We have been using this Goodyear for all of our service needs for over 10 years now. They offer such personal service and truly always know your name. Jeff is the best, so honest, and always helps us out. Will never go anywhere else as long as we live here!

First Class, Absolute Excellence!!Jeff was so amazing!! His professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness were beyond my expectations. I live in northwest FL and was making a purchase from a nearby auto dealership. I wanted to have the auto looked at by a third party, unbiased professional before committing to the trip and expected purchase.Jeff and his team delivered on every request and then some. I've gone to the Bourbonnais location for 5+ years and never disappointed. Friday 8/11/23, I called for an emergency appointment to get a flat tire fixed. Got there 15 minutes from the time I called. The service desk greated me, and got paperwork going. The repair staff pulled my vehicle in within 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, my car was pulled up to the front with tire fixed and installed.The service desk thanked me for coming there and I was on my way home. I got there on short notice and the service was excellent. Thank you Goodyear for the staff at this location. Always meet expectations!

Brought in my truck for a simple tire rotation...they rammed my tires on there lift and left a big rub mark and gouge in tire. Then they refused to be blamed when clearly you can see a fresh rub and gouge even on a dirty tire...i wouldnt go here if u have nice stuff! It will be ruined...Now after driving on the tire for a month the steel bead has broken in the tire and needs to be replaced. Customer service was as much of a joke as the shop itself. Definitely wont be going back to any goodyear!

Had a large screw in my tire. This was the only place open on Labor Day. Everyone was professional and extremely courteous. Just wanted to say thank you again.

Bought my tires 3.5 years ago from Goodyear. Had a slow leak in one a couple days ago. Took it in and they found a screw causing the the leak. Goodyear repaired it without charge. That's the kind of service that keeps me a customer. Didn't expect that. The management staff is always great in my local Goodyear too.

I had amazing service! As soon as I can in with my tire they took the time to look for an affordable tire within minutes. As soon as I found the tire that I want they also took the time to install my new tire onto my rim immediately. I am more than satisfied with the service I got!

Great place for service. Stopped by just before closing with low tire. Jeff was able to get it filled and said bring it back and we will check it. Brought it back couple days later, he checked it out, tire was fine. Always bring my cars to Goodyear for great service.

Goodyear name stands by itself ..this place is a well run Service Center with mechanical staff that takes pride in their abilities / craftsmanship and are committed to quality results! I was very appreciative of their service and customer service. Pleasurable experience that left me feeling confident I choose correctly in my service needs. UPDATE!!!!! When we returned home the hubby had Goodyear Auto Service rotate the wheels and a few other car stuff and all went well. The service was done, all is well and the owner was very pleasant. We were happy with the service and will be returning when needed. Well, we had the tires rotated and aligned for our trip South for the winter here at Goodyear. A few days later we packed the car and left, well we had a rough ride for this trip. The car shimmied all the way, especially at 65-70 mph, which made it difficult to keep up with interstate traffic. Don't think we will use this auto service again! UPDATE: I was quite pleased when I read the response to my review. We will be giving you a call, and thank you for your concern, that does make a huge difference on how we feel about your business.

Honest folks! Been going here for years due to the good service and trustworthy employees. They don t try to push repairs on you that your car doesn t need. Plus they always give me a ride to work, so I don t have to wait for my car service to be completed. Highly recommended!

It would be nice when the workers acknowledge a customer even when busy.This way we know your not ignoring us.It's nice that you change tires however it would be amazing if you did alignments.

Everyone was so sweet and honest!Honestly hate going to get stuff done on my car but they didn t pressure or try to get me to get anything extra I didn t need. They just gave suggestion what what they though I should be aware of. Very satisfied.

The guys there were great. Went yesterday 6/19 around 440; just 20 mins before close. They didn t rush me or push me out the door. They helped me get a new tire for my Ford ranger and got me back on the road. Thanks to all of them; I ll definitely be back!

I've been a customer since about 2005, and they are always professional, friendly, and their pricing is fair. Always quality work. The first place I call for tires.Fast forward to December 2018. I'm once again blown away by the great service and fair pricing. I won't go anywhere else for tires or alignment.

Tires had to be ordered, but even though they are short staffed, they got the tires we needed and the person changing the tires is going the extra mile to make sure it gets done.Decent shop, decent people. Need I say more? ... Oh, they need people so if you need a job this place wouldn't hurt ya for asking

Great job finding tires out of balance causing vibration, also checking alignment made me feel confident about the work they did on vehicle. Jeff explained everything in good detail about what was done or checked on car. Will recommend and go back!

Have been going to this location for 18 years. The service is top notch and he owner sets the example for professionalism. There are many places to get tires and vehicles serviced in our area, but Jeff is the reason I keep coming back time after time.
