First, this shop is extremely clean. My truck left this shop cleaner than I left it. Second, ever other shop I went to was telling me I need to spend 7,000 to fix the def fault I had. This guy Vlad, new exactly what the issue was and fixed in 2 hours and only costs me 450 for parts and labor. A week later I came in for an oil change I was in and out in an hour in and half. I will only use this shop for now on. The are very, very good. Very very friendly. Honest as can be. They are the most trustworthy mechanical technicians I have ever dealt with and their work is far better than the dealer. Thank you Vlad. You are the best.

Everything about Balkan Truck Repair is phenomenal. They treat every concern with a sense of urgency, they're quick and thorough . I've never left with the feeling that 'something wasn't quite right' and they are honest to a fault . I've never been pressured into buying something I didn't need. Their customer service is the same - their job's not complete unless they've gone above and beyond and exceeded your expectations. If any one in the area needs repair, I would highly recommend Balkan Tuck Repair. My husband was in desperate need of a quick repair before a long haul and they fit him in without a second thought. They were extremely open and honest about what needed to be fixed and serviced and they did it FAST! He was so worried about not getting on the road in time but it wasn t an issue at all! The costumer service was amazing and my husband and I felt respected the entire time. We were extremely please with the diagnosis and repair and my husband s truck is now running perfectly. We will be back for service and repair in the future!

Really incredible people. It feels like they know what it s like to own a truck. They got me in and out really quick. That was 2 weeks ago. I have no more fault codes and I driven 6,500 hundred miles since then. George the owner came out and told me what was wrong with the truck and what is what going to take to fix it. 600 dollars later I was my way. A week later he called just to check up on me and make sure everything was still good. Thank you.
