Took my Honda Pilot for alignment my steering wheel was crooked to the left cause I changed my outer tie Rod when I picked it up my steering wheel was crooked to the right went right back and they tried telling me that I had to pay for the alignment again that they didn't offer warranty on alignments that a new part and a used part will cause alignment to be off. I did alignments for almost ten years never heard or encountered that before, I don't know about other services but they not good with alignments won't be coming here again. Would've been better off aligning it with a string around the tires smh, after rechecking it they trying to say that they got to switch it to another bay to check the suspension cause the alignment was off again, they supposed to check the suspension before doing alignment to my knowledge or at least that's what I used to do before doing a alignment. Responding to your response,we both know that my suspension was tight your technician took it to the other bay shock the wheels and took it down right away I was standing right there if there was something wrong with suspension why wasn t I called to vehicle to show me, you just trying to find excuses, your technician didn t calibrate the sensors after he put them on wheels didn t start car and center steering wheel before making any adjustments, I really think all he knows about alignments is turn a tire rod in other words (set the toe and go)

I started coming to Diaz for about 2 years now and every time I m always taken care of. I ve gotten oil changes , my breaks and alignments done here. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and they always have something good to say.

They specialize in exhaust systems! The loud noises, drivability issues and an overdue oil change of my car were finished in about an hour, by one guy and without having to replace major parts. They are so focused, skilled, organized, professional, affordable and warrantied! Amazing!

Warning for everyone who want to do any job in your car .PLEASE avoid this place like fire .They did the exhaust in my car and guy did the estimate (220$),after when they cat my exhaust for pices and finish bad job they raised price over 280. Second day i will back to them because exhaust tip was welded not in center as should be and starts melting my bumper ,they said he can't fix it ,if you want buy another tip and they want to charge extra 45 $.for job .I'm done with this butcher shop.Do not go this place you will lose your money.Finally i found good place for welding exhaust and now IM Happy .I left one star but this place shouldn't have any star .Button I add some photos how they did mess with my car .

They replace a water pump without replacing the thermostat Therefore Imade my engine overheat And Destroy waterpump There was a warranty on the part and they want me to pay for labor they were but I had to get it towed back to the facility. Which would cost me more so I end up having to replace it myself.Now, I'm in the process of trying to get a refund for the part

I am absolutely infuriated by the work that was done to my vehicle. I drive a Honda CRV and went in to get my muffler and resonator replaced. Prior to taking my vehicle in the shop on Harlem on 10/13/2022, I took it to my trusted mechanic who has been working on my car for years which is when I was informed about the muffler and resonator issue. He unfortunately did not have the equipment to replace these parts himself, and told me to take it to a muffler shop to get done which is when I took it to this business as it was close to my home. A few weeks after the work was done by Diaz Complete Auto Care, my check engine light came on so I took it back to my mechanic to take a look. It was then when he told me that the problem this time was my Catalytic Converter. He said someone took out my original converter and replaced with it an aftermarket one welding it all together on the underside of the car. I asked him what he thought happened and he said that someone definitely replaced the converter recently as I had an original when he looked at it a month ago. He also mentioned the welding was done at the same time as the new muffler and resonator. I looked back on my invoice and there was nothing reported about work being done to my Catalytic Converter, but I never had my car worked on by anyone else in the time span. I recently looked at other reviews, and multiple people have commented that their Catalytic Converters have been stolen from here as well and replaced with aftermarket models. To make matters worse, the welding that was done has made it impossible to get a new, original Catalytic converter as my mechanic said an original piece will not fit anymore unless every part underneath is replaced. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

AC not working - They checked my ac system a find out there is a bad hose and it was replaced $$$$ after 2 weeks my ac system was not working again, now they said I need to replace the Ac condenser $$$$$ looks like they are guessing where is the problem, I don t like to waste my money. Over pricing and no experience machinic I took my suv three times to fix my catalytic converter and alternator. Then it turns out that one day my catalytic converter went out in I was supposed to have warranty then they said my warranty expired. So I replaced it again an it was more . Now my alternator went out again knowing I have warranty. Now there saying my warranty expired SMH . There warranty are trash an a scam .

This is an awesome place I just discovered. I will for sure be coming back always to get my car serviced.They were so nice ! They go above and beyond to take good care of the customers. They were out of water and it was hot today. Antonio went out of his way to find me a bottle of water. That was so very awesome of him. He showed me what was wrong with my car and even gave me price options which was a plus. My car is running smooth no more loud muffler. Thank you guys so very much I'm very happy with the services you provide. You gained a customer for life !! Keep up the excellent work and service.

