I went to Dan to repair my overheated car, but he failed to address the issue properly. Instead, he overcharged me $300 and convinced me to use a head gasket sealer without recommending a radiator flush, causing further problems with my heater system and resulting in a drilled hole in my coolant system. Additionally, he didn't mention that the thermostat was the main problem, which ended up costing me $600 instead of the initial $100. I advise against dealing with him, despite his convincing personality.

Dan has been servicing my car for years. I am very pleased with his service. Dan is a very patient & understanding mechanic. He is the best mechanic in Bridgeview, Illinois. My car was down for a little over a year unable to pass the emissions test. Dan gave me a reasonable price for the parts & labor. He gives the best option for your car maintenance. No run around. If you can t pass the emissions test Dan is the Man! I refer him to everyone that I know with confidence. I m very happy with his work & dedication. I've been coming to this shop for 23 years, and I couldn't be more pleased and confident in the service & fair pricing I've received over the years. I have referred my entire family & friends to Dan and his shop for over two decades. And they have received the same level of service that i have enjoyed over the years. There's not much more I can say. There's Dan's Auto & then there's everyone else.

Dan did a fabulous job doing my transmission replacement and replaced my lower control arms and tie rods for a reasonable price. had 3 quotes from local shops that could not reach my budget , Dan came through for me !!

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE HERE EVER! EDDIE is GREAT! He was extremely helpful from beginning to end! Not only did he give a phenomenal deal on my truck he went above and beyond in helping me ensure that I could get my new truck home! Since I'm from Utah he assited me with the out of state transaction like a pro! He had great recommendations and helped me process everything! I would recommend ANYONE to go to Franks for their auto needs! Great people that take care of their customers! Thank you for all your amazing help EDDIE! I just went in for a standard oil change and everything went so smoothly. I m assuming I was dealing with Dan, but he was a really cool guy didn t try to sell me on anything and actually gave me a discount. Super quick and easy would def go again!

I would say be weary of pricing. I did research, i knew exactly how much it cost to restore headlights. After he said he would charge me $200, I just agreed and went along. Knowing its because I am a woman. Its crazy that people still try to take advantage. If you are a single woman, dont go here! Head light restoration can be anywhere from 60-150. I called 3 places, prices were 60-85. Talk about rip off!

My car went out and i had little to no money to repair it. I called Franks Auto and spoke with Steve, due to his friendly customer service via phone i was convinced to stop by the dealership, After stopping i found Steve to be very nice, friendly and helpful as it had been many years since i purchased and i had lots of questions lol..from there i also met Eddie who was just as nice! i had other dealerships and options to explore but to make a long story short i ended right back at Franks and i did purchase a car, may i add i also have bad credit and stil drove away in a Quality Ford Taurus! The entire staff was friendly and professional and i feel like i not only found a dealer but alson new Friends at Franks auto..Thanks to God, special thanks to Steve and the entire staff for such great service!

I went in to see about purchasing a car. I am limited on funds and was hoping to find a good reliable car. I was very content with all the help I received from the sales men along with the team. Fantastic car-buying experience! Best price I could find anywhere on a Prius and the staff were INCREDIBLY accommodating... They helped to fix up a number of issues with the car at no cost, even a couple that developed after the sale was done, and really went above and beyond for a first-time car buyer. Absolutely recommended!! These guys care!

BEWARE you buy used car get it checked - I bought vehicle with 4 wheel drive on bill of sale but not on the vehicle. Brought it back few times, last time Dan said not associated with Frank's only repairs the vehicles. Dan said he understood my frustration was to call to help out, still waiting to hear from Dan. And Eddie well he said he sells used cars so my fault for buying used car especially from here.

I saw some of the cars online and decided to go check it out one day and ended up walking out of that place with my Audi in December. I'm a girl and Eddie took care of me, not pushing me on any expensive car other than the ones I was coming to look at. I knew I wanted the turbo Audi which was a few thousand more than the Audi I have now, Eddie told a little about the car and I decided not the risk the turbo issue with it. The car runs great and strong but there were some problem with the taillight and the glove box which they took care of. Over all Ioved the experience I had and will return if I need an other car in the future. Great and fast service.

My first to actually purchasing a car was thru these guys they were GREAT they will work with anyone and have you leaving with a vehicle. The sales associates at Frank's are very knowledgeable and very patient I will be coming back very soon.

My car broke down at 11 at night in his parking lot. Super nice guy! Fixed my car with issues. Seemed trustworthy and as a women I have a hard time finding mechanics I feel are being honest.

I worked with Joseph and although I was extremely nervous coming in he calmed my nerves and gave me a great car. I drove away in a 2014 Chevy equinox. All thanks to Joseph. Make sure when you go you ask for me and let him know I sent you
