Our online request was addressed very quickly and much time was taken to discuss all our options for accommodating our transportation needs for our 9 year old son. We ordered and purchased a Chevy traverse that was adapted through Braun. Southern Bus & Mobility took excellent care of us and we highly recommend them!

Our experience with Jake was fantastic. He was very helpful over the phone and in person. He had a great personality and was willing to take the time to answer the questions we had about our bus. Jake also solved a key situation in minutes!I am happy to know that I can reach out to Southern Bus & Mobility and know that I can count on them to help if the need should ever present itself. Miracles do Happen!Thank You to Everyone involved with the Mobility/Ramp & Converted Driving Van !David absolutely fell in love With itEspecially after he got in the driver's seat for practice !!!It's Already became an extention of His Freedom since this RecentDouble Amputation He just went thruIn April '23 !He can roll up ramp into driver's seat moving seat upfront to slideboard over to Passengers seat works so very well making Easy transfersAs He's mid 60's and Wow has this been a Life Changing Experiance!Thank You for Being the Awesome People / Souls you are !Lori & David

Alan helped through every step of the process and went the extra mile to accommodate us, even bringing the van to our home so we could make sure my husband and his larger wheelchair could work in the van we chose. There were a few issues with our power chair but he stayed with it until everything was perfectly safe. I would 100% recommend them for anyone purchasing a wheelchair van. Because of him my husband is mobile again.

What an amazing dealership for all your handicapped vehicle needs. Curtis and Allen went above and beyond to get my husband in the right van. We love it! Thank you to Steven in service for fixing the door roller on the van we borrowed from a friend. Will be coming back for our next vehicle.

Bought my first van from Southern Mobility in Sept 2021, traded it in and got my second van from them and LOVE it!!!! Their Salesman Dale is absolutely Fantastic and works with you to get you the van you need.

My wife had a issue with our son's van not lifting out of the kneel position and called for help. Stephen, service director, was very helpful over the phone but she could not get the issue fixed. Stephen, told her he could fit her in and true to his word he did a wonderful job fixing the issue. I will be back for any repairs or help I need. Thanks Stephen!

Amazing service! This is the best place to buy a vehicle for your family, rent a vehicle for a special event, or get your bus in for service. Ask for Cal, to get the best salesman. He treats you like a king, listens to your questions, gives a plethora of information, and has a laid back/zero pressure attitude. We could ask for better treatment and service.

Was looking for a vehicle that could be modified to a handicapped veteran, but this place only has certain things they sell to help with a handicapped. And the prices were totally outrageous!!

They are great!! In 2016, my father in law had stroke.. We live 2.5 hours away from Breese, IL. We can't put into words how grateful we are on how well Curtis and the staff worked with us in getting a new handicap accessible van!! Curtis went out of his way to drive the van up to us to see if would work with my fathers wheelchair and garage. He even worked with us on all the paperwork. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Do not ever use this company. My parents took their vehicle to get a scooter installed and they screwed up their abs brake system. Now the company is refusing to fix it because they said this was a problem before. This is a brand new less then a year old vehicle that multiple people can attest to being working perfectly prior to bringing the vehicle to them. Also they took over three weeks to get the scooter installed. Now my disabled parents can t use their brand new vehicle because this company refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. They are going to be reported to the BBB and the local news for their shoddy practices.
