First off want to say I don t like the car buying experience!!!!!! I get anxiety just thinking about buying a vehicle.That being said, Everything about Jansen made it all better!!!!!!April is amazing !!!!! She was the absolute best!!! I would go back to buy without a second thought!Justin was our sales guy. He s new , but very helpful and personable.Got what I thought was a fair deal for our trade.If you re like me, and don t like the dealership experience . Change your mind and give April and Justin a shot in Breese @ Jansen Ford.The rest of the staff was fun too!!!Thank you !!!!

This experience was so smooth sailing. I ve been in the car market for 3 months now. Mark was my salesman and April was my finance advisor. I would 10/10 recommend them to people searching to buy a car. They answered all my questions and concerns I had. I found the perfect jeep for me and I couldn t be happier !!

This review is for the service department.I ve used this dealership for all my regular maintenance as well as a recall fix. I ve never had issues getting an appointment here. The service always starts on time and they re very quick and efficient. Everyone there is very friendly, especially the guys at the check in desk. I ll continue to bring my vehicle here in the future.

We had an outstanding experience with Ronnie at Jansen. We were having a hard time trying to find a smaller vehicle for our new driver. Ronnie has been grinding away for months, looking high and low, and thankfully he stuck with us to come through with the perfect vehicle! This last weekend we were finally able to purchase it in a very painless process all the way around! I love this place I wasn t so sure about coming here because my credit wasn t the best. My friend Joe ensured me that I would be crazy to go anywhere else.The way they worked with me made me feel confident that I was walking away with a great car is so unmatched. Update on this vehicle, I will keep what I wrote previously because at the time of purchasing the vehicle, that was my experience with this dealer. It's been a little over 3 months since I purchased this vehicle, and I have purchased all types of vehicles from different dealers and never had to put a vehicle in the shop within 3 months of purchasing it. Yes, I understand things can go wrong with any car, especially used cars, but 3 months a vehicle I'm paying on. This has turned into a horrible purchase, first it started with a noise when starting the vehicle, then the coolant started leaking, and then when I turned on the heat, there was a loud sound coming from the dash. The dealer wanted me to bring the vehicle back to the lm to have it serviced. Uuuummm. No. You did not want to take anything off the price of the vehicle. I had to purchase the warranty myself because It didn't have one. I am so glad I purchased the warranty because if I didn't, I would probably be in court.I started my search online for a vehicle and can across one I really liked. I sent a message, and from there, it was like talking with a family member. Mark went above and beyond with the customer service I received from him at Jasen Ford. He combed over every inch of this vehicle from how long they had the vehicle to the details in the trunk, I really believe he did not leave anything out. I was sent a video of the vehicle before my test drive and sent in my info before going into the dealer, and that made the process quick and easy. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Only reviewing the service department. Went in for recall work and I asked them to see if the window switch was covered under warranty. They diagnosed that the switch was broken even though I told them it was and then charged me an hour labor for the mechanic to look at it. Of course they said it wasn t covered. Perfect example of a sketchy dealership. Won t go back and might stay away from fords if this is the example of their dealership.
