Came here for new wiper blades after the car wash tipped em off. Miles and Yadira were very friendly, knowledgable, and even took the time to help me install them. Definitely will come back to this location over other parts stores in the Midway Airport area.

Friendly folks, but it all depends on the guys behind the counter. 2nd replacement of my Duralast Gild battery I like the hassle free return policy, but it all depends on the guy they can give you a Hassle or be good about it.

I went and got my battery charged and was told and had my battery labeled as bad but have been using it perfectly fine for the past week since i visited this auto one they were clearly looking to rip me off and have me purchase another battery from them for they re own personal gain which is wrong this exactly why I stopped shopping local and started shopping on summit racing for all my car part needs.

Came here early morning last week bcz I thought I needed a new car battery. Adrian was extremely polite and very helpful. He checked my battery, ruled that out and recommended a good mechanic near by. Thank you Adrian for taking the time to help me out!

This store is very neat and organized. Auto Advance sold me the wrong brake and head lights for my car but I came here and they helped me find the right set of lights for my car plus Michael was very sweet and he even changed my headlights and my break lights for me. Awesome Service and I will definitely be back!

I was sold the wrong bulbs. No big deal. Took me only a couple minutes to come back. The man who did my return was very kind and made sure I got the difference back. He even then went above and beyond to explain some things to me and even install the light bulbs even though it s 90� outside. I greatly appreciate the help as I m not so comfortable doing this myself. His name was Adrian and his customer service and friendliness was a 10/10. Thanks again!

I think that total of 4.3 stars says enough for what kind of customer service this guys do here. Helpful, patient, ready to explain. Prices are very reasonable and parts are good quality with available warranty on most of them. I m their regular customer and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their auto parts at this store. Nice job guys, just keep it that way

I went there yesterday around 6pm because I needed to purchase some windshield wipers. The man asked me how he can help me and I told him what I was looking for. He then gave me the sizes instead of walking over with me to get them (like they do at the one on Harlem.) So I asked him if he would be able to install them and he paused and said yeah I guess I have to see what they look like. So I asked him if he can check first before I buy them because if he can t install them then I wasn t going to buy them. He paused again and started walking to the door while saying I mean it is 6 o clock at night and it s cold but ok. Right after that I told him if he didn t want to do it all he had to say was no and I left. Very rude. Older white gentleman with glasses and had a scarf around his neck. I m new to that area and I will never go back there again.

Jay was amazing, he saw that i had a broken foot and he helped me all the way to my car and even helped me add oil to my car. I appreciate the workers they have here so much! Pleasant experience:)

Ron was so awesome, friendly and willing to not only deliver my order to my car for curbside pickup but also offered to install my new wiper blades! Excellent friendly service especially during this pandemic! We are now life long customers!

I worked with Andrew on getting two parts that had to be delivered and he was so helpful. He went above and beyond to not only get my parts in but, to also personally get them over to the mechanic that had already been working on our vehicle. His professionalism and courtesy was top notch service and is so rare to see. Best experience, I highly recommend this auto zone.

Excellent service! Omar was very helpful. When I came into the store, he greeted me very warmly. He even showed me where everything was on my shopping list. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Great job!!

My dads headlight when out. The older gentleman there helped me install and replace our headlight. I have gone to other locations and this one is the best. Everyone is so helpful. Thank you so much !

Such an amazing staff they have at this AutoZone location. I was greeted with Excellent service and their team was able to help me purchase and swap the proper battery for my truck! I highly recommend AutoZone In Bridgeview to anyone looking for their auto and mechanical needs! I will definitely be back again.

I went in today for wiper blades and had the good fortune of working with the Store Manger, Rob. Not only did he suggest the best blades at the most affordable price, he grabbed them and offered to put them on. I really wasn't looking forward to replacing them myself, so I was relieved when he offered. He also suggested de-icer washer fluid that was on sale, which I needed and forgot until he mentioned it. Not only did he replace the blades, but he filled the washer fluid as well. All easy tasks but it made my day to not have to deal with it. All completed efficiently while maintaining a great conversation. I will be back to this Auto Zone for future needs. Thanks, Rob!

Had the pleasure of being helped by Andrew. He went above and beyond of want id expect! He help diagnosis my cars issue and directed me to the parts in the store and explained which one would fit best for me! Such a nice gentleman

None of the employees offered to help me. In fact, the manager just stared me down and never acknowledged me. Then he acted super annoyed that I asked a question about the product I was about to buy.

So my car wouldn't start so I got a jump and went there. Man were they helpful ended up having a dead battery but I had a warranty on it so they have me a total new battery came out installed it and made sure everything was good. They wouldn't even take a tip. Amazing customer service. I'll be going to this auto zone anytime I need help with my car.

Autozone in Justice the best! Ron, Omar and Andrew always do a great job for us getting us exactly what we need. The service is spectacular, the prices are great and the warranties are more than fair. I highly recommend using Autozone in Justice for all of your Automotive needs, they are topnotch.

Ron is a fantastic manager. Very detail-oriented and very knowledgeable if his store. Knows where all the items are by heart and if he doesn't have an item he can direct you to another local AutoZone or even a competitor. True customer service for the consumer.

I just want to compliment David at the Bridgeview Autozone on 79th St. who assisted me in testing my alternator, battery, and starter last week. It was early evening and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and caring. He took his time, yet was extremely efficient in making sure other customers did not wait for help. I'm so grateful that he gave me the information that my alternator, battery, and starter all tested good. He even gave me a receipt showing the battery level. He is also a mechanic and suggested maybe the battery to starter cable might be corroded since we couldn't figure out why my car had randomly stopped working after being parked in various locations for the past 3 days. The randomness was very unnerving. It was because of his suggestion we tested the battery cable on the battery and it seemed loose. My neighbor cleaned the battery terminals and tightened the connections and my Ford Focus seems to be working reliably again. Car problems are not always solved this easily or cost avoiding, so I'm grateful. I will return to this Autozone for my next car parts purchase thanks to David!

Great experience. 9:15 Saturday night.had a starting problem .i go to auto zone all the time. They took the time to check battery starter. Were knowledgeable and super efficient. Thanks goes to the team at auto zone
