I will never bring my car to another body shop. They are it. Fantastic people, fantastic service. I dont know what they did to my car, but its more shiny than when I bought it and looks newer. Once my car was repaired, it actually had an issue as soon as I left due to a cheap aftermarket part my insurance forced them to use, no fault of Randazzos. They immediately came and took a look, apologized profusely, towed the car, and gave me a rental car completely free of charge. They contacted my awful insurance and said they will be putting an OEM part no ifs, ands, or buts. Thank you Randazzos, you have my business if I ever need it again! They should have yours too, I won't recommend anyone else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband and I absolutely love Randazzo's. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond in completing repairs including working directly with insurance. They are diligent and precise. Having seen them in December for a collision, and again this month, they recognized us right away and jump right into checking our car. They supported and walked me through every issue with the car and our insurance. Even after 2 delays due to insurance, they did everything to get my car in and back to me as soon as possible. The toughest part of our move to Ohio will truly being not being able to take our cars to Randazzo's.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

We have used Randazzo's for several unfortunate events in our house. And Everytime the vehicle has come back just as good or better than new. The great service starts at the front desk. From a friendly smiling individual. The quotes have always been accurate, covering issues down to the last nut and bolt.The craftsmanship of the repairs is always done, as if they are repairing their own vehicles. The work is promptly and within the time frame mentioned, when you receive your quote. IF issues arise, Matt or Mike himself will notify you and explain with great detail of the issue.When the work is done. Your vehicle is repaired, washed and detailed!!!I personally won't even try another Auto Body shop. I would recommend Randazzo's to anyone and everyone.Along with all mentioned above. They guarantee their work!!If you want it done right, professionally and with precise perfection. This is the place.

I wish there was a way to rate a place of business higher than 5 stars, but this will have to do. I've been working with the good people at Randazzos for a little over 6 months now, and every interaction I've had with them has been great. They are truly some of the most honest, hard working and caring people I have met. From setting me up with a great rental car after mine got in an accident, to just having a nice conversation with you, Randazzos is the place to go for ANY car issues you may have. I highly suggest doing business with these people.

They did an incredible job restoring my friends nearly brand new car after it was hit violently in a parking lot. Since then my daughter also had to have work done due to a careless driver that hit her car. The work they did was flawless and the entire experience from setting up an appointment on the phone to dropping the car off and picking the car up was very professional.

To say I had a great experience would be an understatement. The customer service is unrivaled. I was kept up to date every step of the way. And the overall outcome is stunning. They had their work cut out for them and they overcame the challenge with beautiful results.

my car got backed into by a company truck and they took care of me the day of and had my car ready within a week and half! They cleaned my windows and also vacuumed it and got it looking all pretty, very nice people! 10/10!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My 2014 Ram250 needed pretty straight-forward front-end work after striking a deer. Randazzo's delivered as expected and assisted me in obtaining OEM parts as well. What really impressed me though was both added value efforts like returning my vehicle washed and even vacuumed and a light detail cleaning inside, as well as gladly accepting the vehicle back when it appeared that a heating problem might have been a result of the repair. It wasn't but regardless Mike made consierable effort to resolve the problem for me.

After my accident, I didn't know what to do first. Mike Randazzo made sure I was ok and then into a rental. Mike and his team made sure my damaged vehicle got out of the elements and quickly provided an estimate getting the process started. They then helped me navigate the paperwork and process of getting back on the road. Their exceptional service made my bad situation better. Thanks Mike.

Da wife told me the truck was finished. I do have to call them and check on something.... Even though we didn't pay for anything the other individuals insurance paid for it... I gotta ask them a question about the bill

Had someone back into my car and caused a few scrapes and dents. I couldn't believe how well they fixed it. You can't even tell it was ever hit. I was really surprised when I got it back and how well they cleaned the inside of my car! It felt like I was driving it off the lot again.
