Worked with Victor on purchase of a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler. I had a specific vehicle I was looking for and this dealer happened to have it! Thankful I reached out and met with him as the buying process was great. He was open and honest, fair on our negotiations, and a pleasure to deal with. Being a smaller shop he was the only person I had to deal with which cut out all of the middleman levels of people pressuring you to buy. He took care of the sale, the negotiations, the paperwork, and the delivery. I wish all car buying processes could be this easy! Thanks again to Victor and would definitely recommend and work with him again in the future.

Took our car in for it's first service. They weren't busy and promptly checked me in. They said it would take around 2hrs to complete the service but ended up needing 4. Since we didn't need the car, we were okay with it.Victor Perez is absolutely wonderful to work with. He does his absolute best to help you out. My wife needed a car with certain features and Victor went out of his way to try and find one. It didn't work out in the end since there was one feature or another that was missing that she wanted. Victor was patient till the end and even though we ended up going with another dealer, he was happy she got the car she wanted. Probably one of the nicest service advisors we had the pleasure of working with. That alone makes us want to get our next car from him.

I filed for an extended warranty cancellation 7 months ago still haven t recieved it so if buy a car reconsider the extended warranty cause you can t cancel ?????

Very helpful and professional team here. Though our vehicle was purchased at Marion Mercedes, this dealership took great care of us and got us back on the road safely and efficiently. I don't know that I've ever felt more cared for by a vehicle dealership. Service department is above and beyond. I sincerely hope they don't end up closing this location. It is a gem.

I took my car here for an oil change, only to have my check engine light come on later that day. I took it to another shop where they told me the first shop (Mercedes Benz of Bourbonnais) had significantly over filled my oil and stripped the plug - which was perfectly fine before I took it in. After playing phone tag with this shop and its management, they refused to reimburse me for the oil change that they messed up. Claiming that I should have brought it back to the shop, and that they would've paid for the tow truck to take my car in since driving it would cause damage to the engine. If the shop can't get an oil change right, or even reimburse me for doing it wrong, I have no reason to trust them to fix the problem. I would not bring my car here again.

Lied to and disrspected at every turn. Had my Mercedes Benz GLS450 towed to them on May 11, 2023. I got my vehicle back on June 5, 2023. Only needed 2 key fobs, to the tune of $1600. No written estimate. No loaner vehicles for ME

I PURCHASED A USED 2016 AMG GTS FROM A PRIVATE OWNER AND SINCE THIS DEALERSHIP IS CLOSE TO MY HOME I PURCHASED A PREMIER PREPAID MATINENANCE PROGRAM. THAT WAS NO PROBLEM. WHEN I CONTACTED THE SERVICE MANAGER MICHAEL MEYER ABOUT MY HEATER CONTROL NOT WORKING HE QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $400 PARTS AND LABOR. WHEN I TOOK MY CAR THERE I RECEIVED A CALL THAT IT WOULD BE $550.00. WHATEVER, JUST FIX IT. HOWEVER I GET ANOTHER CALL THAT THAT PART DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND I NEED A $1000.00 REPAIR. THE PART THEY INSTALLED WAS FINE, IT WAS THE OTHER PART. YOU WOULD THINK THE TECH WOULD HAVE CHECKED THAT OUT, BUT NO. WHEN I TRIED TO GET AN ANSWER TO THAT MR. MEYERS BECAME LOUD AND COMBATIVE TO ME ON THE PHONE AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT. I HAVE BEEN IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND KNOW THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS PLACE WILL NEVER SEE MY CAR OR BUSINESS AGAIN. THE SERVICE DEPT. IS INEPT AND VERY RUDE.

Unbelievably the best car buying experience I've had. I shot an email to the dealership and Adam got back to me. They had increased the price of the car I was interested in but they honored the previous price with no resistance. Adam filled me in detail of the previous owner and didn't ask me any suspicious questions for answers that can be used against me. Nick was perfectly aggressive and I did not feel uncomfortable saying no. I definitely recommend this dealership and Adam is the guy you want to talk to. FYI they have a plan that covers wheels, windshield, and dings that is very tempting to add to your payments.

My wife and I purchased a Mazda CX-5 a couple of years ago from here. We re happy with the car but we were told we would be provided a second key fob for the car since they lost the other one. It had been a long time with no one contacting us. When we called them they stated that since it wasn t in writing and was only verbally discussed they weren t going to follow through with the promise that the salesperson made. Dishonest and deceiving. All they cared about was making the sale.

