Getting into an auto accident is always overwhelming on so many aspects, physically, mentally,� emotionally. Always had a feeling of having your guard up going into any auto shop and the stress it can bring. However, Enzenberger and Mitchell had so much patience with my father and I. The level of ease that they gave me was very reassuring. They took their time explaining the insurance process, which was very relieving & the turnover on how quickly my car was fixed was awesome! Took less than a week. Their prices are very reasonable and non-questionable. They do indeed go above and beyond! Will only recommend their facility to everyone I know going forward! Thank you, ladies & team!

Enzenberger and Mitchell have repaired several cars for my family and myself. We have used them for over 30 years, and the work and communication have been amazing each time. They even dealt with the other driver's insurance company, so we didn't have to! I highly recommend them!

I love Enzenberger and Mitchell. I've unfortunately been in situations where I've had to bring my car to them and they not only made my car look brand new, they were very fast and very efficient. They are also very informative with all of the insurance companies they work with. Very family oriented. Love them!!

Car accident repairs - totally top notch. I totally recommend them. I had the car brought in, after hitting a tree that fell down in front of me that I was not able to totally avoid. They did all the repairs to the electrical (lights), the left front fender and quarter panel, plus the plastic undercarriage protection. When I went to pick it up, the shift refused to budge out of park. They were helpful in calling my insurance company, and working with them and with me, to get this repair done. 2 business days later, I picked up the car, and left the rental car there (which they arranged to have picked up!) and everything works and looks wonderful! Car was stolen and needed repairs. They took car no problem and fix and detailed the car to look like it s brand new. The ladies in the front desk were very helpful and communicated everything upfront and kept me updated. The owners was so nice to me from the moment I walked in the door, during the process of fixing the car, until the car was done and gave me a discount because she knew I had to pay for a rental out of pocket. This is the BEST auto shop I have taken my car to. These women are very kind, knowledgeable, experienced and do GREAT work!I had another accident earlier in year and used crash champions - TERRIBLE I was lied to multiple times.From the second I walked in door at Enzenburger/Mitchel everything was throughly explained, follow up calls were made, they used Lexus parts (not after market defective parts like crash champions) and did a beautiful job on my car!!!My car was ready in a timely manner on day I was told it would be ready. (Unlike crash champions who took 2 months).I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. These women are great with excellent customer service and work!! Hard to find in 2023.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Michelle and Rose are exemplars in customer service. I felt only good vibes from start to finish. To top it off, my vehicle was repaired to satisfaction. Even though the hock to my hatch still has a little damage from the accident, I understand the time and costs that could incur. Their service indicates that I could always come back if it worsen. For that, I am very appreciative. I wish I had known about Enzenberger before I traded my Chevy Equinox.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Michelle, Rose, and the person who worked on my car was so nice, and professional. Besides every one being so nice and helpful, the shop is nice a clean. I believe the guy who worked on my vehicle name was Joe, I'm not sure. I was looking at the repairs, a second time before pulling off, the guy was in the lot whom I believe was Joe he asked was everything ok. I said yes I asked did he do the repairs he said yes, I thank him, and told him he did a excellent job. Anyone need car repairs, or work due to a accident I recommend Enzenberger and Mitchell. Great work, and awesome employees.

Got in a car accident and Allstate suggested Enzenberger for repairs. I couldn t be happier with my experience. They were great with communication from start to finish and very understanding. They were punctual, professional, and have great customer service! The 2 ladies at the front desk do a wonderful job. The work they did on my car I am very pleased with. I would recommend Enzenberger to anyone. You won t be disappointed!!

This is hands down the BEST body shop experience I've had!!! These guys (and gals) are the real deal. They gave me the most pleasant experience in the midst of the frustration I received from Allstate...which I might add referred me to Enzenberger. That's the best thing Allstate could've done for themselves because this body shop is their ONLY saving grace!!! The ladies at the front end are a God send and pleasure to work with... from the initial phone call to driving away with the perfectly transformed vehicle. The customer service is outstanding and the actual body work is phenomenal. I can't even tell my car was hit!!! Aaannddd...they actually stick to the time period they tell you the car will be done... how about that! I'm so pleased with this business. I would totally without a doubt refer this body shop. They can get my business over and over again even if I have to use my own lil coins. If your car is your baby like mine is...then you want it to be taken care of and this is what Enzenberger and Mitchell does...they take care of your car and they treat you with respect, friendliness and professionalism!!! Not only do i work for a well known insurance brand who uses this shop as a direct repair facility, but i am a repeat customer for this family owned business. I love the people here like my own family, always a joy to work with. I cannot praise them enough, whether its the customers i send there, to my own vehicle purchases to vehicle repairs, I have never had a poor experience. Sure there is always that one off track situation, and that is life sometimes. I can honestly say even if that comes up, it's never as bad as it could be. Their technicians are knowledgeable, the owners are charming and courteous, and of course the quality is always there. I would recommend them 1000% for an honest business with good people working behind the scenes. I never have a doubt. Thank you all for all that you do, it does get recognized and definitely should be vocalized twice as much. Thanks again as always. I am so very appreciative of everyone at Enzenberger & Mitchell!! They are a very honest and true to their word family business. Having never gotten into an accident before, I was so glad that not only my insurance recommended Enzenberger & Mitchell but I had already known that was the place to go to! I had no issues once so ever, my car is back to brand new but better! Timing, communication, & the work done was perfect! Thank you all so very much for your hard work and true professionalism.

This February 2021, I brought my vehicle in to Ezenberger and Mitchell, so they could repair my damaged bumper. Someone hit my car overnight in the parking lot of my apartment complex. So immediately, I started a search for the best rated businesses near me. Ezenberger and Mitchell, were highly recommended and after my experience with this business,I can see why. When I walked through the door to get an estimate, I was greeted by Michelle and Rose, and from the beginning until of the end of the process, they were professional, honest and helpful. They stuck by their word and kept up communication with me, so I was never in the dark about my vehicle.Communication was A+, the service was A+ and my car came out looking brand new again. I'm so thankful for coming across such an honest, straightforward, professional business. If I ever need work done again in the future,I will be returning.

I couldnt have made a better choice! The customer service was outstanding. Everyone is friendly and sweet. I recieved such a great deal on our used vehicle without a fight. I still can't believe how easy it was. This vehicle is so clean and runs well with many new parts. I was always leery of little car lots but I plan to reccomend them and purchase there again someday. I'm also excited to learn we can affordably maintain the vehicle there also. Just an honest place that really really stepped up for the customer. Thank you E&M auto sales! We are so pleased with our new used vehicle!!

This shop did an amazing job on my truck and in a timely manner. The woman in charge went out of her way to make sure our truck got worked on asap. Very nice workers here ! Would highly recommend
