Dustin went out of his way to take care of what I need for my truck. We have been taking our vehicles here for a long time for all different kinds of accessories and tint. They are a TOP NOTCH shop

i ve had window tint installed on at least 4 different vehicles and a remote start on another.the tint on one vehicle is around 5-6 years old and still looks great.remote start still works with no issues.i recommend these guys to everyone that ever asks.

By far the worst business and owner I ever dealt with.They improperly installed a bed cover on my new truck and the owner blamed the truck and me the customer.He has a no return policy not written not posted just his policyHe also talks down to senior citizens and hung up on us and the same with his employeesThey don't back up their work even when it is brought to their attention.

I brought my Fusion in for a full detail and was amazed at the perfect job the guys did! It s so clean and it shines like new!I ve had the guys do a detail in the past and it too was perfect! They went beyond and cleaned my engine bay!Everything inside the car looked new! It s an older car and it looks incredible now! I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon as promised.No surprises- VERY good pricing- honest and great work! I definitely trust and recommend Premier- they have always done an excellent job!Thank you!!

We had our 2022 Audi windows done last week and they did a great job. James was friendly and knowledgeable. This is our second vehicle we had done there and would recommend this business.

I thought this was a valuable business. I had two other vehicles tinted here. Today I brought my vehicle in for a two window tint job. I was told it would be done by 4. After two hours i saw my vehicle wasn't touched. How would it be done by 4, So I went in and asked for my keys. Since this wasnt my previous experience and I was going to lose some business if I didn't take my vehicle right then. I explained to the counterperson that I was going to lose money if I stayed. He replied well we are losing money as well. To not argue as I was leaving I stated the customer should not lose money. I was upset and a little disgruntled but I would have rebooked later when I had half a day to devote. Instead of offering to rebook he stated have a nice day and don't come back. I left but then thought that was really uncalled for so I returned and asked for the owner. It seemed the owner received a different version of events and stated he saw the video so he knows what went on. I reminded them of social media and this is not the way to treat repeat customers. Owner started ranting about how people always go to social media when they don't get their way and threw me out. There was no screaming and cursing from anyone and not even rude behavior. Just an unwillingness to be a business with some sort of customer service criteria. He said they have 1000s of satisfied customers. But if you look at the reviews he seems to attack bash and ridicule the ones who are unhappy but has nothing to say not even a thank you to those who are happy. How long before the Village of Bradley, the Chamber of Commerce and other business leaders step up.

Got my windows tinted . Less wait time and best price in town! Excellent customer servicev and quality work! I would recommend anyone who needs quality service done on the vehicles to come here.

Have sent multiple vehicles there for years for window tint, remote start, running boards, tonneau covers, & bed liners. I really enjoy doing business with these guys. Their customer service is really good. They always have a really good attitude and are very accommodating. Also there work is always done really well. Been doing business with them for years, and cannot think of one time where I had to return vehicle for poor work.

Premier tinted the windows on my 2016 Nissan Maxima and I couldn t be happier with the end result! They were professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our experience awesome! You won t find customer service like that very often anymore. We will be back and will suggest them to everyone!

Had a window tint appointment for 2 truck windows at 130pm went to pick it up at 345 and it was still sitting in front not touched . They give there friends priority spots in line and dont give a dam about the rest of us. Definitely would,not give them my time of day

Dustin was extremely helpful! I had troubles with a small part of my window tint (due to the type of car I drive- not any fault of the employees) and it was fixed properly and looks great. Premier is a great business that cares for their customers.

They installed a hardcover tonneau cover and mud flaps on my new F-150 while I waited. They did a really good job however I had to adjust the Tanno a bit to keep water from coming in by the back tailgate. Not a very big deal. I'm sure if I took it back they would have adjusted it but it's a bit of a drive for me so I handled it.

