Immediately after the dealership messed up on my basic oil change, I called Kenny based on the reviews I saw. He was able to look at and fix the issues the dealership made. I had my car back the same day! They were very personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I have peace of mind. I have now found the place to take my car for its every need. I'm very grateful that he chose to pick up the phone after his posted business hours!

Very honest mechanic. He diagnosed my car and told me exactly what needed to be done. Luckily my husband is able to fix it on his own, but Kenny went out of his way to help in any way he could. He even let me take pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced and explained to me why they needed to be replaced. No beating around the bush for extra money from him! Would recommend to anyone!

We are so lucky to find this place and the nicest, most knowledgeable mechanic! I'd give him 10 stars if I could.We were just passing through when there was smoke coming from under the hood. We called and Kenny said to come on by. Kenny looked at our car and helped with the coolant to help us get back on the road. Also, super honest in his pricing and assessment.Highly recommend him and his business!

Came down from Chicago and had my skid plate pop off on 57. Kenny was referred to me by a Kankakee local and he is 100% the real deal. Excellent service, knowledgeable, and fast. Not only did he fix my skid plate in minutes and secured it better than it was before, he gave me a heads up on other things he noticed but I didn't have to time to stick around and fix. If I lived here, he'd be my mechanic. If you live here, he should be yours.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Kenny was highly recommended. I was not disappointed and was extremely satisfied with his kindness, professionalism, and quality of work. He also was able to get my car back to me not only the same day but within a few hours. I was also given a warranty and I am on a very tight budget and you can t beat his prices. I can not thank Kenny at Kenny's Auto enough! Not only was he able to get the heat in my car working in under 24 hours, he also replaced my water pump, serpentine belt, and did a full service oil change for a super reasonable price. I am not a car person. I know that when lights start flashing on my dash that it means I need help. Kenny was so helpful and prompt. He got my car fixed the day before Thanksgiving, and eased my worries. I now get to drive to Michigan and see my family for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much!

I brought my car in having problems in a couple different areas. They took care of me right away and fixed all of the problems my car was having very quickly!! They were upfront and transparent with the repairs, showing me the what the causes were and making sure I knew before they went ahead to fix it. They were thorough and looked over everything to make sure the entire problem was resolved instead of just replacing the obvious parts to make sure it wasn t going to happen again. I have peace of mind and know that I can trust Kenny s is going to not only fix the problem, but that it s going to be fixed properly and I can expect to not have to worry about it once I get it back. Kenny s auto is the best in Bradley Bourbonnais! I needed an alternator for my car and he did an excellent job. He got my car done within a reasonable time frame. Great customer service. He was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend him. 10/10.

Had a great experience with this shop today! Kenny was awesome! He fixed my air conditioner in my suburban! I hadn t had air for over a month now and he was able to fix it! It is blowing so cold now! Do not recommend to any person, went for a service diagnosis, diagnosed mistakenly, and pretended that he replaced expensive items that were not necessary to be replaced, and left the damaged parts not repaired. After the required repair was performed, returned to notify them that the damage was not fixed and still experiencing same auto issue, Kenny's provided a new estimate for new repairs that were originally required but never done. Pricy and tries to get your many in multiple ways without doing the work. Such a fraudulent activities. He does not deserve any dollars received. Kenny's Auto is a great place to bring your vehicle. He inspects it, calls you and lets you know what needs to be done and prices. Job gets done and your out the door. Mr. Kenny was real upfront about what bad shape my car was in. He said " Instead of taking your money and giving you a temporary fix, you'll be lucky if runs for a month. it's not worth it."Thanks for saving me a chunk of money and being honest with me about just cutting my losses Kenny!I really appreciate you taking the time to look over my "mess" haha!Highly recommended :)

Very helpful and friendly. Great price and awesome work. I had my ac repaired and he did a free diagnostics. The Bourbonnais dealer chaps were charging $150 just for the diagnostics. Whereas Kenny offered to look at the issue for free. He's the best!

The most honest mechanic around. Love this place. Kenny's auto gets you and out and great prices. I found my auto guy. You need something done on your vehicle he's your man. I would have gave him 10 stars.

We were traveling from Indiana to Arkansas and our truck broke down. We went to Phillips Chevrolet and Hove s GMC and they said they couldn t get us in for 2 to 3 days. We called Kenny s Auto and he let us bring our truck in and do the repair ourselves and wouldn t take any money. There are still great people in this world and Kenny s Auto is is the best! I brought my 2008 Honda CR-V to change all the struts. Kenny did an excellent job. He was very friendly and honest and hardworking. I recommend Kenny's Auto over the bigger brand name auto repair shops. Very reasonably priced.

I've delt with many mechanics over the past 20 year's I've been lied to and over charged plenty of times that is till about 5 6 years ago I found Kenny's auto. Best Mechanic in the south suburbs!!!!! We Had the Belt on our car replaced and received the best service we have ever experienced at an auto repair shop! The whole process was quick and Kenny was very welcoming. I stopped by the shop to have my car looked at. I knew that my suspension was bad on my car. When Kenny got into my car to take it on a test drive he asked about the noise the engine was making. I told him I know it needs some work but I m here about the front end and how it is driving. After driving my car for only a few blocks he turns and looks at me and said I m sorry I can t take your money to fix your suspension system I was instantly sad!! I asked why what are you thinking? He told me I can't take your $500.00 and fix the suspension because your engine is going to go out in the next month or so. I can t take your money knowing that the car is going to die very soon. I m a woman who has no clue about cars or what needs to be done to them!! For Kenny to be so kind and honest not to take advantage of that and fix a car that really couldn t be fixed. Hats off to this honest, hardworking and most of all respectable mechanic!! After my visit to Kenny Auto I took my $500.00 that Kenny saved me and put in down on a new 2017 car. Thank you for taking the time to look at my car and give me good honest advice!

They were able to make an appointment for me on short notice for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. Kenny checked every inch of the car, explained stuff thoroughly in simple terms and gave some great advice. I can t recommend them enough!!

Was working in Bradley when my chevy 1500 express was making noises in the suspension. I google mechanics in the area and saw the good reviews. I called kenny and he got me in right away. He diagnosed the issue quoted me a very fair price and had it fixed right away. Great mechanic, knowledgeable and honest. Thats where my vehicles are going from now on. Highly recommended! 5 all around
