Inconsistent communication between salespeople. Unwilling to negotiate prices on used cars, despite our excellent credit. Lengthy process with numerous, unnecessary "back and forth" amongst salespeople. Left Day 1 with no effort on their part to compromise price; salesperson called Day 2 and offered a great deal just to get us back into the store, but then once we returned (30 minute drive) reneged on the price. Complete waste of 2 afternoons. Do not waste your time on this dealership. Would leave zero stars, if possible.

Five hours in for a tire rotation, alignment, and oil change I had to ask them what was taking so long. Said there was a problem with alignment machine or something it would be another hour. I ended up getting my truck then and there without alignment majority of the reason I came in. It would have been beneficial to be notified of issue before waiting so long without completion.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change