Spoke to Mike Ruiz on the phone and through e-mail. Car was ready for test drive right when I pulled up. Mike was up front and honest about everything. I felt he gave me a great price on the vehicle. No excessive haggling. I don't know the name of the sales rep but he was friendly and we sat, talked, laughed. Getting the loan set was quick and painless.Mike even helped me sell my roadster blue tooth while I waited since I did not need it any more. He sold it to a customer who was unhappy with the blue tooth he had in his car and was thinking about a new vehicle just because of the blue tooth. Mike even downloaded the instructions for the gentleman..Over all, a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my second car purchase this year from Autowerks in Bourbonnais, and as car shopping and buying goes, this is close to as good as it gets. I hate the car buying experience, I don't deny it. It's not transparent anywhere. and I've had some particularly dishonest experiences and badgering from dealerships in the recent past which makes me skeptical and suspicious of any "deal" until the keys are in my hand. Joe Powell, my Mazda salesperson, was very respectful of the fact that I knew the product and had researched the process and prices. Their greatest asset is also their worst drawback, they're a small, quiet, low pressure dealer which also means they don't have a lot of Mazda inventory. I knew my pricing numbers for the new car, my trade range for my old car, and the rebates available at the time. I also knew their inventory and was aware that what I wanted wasn't on their lot. They found the car I requested at another sister franchise, brought it in, and met my figures. Local, simple and fairly painless -about as good as it gets.

Over the past 15 years I have purchased many cars from Napleton in Bourbonnais and have always been very satisfied. They have always been more concerned with my needs and wants than what they want to sell me. Always great people to deal with! I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a GREAT experience at MB of Bourbonnais today. After a big maintenance bill from my local Collierville TN Mercedes dealer we drove to Kankakee to see family. On the trip I noticed a residue forming on the back of my ML350 SUV and on the front of my small travel trailer. I called MB of Bourbonnais Friday night and got an 8am Saturday appointment for service. They took my car in 10 minutes early and found the service just completed by my Tennessee dealer was not finished correctly and the bolts on the transmission pan had not been tightened to specification. This allowed transmission fluid to leak out all over the front of my new trailer. Matt Hildebrand was very friendly and within an hour had it checked out, fixed the issue, verified that the transmission was in good working order and had me back on the road to complete my vacation. My only regret is that I don t live next to this dealership rather than my current dealership in Tennessee. Matt Hildebrand was both professional and a great example of the type of service I have come to expect from 35 years of Mercedes ownership. This is my 5th Benz. He made us feel our situation was important to him and he did all he could to make us feel appreciated as Mercedes owners. The car runs great and we are happily back on the road. Thank you to Matt Hildebrand and we hope his boss Manager Jeff Tamborrino will find time to give him the positive recognition he deserves.

Rick Schmied and Mike Latham were both very helpful with my new car purchase. Rick took time to walk my wife and me through the car when we were just out browsing and was not at all pushy. After doing some more research and settling on the car and model we wanted they both were very helpful in locating the exact model and color I was looking for. I couldn t be happier with the process and transaction.

I bought my car from Adam. From test drive to signing in the dotted line, there wasn't an ounce of pressure. The car us great, as was the buying process. Adam has even reached out several times to ensure my satisfaction. My only complaint is with the lack of follow up from service department who was supposed to call me and get me set up with a second key FOB. After a month, I had to go in and ask about it to get it done.

These guys are lying crooks. We bought a used car for our daughter and was told that it was in such perfect condition that the manager would put his daughter in it. On the way home from the dealer we smelled a gas/propane type smell. We called and said that we didn't want the car unless it was fixed. They guaranteed that they'd take care of it. After leaving it there and driving 40 minutes each way 3 times because they couldn't find anything, we were told we were probably driving behind trucks smelling their exhaust!!! Insulting!!! We've been driving for 20 plus years, I think we know the difference!! He even said that if another mechanic could find the problem that they'd take care of it. Well...we were stuck 400 miles from home and sure enough we found out the transfer case was leaking (which was the smell), and now it's cracked and costs $2300 to fix not including hotel and tow fees. Called the dealer and was told that they couldn't find the leak and it's their word against ours and we're out of luck!!! Their honesty and trustworthy ploy is a crock!!! We're not the first victims!! Other reviews on other sites have had the same issues!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

From the time I walked through the door to the time I drove off the lot in my new Mazda 3, the staff made me feel very comfortable. They worked to understand my needs in order to find the right car for me for the best price. I am ecstatic with my decision to lease a new 2016 Mazda 3. It is a great car for a great price.

I took my Mercedes to Napleton for service and had a very good experience. I knew before going to Napleton that there was a chance my service would become a bit more complex than normal, having researched various forums that described what I could expect. Rick Wilson took time to explain what they found, what they would need to do to correct the problem and what it would cost to correct the problem. This was not an attempt to up sell anything, it was an honest appraisal of what the technician had found.After I agreed to the extra work Rick and his technician completed the extra work in far less time then I expected AND Rick reduced the price of the service he quoted me because things went smoothly for them. I have been to many other dealerships that would still charge me the quoted price even if things had gone well because they knew I had agreed to pay the higher price already. I swear some of them even held the car in the service department so it appeared it took as long or longer than they quoted. Not so at Napleton, they got my car back early and even washed it for me.When I need service in the future I am going to be giving Rick a call and taking my car to Napleton. Very nice people.

