time ! Friendly people, willing to listen to you and help you find the right parts for your car! Highly recommended !!

European Auto Sales is a life savor! They were able to fix an engine when everyone else said, " we can't help you". They are dedicate, honest, and loyal to their customers. From the moment you walk in, you feel valued as a customer. The quality service I received has made me never take my car anywhere else!

Bad treatment and their dates are false and does not give you the right to work. I had a bad experience and the delivery date was three weeks late, and the work was not as well as I returned the vehicle to them and he did not do his work and demanded wages higher than what he said

DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! I recently bought a car from the owner john and he was very unprofessional as soon as I drove off the lot with it I started having problems with. Didn't even make it home before the car broke down. When I told him about it all he said was dang well that's an easy fix so you should be able to take care of it. Also he said he would mail me the title within a week I bought the car but took him over a month and a half to have them mail me my title after asking for it 100 times and hearing 100 different excuses of why they couldn't get it to me. There were holes in the radiator tank and windshield wiper fluid tank. Interior components were either glued to look like they were fine or stuffed with paper to make it look like it was all in place. Terrible experience and I will never use them again and hopefully neither will you guys. This place is a joke.

European auto sales are the best body shop, they work are great, I been go there for more than 12 years, I never been disappointed with them, the only place that I only trust with my car, I reffered all my friends and family to them, they all happy with they cars, I will never change them, they so friendly with customers, it make them comfortable to fix they cars there, I'm highly recommend them, very good work and professional.. The manger sami so friendly and sweet, love u guys and I will keep refer more customers

Do not ever buy a vehicle from here. I bought a truck from here last yr and the owner hacked it back together. No one wants to even touch it now cuz he hacked it back together so bad after a car accident. He is very rude and says no my problem!!

The worst work and worst people I ever seen in my life. They are very careless and very rude people. Cheap work!!!! I regret a lot for taking my brand new car to fix it when I had an accident. One word: you will regret if you ever go in. This is real review from real customer!!!!!