I ve been a repeating customer for years I probably brought 6 different cars to them. The owners son or nephew always took care of me and never had any problems. All the cars I brought to them were low to the ground and they always knew that the only thing that would lift my car is the blue drive in lift which is meant for lowered cars.Today I went and I waited a whole hour and then when my turn came they pulled my car in one of the regular lift and it obviously didn t fit and they had the audacity to tell me to come back tmw after I wasted a whole hour waiting. I really thought after years of experience they d know that a low car would not fit in a regular lift. I don t believe the owners son/nephew works there anymore and these new guys have not much idea of what they re doing. Will not be coming back again.

******Further action needed******Thanks Guys!! NOTIm going to retract that after being played and lied to. Then on top of that the guy at the front desk wanted to lie to my face and manipulate what I said. Once I bring them paperwork stating they installed the INCORRECT converter / lied to get a SALE. Option to refund me my money or hear from a lawyer.ThanksService: Exhaust

These guys got the job done where as no other place was able to help me with an oil change on my lowered frs. The technician also replaced my cabin air filter which did desperately needed to be changed. Great service and very affordable, I'll frequent this business more often in the future.

If I could give it negative 5 stars of i could.worse experience ive ever had at an auto place in my life ! they left my car so bad i was literally unable to drive it home.i tried to leave they left my car scraping from the coilovers so low I couldn't even turn ,the whole suspension was loose my muffler was loose hitting the metal part where the differential goes,they charged me to fix my window they replaced the window regulator and it still doesn't work! im super disappoined at the very least! I asked to speak to their manager and the guy who takes the phone calls in the front desk didn't want to give me his number or even bother to tell him to call me back after I asked him to please tell the manager to call me. they allegedly "threw away" my muffler resonator tip from the muffler they replaced,im pretty sure they kept it.wow but to be honest I would highly recommend anyone to not go there at all terrible experience those mechanics don't know what the hell they're doing I'm surprised this place is still in business do not take your car there please take my advice!!!

They scam people and over change for labor when they don t even do the job right i ve brought my car back multiple times and every-time i bring it back it s something new is wrong that they could of told me about in the first place. I had a flat tire. It took too long to put the patch. I was charged $35 very overpriced. Firestone charges $20I asked to put the spare tire in place. He asked for extra charge.

Awesome customer service. Been here previously with my dad. Came back alone this time. The girl at the desk is super friendly and serves with a smile. The mechanic showed and explained the issue with the car and gave a good estimate. Definitely coming back!

Went for a oil change came out with 3 other problems Oil leak antifreeze leak no power steering I swear to God I m not lying and they charge me again for oil change they try to fix the antifreeze leak in the power steering but it took me one month going back-and-forth to them and they didn t fix it right

like 3 months ago I was in this place for only a oil change and the person on the desk he offer me a service they will weld a loose part in exhaust and I accepted , now I just fund one of the catalytic is miss and they welded a piece of pipe.this is a steal on my face total disagree.I don't recommend this place.Service: Exhaust

Worst Mechanic Shop ever. Dropped off my car for a simple fix and they tell me it s thousands of dollars to fix it. Very unprofessional. Poor management. Dropped my car off was sitting there for three days. Asked to speak to a manager said there was none. This place is a joke they got young guys who are not even mechanics working there. They don t know what they re doing working there. They will tell you you need a bunch of things fixed and not even know what the problem is. This place is a joke very unprofessional.

Had work done less than 4 months ago on my exhaust down pipe, it cracked in half so I took it back. I handed them the receipt for the work I had done, instantly they said "that wasn't us" and "were not going to fix that" I originally paid 60 bucks to have my exhaust repaired and now they said it'll cost $320!!! The pipe was clearly broken on the new shiny pipe that velasquez installed, I will never come here again do to shady work and them trying to rip me off!

Really affordable. Great service. So this place is under new management, and when I took my car here, they were really friendly, and all the interactions made it so I didn't have to stress at all. I will definitely come back, though probably not for a while, since my car is running smooth right now!

They don't even deserve one star but wanted to share what is happening and how people are being ripped off. Had work done a few years back called to have same work done same make and model car one year difference. Call for a quote says it will be $100 more different muffler unless we get black tips. Told we dont want tips. Told same price with or without tips. Get offered a deal and told he can do work for $600 cash. I go in to use debit card and told if I use card it's $71 extra. WTF??? I pay the cash realizing I have no choice but feel like my job is not going to get put on the books and is probably going to pay someone under the table. I can't help feeling like I just undermined my own government not to mentionI paid more for parts the first time and an extra $110 for labor this time and was billed for tips and labor both times even though it was supposed to be the same price with and withour tips. Must be nice to charge whatever you feel like. I wonder if my price would've been different if I was the same ethnicity as them???