I found my 2015 GLK 350 online and had never done business with Napleton in the past. After many questions, text messages and even a text video, I made the drive from Detroit to make the purchase.It goes without saying that they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Even after the purchase they drove the car to Midway Airport the next day to meet me and hand over the keys!A big THANK YOU to Mike and Nick for answering all my questions and ensuring that my satisfaction was priority #1!!

I purchased a car from here about 5 months ago. Everyone was super friendly, customer service was superb. I have encountered the service department and they were extremely helpful and pleasant as well. I will continue do business with them in the future.

Alex has been my friend since college and he has always been the most hard-working individual I have ever met. I mean that too, he has always been a dedicated husband and friend and he continues to bring that attitude to his place of work. When I went in to look at cars after I DROVE all the way from DALLAS, TX to see these he showed me some great deals. I was very impressed by his professionalism and posativity even though I knew I wasn't going to buy a car. I will continue to recommend his services to anyone who I know is in the market for a car.

Yesterday I leased GLA 250 at this dealer ship. I leased many cars in the past. But the attention I've got from Mercedes Benz of Bourbonnais can not be compared to other dealerships I've dealt before. Sales personLisa Rushakoff provided hassle-free experience. She gave a very good lease deal and at the end explained me all the features of a new car. Unfortunately, there are only option in this review is 5-star - I would rate it 10.

I bought my new Mazda at a dealership in Indiana last year. When the engine started acting up I took it back to that dealership and they treated me like they didn't care and that my satisfaction wasn't a big deal to them. I brought my car to Napleton and they not only treated me like anyone else, but gave me stellar service even though I didn't buy my car from them! They have earned my trust and loyalty forever!

I only give 1 star bc the guy that helped me was new and was very nice. That being said had a blowout the night after I bought it and called and spoke with a manger. He assured me its not on them so i ask well if we fix it can u do labor ill pay the cost. Absolutely not bc he pays the mechanics $100 an hour! The same mechanics that fully inspected my car that had under a third the pressure in all tires and a flat spare. Also I couldnt change it myself bc i needed a special key. Two men showed up to my house to change the tire they couldn't because they didn't have the key. So I had to go to work I gave them my keys because they said it would have to be towed. Apparently while I was at work they changed the tire and drove it to me at work parked it and asked if everything else was going to be fine I said yeah I appreciate it thank you. Then I leave work 4 hours later and realize they drove my car to me on a flat spare. Which is when I went to a gas station to air up my tire and check the other tires and realize they were all basically flat. Then I called the manager the next day he says well that's not on them that's on me we had a heated conversation. I literally went and spent less money than they quoted me to get all four new rims and four tires somewhere else. While I was on my way to the place to get my tires and rims replaced my car starts making a crazy noise from the tire. Turns out the lug nuts were loose in my tire was about to fall off and I had been driving for a day with my child in the car too. So I call again and I tell them not only did you put a flat on my car you didn't even tighten the lug nuts again it's not their problem. So okay maybe I just have the worst luck in the world but here I am over a month later call them yesterday to ask them why I haven't received my title they have to call me back today they said. Now all of a sudden something was wrong on paperwork that I signed and they just got it back in the mail yet they didn't call me and if I didn't call I wouldn't have known so had to go back in and sign papers that I'm only 99% sure that they never had me sign in the first place! So if I can save anyone trouble I would say do not go to Napleton the mechanics are the worst I've had at least six other people tell me that their mechanic department is terrible. I've also had a couple other things not huge but things with my car that need to be fixed. I went to David Bruce which is next door to them and 100% would recommend their mechanic Department anytime they fix the things they helped me out they also told me that they were recalls that they're going to fix on my car for free something that Napleton never even mentioned or anyting! So please 100% do not shop here if you were buying a car try somewhere else. May I recommend David Bruce? Funny didnt even ever buy a car from them!! Napelton is the worst. And has made my 1st car purchase n 6 years the worst ever!! And thats the reason I went to a dealership and not a low end lot. Just shows even big ones r crooked! Good luck if u dont heed my warning!

Had some issues with the local Mazda dealership in Urbana. They were very rude and not very accommodating. I then called the one in Bloomington-Normal. They didn't return my call. So I remembered that when I first looked at new Mazdas online I had sent a request for information on one and had gotten a very friendly call from Adam in Bourbonnais. I gave him a call and said, hey man I need some help. He then got Mike on the line for me and he and I knocked out a deal in no time. They even went so far as to deliver the car right to the door of my workplace. I almost never review or give 5 stars, but these guys earned it with good service.

Sales man was awesome. But 4 months later I was involved in an accident. Car being totalled. I was supposed to be reimbursed the unused portion of the extended warranty. I had to deal with account manager. 3 months later and many stories later I still don't have my money.Makes me think twice about buying from a place that does business this way.
