I am a very dissattisfied and disappointed customer of the Phillips RV repair Service Center in Bourbonnais, IL. My first experience was after picking up my Camper from being de-winterized in May of 2023. When I got home pink RV antifreeze still remained in the water system and came out of the faucets. Obviously no one did a check on the quaility of the service. My next experience was after having my camper repaired from an accident, I was billed for something that they were informed of but the work was not done. This resulted in additional time, gas and expense to take the Camper back to have them do what they had been paid for and failed to do. Next when we went to pick the camper up the battery was dead and needed to be jumped. The representative, who came to assist, acted like he was irritated and used excuses as to why the Campers battery was dead. This resulted in the camper being taken back in and I was billed for the installation of a new battery in October. The Camper was picked up and was taken to Florida in November.In Florida the Camper was at a storage location for serveral days. When I went to hook up the camper the new battery was dead. I returned to Phillips and expressed my feelings about the less than complete and quality work from the three previous services. I spoke to the senior person there. He was extremely unapologetic and attempteed to imply that it was something I did. Additionally, he was quite rude and inconsiderate in the way that he would not even look away from his computer when addressing me. My caution to anyone having their Camper serviced by Phillips RV, is to thoroughly checkout the work before driving away. Chances are it will be identified that the work is either not complete or not of high qulity.

Zach Warren is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He wasn't pushy at all and knew the answers to all my questions. The world of camping and travel trailers was completely foreign to me and I left the dealership happy and confident I had the knowledge to get out there with my new travel trailer. After a season of successful camping I can assure you he knows what he is talking about. Zach was honest about the add ons and gear that we need and some of the things we can go without. He spent several hours with us and did a thorough walk through with us when we picked up the camper. I really felt like I left the dealership with a new friend. I've even face-timed him a couple times with questions and he helped me out big time!The finance manager that helped us out was also a great guy who was down to earth and had us laughing during the paper work. We really enjoyed the help at Phillips and of course I should mention the inventory they have on the lot is great. There are so many different options to choose from.

Purchased our new Gulfstream 19 CSK from Adam Wilson. There were some challenges from the manufacturer getting the trailer completed, but Adam kept us very well informed along the way. The walk through the the delivery were great! Answered all of our questions, and made sure we got on the road safely. We got a great price and excellent service! Thank you!!!

UPDATE 6/29/23: I was contacted by Phillips RV and we went back in today! They did so well working with us that we are now very excited owner's of a Conquest Class C motorhome! Everyone there is great to do business with! Please check them out before you make a final decision to buy! You won't be sorry! Ask if Austin is in!I, too, had a huge disappointment with the interest rates! We had a great experience with Austin, (Chase). He was kind and helpful through the whole process! We found a Class C that was perfect for us and I was hoping to camp this coming weekend! We first looked at the camper on Friday, June 23, but it was close to closing time, so we made arrangements to go back Saturday morning. I was super excited because when I got home Friday night, I used the payment calculator and the payment was right where I needed to be. I was sure we'd have the camper Saturday. However, when the financial person did the paper work the monthly payment was $330 more than what I had gotten the night before on their website using the payment calculator. Austin explained that the interest rate today is 8-9%. Their website interest was 6.25%!!!! He explained that they aren't responsible for the website numbers. Well, they should be for sure! That is their name! Instead of $14,000 down, I'd have to put $30,000 down to get the monthly payment where I needed it! I'm so disappointed! I'd highly recommend you check them out if you're in the market for an RV or a vehicle, but do ask the current interest rate before you shop and find what you love!

RV Service was great! Downfall was one of their Porters was VERY loud and shared her opinions on staff in the open around customers while eating her lunch in the sales/waiting area. She needs to lower her town when speaking and needs to be more professional when there are customers around.

The staff at Phillips RV were Awesome. Our salesman Kenny Ballard was Great to work with on the camper we purchased from them. He answered all of our questions. They weren't High Pressure in your face trying force extra things on us, which made it a Great Experience. He was helpful and along with Adam on the RV side. We plan on buying a truck to tow the camper and we are going there first, when we are ready. Robert was also Awesome on the paper work side and Carrie that was the Lady that delivered it to us was Fantastic. We overall enjoyed our experience.THANKS to Everyone at Phillips RV!!!!!!!

My last review was not very clear. So let me clarify. My issue is with the lenders interest rates. Phillips had the travel trailer we wanted in stock. In real world numbers should of been a 300ish a month payment. The lenders wanted 550ish+ a month. That's just insane. I will say that on the initial paperwork offer there was not interest #s shown. I had to figure that out after we left. There was also a maintenence contract listed in the price that we never discussed. The deal breaker was the interest rates.