Premier Truck Accessories is the place to go! I had my windows tinted on my Durango and it looks awesome. I also just had it detailed there and my truck looks brand new! They had their hands full with this vehicle from sand, food, coffee stains and everything else imaginable! I can t say enough about the quality of work at Premier and their prices! Great job guys and thank you for your awesome customer service as always!!!

This company does shotty work. I had my windows tinted and they keep peeing and have bubbles. When you try to resolve the issue is the staff and Owener are rude.Would not recommend this place to have any work done. They are scammers.

Call need a hitch and wiring. They said it would take a day or two to get the parts. It wasn't even 1030am the next day by the time they called saying they got my parts in. Overall was a quick and pleasant experience, I will shop here again over pacesetters.

Bought a truck bed liner from them and everything went as expected and the price was very good they installed it took about 15 minutes paid him on my way out less than a half an hour for the whole thing.

They ve done my tint, my hitch, and my grandmas running boards and countless details. Someone thought my 07 Cobalt was brand new after I left the shop, seriously! Best of the best and they do the job right. Will always recommend Premier!

Love going here for all of my needs. They tinted my windows a few years back and they still look awesome. I have been to other stores in the area and Premier has been my favorite. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and best price around. I recommend to everybody!

Very rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment for 8AM to get my window tint done. When I made the appointment I was told it will take 2 hours for the tint. When I arrived to have the service done I was then told it will take 5 hour!!! No I cant leave my car for 5 hours. He told me I was never told it only take 2 hours how would he know what I was told????? THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESSI was never rude until you became rude. Please let me hear this phone recording that you have..... I even asked to reschedule and you said NO

I got my truck undercoated for $250. I didn't think that was too bad at all. I picked up my truck the next day and saw that the leaf spring got sprayed. Everything looked good at first. When I got home, I looked under the truck a little more and found that some of the bottom of the truck didn't get sprayed. I was a little upset with the undercoating. Maybe I am crazy, but I didn't feel like this was a good job at all. I went back to the store and talked to them. They said they must not have had their light in the right spot and they would respray the truck. I had to wait about a week to get it in. My wife dropped it off sometime in the AM and i didn't get a call to pick it up until 5:30pm so I had 30mins to get there before they closed. When i go there, my truck was outside so i turned on my phone light and started looking under the truck, which wasn't to bad but I could tell they just sprayed the spots I pointed out to them and that is it. I was thinking they would go above and beyond considering this is the second time i had to take it to them. When I went inside I was told, "here are you keys have a good night." That's when I asked if I could get a discount for the inconvenience. They said no and that they are human. I do understand people are human, but I would have been happy if they acknowledged that they wasted my time. If they told me here is $25 for your inconvenience I would not be on here writing a review like this. Its the little things that count.

Premier did my lift, wheels and tires on my jeep and I couldn't be more happy with how it looks and the service I received from premier. I have dealt with other accessory stores and in my opinion premier is the only way to go. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices definitely the best I could find.

had a leer 750 tonneau cover, bedrug, and undercover swing toolbox installed here on my f150. they made sure everything was installed correctly and Im very happy with my purchase and with the great service they provided. i highly recommend them. their prices were also reasonable compared to a couple of other places i checked out. worth the drive from joliet for sure.

Had them tent my windows told me $200.00 for the sides and back and put a black piece across the front window. Went to go get it did not get the the tint across the front window and he charged me $220.00 said he never said that. a very rude man will never go back

Great experience. Most personable and knowledgeable staff I've dealt with. Walked in and greeted immediately. Was presented many options and given fair recommendations to not only save me money, but sell a product with a better warranty. Definite go to!!!

Called in to undercoat and winterize my 2020 denali. When i asked if they can leave the truck on the lift so i can check out the final finish, owner Dustin tells me very rudely nobody s is allowed in my shop! You can crawl underneath in the parking lot Am good Dustin !!!

Best place in town to bring your vehicle for the services they provide! The owner has gone above and beyond my expectations every time I have used them. I highly recommend them over other local businesses that offer similar services!
