I had a great experience. Good customer service on the phone and in person. Got me an appointment the same day. Did the requested service, didn't try to up-sell me on anything, and answered all the questions I had. Seems like honest folks over there. I'd go again for sure.

I always have great service when I bring my car to Tire Tracks. They usually can squeeze me in for an appointment same day which is very nice. They are quick, efficient and trustworthy. Brad is wonderful and always takes great care of his customers.

I have used this shop for years and they are honest. When you ask them to check your car there's no up selling. Nice to see a shop treat people like they have intelligence about their car.

Driving home in a crazy snowstorm on Halloween, I hit a pot hole and blew out a tire. I had to wait for a tow on I57 and called Tire Tracks to see if they could repair my tire. They got one in the very next day and my car tire was fixed and an alignment completed within 24 hours! Amazing service! I have used Tire Tracks for years and will continue to do so!They never disappoint!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I ve been coming to this location for MANY MANY years and always have had honest work done here. Brad never has done me wrong with any of my vehicles. Got back brakes replaced and 1 rotor due to auto zone brake pads failing after 30k miles which the inner pad stuck to the rotor .But lifetime warranty from the zone gave me my money back and tire tracks put on new pads and 1 rotor and when i paid i said any warranty on pads they said NO because i only bought 1 rotor. That 1 rotor and pads should be warranted in my book, at least the zone has lifetime on pads, just keep your receipt. From now on ill go where theres warranty.lesson learned.

We have been coming here for a while now and these guys always get the job done in a timely manner and are very professional. We always get a phone call before they do any work just so we have a heads up on what to expect unless it's just an oil change. We are made aware of anything that may need to be done in the future and have even been told that things we thought needed to be done in fact didn't need to. Their honesty is greatly appreciated. Most places find things to fix just to make a buck. Not these guys. Brad and Adam are the best! 10/10 definitely recommend!

We have been recently receiving service here since having not so good service at other shops. Every time Brad is very helpful, professional and has been honest. If you don t need it he doesn t do it, and their prices are fair. We have taken multiple of our vehicles New and Older to this shop and have always had a positive experience. Very honest automotive shop. After going to the dealer for pricing on brakes and tires. Dealer said I needed brakes front and back. After tire tracks looked it over they told me the front brakes have over 50% life left. I ve been taking my car to tire tracks for the last 6 years and have always had amazing service. Brad gets me in quickly, is always super helpful and friendly, and Adam who works on my car is always very speedy. Fair prices and helpful with any questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have been going here for 5 years now. Never had any issues. Everyone has always been true and kind. They never try to make me spend more. I recently thought my brakes needed done and they checked them and told me the truth that I didn't need them yet and saved me. I will always go to them. I came to Tire Tracks Bradley to have a tire repaired. I was greeted professionally by Brad Keller. My vehicle was taken in after just a short while. The mechanics did a wonderful job of assessing the problem and repairing the tire. Upon completion, Brad told me I needed three new tires and printed a cost estimate. He did not pressure me, but only advised that I should purchase them as soon as possible. GREAT SERVICE. FAIR PRICE!

I ve been going to Tire Tracks for a couple of years now. Any issues I have with my car, I m able to reach out to Brad and he usually gets me in same day or by the next day. His technicians are all great as well! They normally take care of the problem within the same day.