The night before we left on a camping trip we discovered our propane hose was cracked. Thankfully they had 2 in stock and were able to pick them up when they opened in the morning. Thank you Jeffrey for your help.

Just purchased a Gulf Stream Conquest Class C RV. We had been speaking with many different dealers and were turned off by the lack of knowledge and or pressure for a sale. When I called Phillips RV and spoke to Kenny, he was able to answer all of my questions. He even went the extra mile to walk out to the actual RV and make a personalized video tour, since we live out of state. We felt 100% confident to make the 4 hour drive to ultimately purchase the RV because of the constant communication with Kenny. He made our first time RV purchase so easy. We can t thank you enough!

My experience working with Kenny at Phillips RV to purchase my new fifth wheel was exceptional. He walked me thought the entire buying process in getting my new RV configured how I wanted it. I live over 200 miles away and we were able to get the deal done so that everything went smoothly when we actually met in person. Thank you Kenny.

This is a truly wonderful place. Bob the mechanic and Johnny did a wonderful job Bob on my RV. Jeff the manager was wonderful Darren who is new was also awesome and so was the salesman think his name is Ryan I will definitely go back here I highly recommend recommend this place to anyone oh also the lady Carrie I think it's her name greeted breeded me she is totally awesome thank you for your wonderful service and they do have a shuttle to take you anywhere and drop you off

Was in there recently just to get information about fifth wheel campers. Austin helped me and was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy about a sale. I would absolutely recommend anyone go there.

Adam at Philips RV was extremely professional and patient with us as we made our used travel trailer selection. When it came time to pick up the RA it took some time to ensure our tow vehicle, the hitch, and the RV were all compatible, but despite that he went out of his way to make sure we knew everything we needed to before we drove away with our new purchase. Thank you Adam!

We purchased our Class C Conquest 6220 from Adam. We did most of the transaction via email and went for inspection and pick up on one day. It was a very smooth experience and Adam was a pleasure to work with. RVs are very pricey right now, but I felt the deal was fair and the experience very professional....would recommend!

They were excellent to deal with! Austin Bush and Robin were excellent. AUSTIN went over everything very thoroughly. He even called the day after to make sure we had no questions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They are all really nice and helpful!! Alex is my guy who sold me my car!! He (Alex) is a really great guy who helps me out when i need something done to my car. I call him and he tells me he can get stuff done for me. Plus i do give him a hard time sometimes, but he will try to help me with everything i need done. He (Alex) is a sweetheart!!! So if anyone is looking to buy a car go to Phillips in Bradley Il and ask for Alex, but if he"s not there any of the other nice people can help you!!!

I shopped many RV dealers and made my purchase at Phillips RV in Bradley, Illinois. From my first call with internet sales (so sorry I don t remember her name) to Jackie Bell then to Adam Wilson who handled the sale. We received the best offer for our unit from them. When we arrived the price was slightly lowered! Everyone was professional and it was a great experience! Not here to tell you what to do, but you ll be happy you went to Phillips RV.

We purchased our 2nd RV and I must say that it was truly a pleasure working with Adam W. He was very Patient he answered all of our questions with a smile. The walk-through was great overall an awesome experience much better than when we purchased our first RV I will recommend Adam to All of my family and friends overall a very awesome experience and we love our new class C conquest RV

The team at Phillips were great to work with, Zach, out sales person, was knowledgeable and on the spot when asking questions about features and warranties. If he does not have the answer he gets on the phone immediately and calls the factory rep and gets the answer. The whole team works together to make sure you have the best experience possible.

This is my first time attempting to purchase a travel trailer. I should of looked at the reviews first and requested Zach or Adam since they received high reviews. I had Kenny, who was nice but wasn't a ball of fire. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement with only $1,000 difference of me buying a camper. I would of liked to keep my business local but will go up north or to Indiana.

We went in and tried to talk to someone but he didn't seem interested in selling anything so we just left we some brochures we picked up after touring ourselves through a few campers. Went ahead and found another place to buy.

Zach Warren is a fantastic salesmen! We bought an RV sight unseen and he was so knowledgeable about every part. He always answered the phone and got back to us right away if he couldn t. He delivered on every promise he made. We had this rv delivered and the whole process was super smooth. I would not hesitate to buy from Zach and Phillips again and certainly would not hesitate to recommend Zach and or Phillips rv to family and friends. Thank you all!

I can t say enough good about Phillips RV.My husband and I recently purchased a 5th wheel toy hauler. Zach.... your exceptional! Your knowledge and honestly, excellent!
