Excellent experience! Very friendly and Tom enjoys what he does. Took my new Ram 1500 to get it Ceramic Coated...WOW! The factory finish is does a disservice to this paint. The flakes were really brought out with the polishing followed by the Coating. I will be back!

OMG..I got the ceramic coating on my car. The past two days it rained all day. I drive home behind car wheels throwing street "muck" all over my car. My car is spotless...from the windows down to my wheels. I can't believing how amazing the ceramic coating is. I would recommend for any car, any age.

Brought my new 2020 Tacoma here for the Ceramic Pro Gold package and WOW! It looks like how it should come from the dealer, no swirl marks from the dealer car wash, you can actually tell it s metallic paint now and get compliments all the time how this truck looks. (My camera phone doesn t pick up metallic paint well) Will definitely come back to this place for their other detailing service.

I pulled up to the front of the building, and no one came out. They were yet opened and the garage door was open. I was in my 2021 Chevy Tahoe Premier truck, I really needed to get it washed. So I pulled out of the area of the garage door and called the number. Someone answered and he was very rude and snappy. So, I decided to NOT pay him 60.00 just too wash the outside of the truck. I just can t stand stupid attitudes. His tone of voice with me, seemed personal!

They attempted twice to tint my windows, both times they have multiple creases and bubbles in them, I do have pictures but could not upload them this is a 2023 Toyota Camry I buy a lot of cars 10 brand new in the past 2.5 years and never have I had a tint job turn out as bad as this one has! Then the owner said he would refund me and I still haven t seen that either! Stay far away from this place if you want any quality work done!Service: Window tinting

I had the interior detailing done to my 04 Dodge Ram 3500. After 19 years, the interior looks new again. They also hand washed my truck and cleaned the tires and rims. I am very satisfied. I would definitely go back.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I decided to bring my brand new SUV here for ceramic coating after reading many positive reviews about this place. I live about an hour out so I was hesitant at first, but I'm glad I drove all this way because it was definitely worth it! The ceramic coating looks amazing and is great at repelling water and keeping my vehicle's exterior clean longer. I've already recommended this place to so many co-workers after all the compliments I've received at work. The owners are an extremely nice and professional couple and provide excellent grade A service. This is now my go-to place for any ceramic coating and detailing I need done. Thank you Tom and Tracy!

Had a hood decal installed on my Jeep Wrangler and had ceramic coating put on top of that. They did an AMAZING job and have excellent prices. Beyond thrilled and will definitely be a returning customer! Very nice people as well

Absolutely amazing work. Had my new Black Ram 2500 Ceramic Coated. Depth of color is now amazing. Interior and engine bay look better than it did when I bought it off the lot.Amazing work and great people. Thanks Tracy & Steve.

I brought my wife s SUV in after I left the sunroof open. We got six inches of rain the night I left it open...I brought my vehicle to fullers paid 200 dollars and the car smelt like mildew 3 days later. I found Tom and Tracy through some good google reviews and figured it couldn t hurt to call. I was right in calling them, and they were amazing!! They spent a week on my vehicle, took it apart, and when I picked it up. It looked like it just came out of the showroom. Simply magnificent. I ll never use anyone else again.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, particularly when the owners are incredibly nice people, however, I am rather dissatisfied. I dropped off my Audi for an interior detail only on Jun 1st per the appointment. I didn't get it back until Jun 3rd.When I picked the car up I spoke to Tracy about how dirty the floors were (there were no extraction lines in the carpet, particularly the rear) and a few other areas. She agreed and had me sit in her office while Tom used an extractor to go over it. When I got home I looked over the car and noticed many things not cleaned. I sent Tracy a text with 21 different photos of various spots that hadn't been cleaned (door pockets, center console cubby, rear arm rests, heavy dust on steering wheel airbag cover, etc).She kindly rescheduled me for the following week to come back to take care of it. When I picked up the the car the second time (after hours due to my work schedule) , I noticed it definitely was better, the carpet was clean, a spot on the a-pillar was taken care of, etc. However, I had more time once I got home to take a look. I still noticed many of the spots I pointed out were not taken care of. There was a food dropping on the rear dead rest (small but an item I pointed out, easily cleanable), the center roof console still had dirt on it, the seat belt food stain wasn't touched, center console leather wasn't clean, b pillar still had lots of black near where the seat belt retracts, basically about 40 percent of items in my photos not taken care of.I didn't bother to take it back as it's simply too inconvenient. In the end I did my best to clean what I could on my own. For $200 I expected more. If you are wondering how dirty the car was, it was rather clean, 40k miles, light interior, I only drive 15 miles to work and back. Granted it's a very light beige interior hence dirt shows up more. The worst part about it was Tom told me he spent time cleaning it when I picked it up the 1st time, yet on the second pick up, he told me he didn't personally clean the car last time and was overbooked. Sigh. Perhaps I'm picky, but again, at $200 I expected more. All the best

I cant say enough great things about this business. If you live anywhere near Frankfort, own a car and want to protect it far better than any package you can get at a dealership ask Tracy and Tom about Ceramic coating. I had my Audi S5 done and the finish is so bright rain or shine that it hurts your eyes.

I brought my truck in for a $500 detail (clay bar, polish, wax), and after examination I brought the truck back and they agreed it was an insufficient job and offered to redo it. Upon receiving the truck after the second chance, I was still dissatisfied because the truck was still rough to the touch, had sap and tar on the paint, and water spots all over the roof and hood. This was definitely not a $500 detail. I will not be returning and do not recommend their service to anyone.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Platinum Detail has been taking care of our cars for the last couple of years. I am a mom with two kids and unfortunately my car suffers the most. Sometimes I feel like I live in my car and it shows. Platinum Detail does an amazing job at detailing the inside and outside of my car. When it is returned to me it looks like it just rolled out of the showroom floor. I don t know how they do it. They never disappoint with there fast and quality service. We had both of our cars also ceramic pro coated. Best thing we ever did. Our paint looks like the day we bought it. So if you re looking for a place to take your car this is it.

I've been going to Platinum Detail for over a year now with my Black Audi SQ5. I initially had Tom do the Ceramic Coating on my vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and it literally makes the stock paint look even better. I also take the vehicle in for washing and detailing and Tom and his team do a great job in making it look like new again. If you're in need of a good car wash or if you're interested in getting your vehicle ceramic coated, take it to Platinum Detail and ask for Tom.

Had tar all over my car,. They removed all of the tar and polished the car afterwards. My car looks better now than it did when I bought it! Unbelievable job! Took less than a full day to complete. Got ceramic pro applied to my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and it looks AMAZING! Tom and Tracy (owners) are great. I would reccomend their shop to everyone. Looks better then when I 1st bought it.

This is long overdue, I brought my Camaro in to be detailed, I had let it get to the point I would not be able to do it justice. They called Pat in to do my car and it looked great when I picked it up,but even better, it looked great weeks after the work. Par did a great job inside and out.

Although the lady whom I believe is the owner or owners wife was very helpful with a issue that took place when I visited the business I wasn't to happy with the actual washing of the vehicle. I would give them another opportunity to give me a better impression because there are not very many hand washing places here but overall the wash was about a 3/10

Brought my car in because I had spilled coffee on the passenger seat. Specifically asked for the seat and the carpet under and behind the seat to get the most attention.
