We had an excellent experience when we bought a go kart for my grand daughters. The people were extremely helpful and friendly. The mechanic stayed after his normal quitting time to give us a complete run through with our go kart. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for sporting equipment.

Rick is a great to work with. Very informative regarding products. The process and sale was seamless and Rick went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. We feel confident that Rick and his crew will be there in the future if we have any needs with our new UTV. Morgan was really through on his review and instruction of operation of the unit. Thanks Rick to you and your crew for a great experience. Can't wait to get our new unit to Florida to tool around the park for the winter.

Fantastic people from the start! Very nice and knowledgeable on there products. They made my purchase easy and explained everything very well and are proud of what they sell and service! I had a great experience and definitely will be back/recommend going there!

KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST and FRIENDLY!!!! We had our son s 4 wheeler serviced here. We were told he needed a new carburetor elsewhere. Rick, from Express Powersports, told us no that was not needed. He was SUPER honest and told us exactly what was wrong. We will never go anywhere else to service or sales. You will NOT be disappointment with Express Powersports.

Just left there. Haven't received my golf cart yet, but Rick and Laurie are great people to deal with. Very personable and just made me feel comfortable around. Wasn't pushy about selling me anything, very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products!! I will be referring them to everyone I know that is looking to buy something!! Rick explained everything about the golf cart and was able to answer all my the questions.Like I said I haven't received my golf cart yet, but if it is messed up I know it was the manufacture and not the Express Powersports family to blame!! Wonderful people to deal with!! (wish I could add stars)UPDATE: Got my golf cart!!! Can't be any happier with both the golf cart and the great service I received to get it!!! I will definitely be referring Express Powersports to anyone that needs anything! I also strongly suggest that if you are in the market to getting anything, pop into Express Powersports and take a gander around!! I strongly feel you will not be disappointed with the knowledge and service that you will receive!! !st time bring my ATV here and I wish I went there a lot sooner!!! These guys are GREAT!! mice eat my wiring and they had that fixed in 24hrs and even my trailer needed work they fixed that as well. I will keep going there and give there name out to everyone I know!

O man, this guy Rick is professional. He was work with us, help choose the bike, gear and explained everything I need to know for maintenance.For us it was 90 minutes drive to get this bike but well worth it.Thank you Rick!Recommend!!!

Mr Rick, Brandon Ms Laurie and the entire Powersports staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fair. They truly made my initial experience into the world of power sport vehicles an amazing one. This truly is the place to be and go for all your ATV, mini bikes, go karts and all others.

Great customer service! I had issues with purchasing my item so i called the company and they helped me through everything and a huge shoutout to one of their employees Janell. She was super sweet and helpful. I ordered the allied insulated mono suit for my boyfriend and he loves it! Also the shipment was super fast too, the suit was delivered in like 3-4 days after placing the order. Super great company and i am very satisfied!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Even though I have similar shops 20-30 minutes from my home, we drove over an hour to Express Powersports. They are very knowledgeable, not salesy, and have a vast variety of items. Rick made our first experience buying a four wheeler so easy and I cannot thank him enough! Skip the other places, and go straight to where you can buy quality items and receive exceptional customer service. Rick went above and beyond! Highly recommended!

I love this website, the quality is so amazing! I ordered a helmet for a Christmas gift and accidentally put in the wrong address. I was having a hard time trying to get my package back but Janelle really helped me out! She did everything she could to help me get it back to me in time for Christmas! Super professional customer service and I will definitely be shopping here again!

First time going here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wish they would of have large 4x4 out on the floor for display but I'm sure they can order them. Will definitely be going back for our outdoor play toys.

Rick is awesome! Have brought multiple items here for repairs etc. & every time I bring an item in it is fixed and fixed CORRECTLY. Rick explains in detail what needs to be done and gets it done right. No sugarcoating. Fantastic prices. Rick keeps it honest. Great place highly recommended!

We recently purchased a UTV and the customer service is always great! This was our 3rd purchase with them! They explain very well how to maintenance our rides. And our very helpful if we call back with any questions. 100% recomended!!

Will return to this place for further power sports needs.The sir named Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items wanted and found me a seat for my sportsman that I couldn't locate. When it came in to this store he called me asap and had it ready when I arrived. Great survice and friendly staff

Rick and Morgan did a great job. I was in a rough situation trying to get a Honda swing arm bolt replaced and didn t have a lot of time to get it done. They fit me into their schedule last min and kept me updated the whole time.Both guys are super professional and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Great people and service. Bought my kids first dirt bikes here. The knowledge and knowing of his products by Rick the owner and his staff is over the top fantastic. No sale pressure which is a huge plus in my book. I will definitely be back in the near future.

There is a reason these people have a 5 star average review. As other people have stated the customer service and help they offer here is nothing short of 5 stars. The 3 staff members I dealt with were as helpful and friendly as could be. I drove an hour to pick up a part they couldn't guarantee they would have but would do their best to match up if they could. As impressive as the service was check them out even for riding gear, they had an amazing selection of helmets, boots, goggles, and boots.

I had a great experience at Express Powersports thanks to Rick who is extremely knowledgeable, kind and transparent with next steps and his prices. He kept his word and delivered what he promised unlike Gina Motorsports of Monee that sold us an ATV and provided us a bad experience riddled with excuses for over a month regarding why they couldn't install our prepaid plow as promised. After much stress with Gina's, we then went to Express to have the unit purchased and installed . They had the work done in less than 2 business days! Quite honestly, I should have made the entire purchase at Express from the very beginning regardless of the longer drive relative to my location. It was worth it. If you are on the fence regarding what company to choose for your motorsports needs, I invite you to read Express Motorsports' excellent reviews. They are well-deserved!

Rick and Brandon were great to deal with. Took the time to explain all the details about bringing home our new four-wheeler! If you a searching in the south suburbs, I would highly recommend going to see their inventory! We are first time owners, and have had no issues.

I would take the time if you re looking for help , advice, or anything to do with Riding equipment, riding apparel, repairs or anything like that. Talk to Rick he s very knowledgeable , kind and patient! This is the way a business should be run! He is there to help you and is very knowledgeable about all of his equipment. I can t say enough good things about this place or this man. Was always helpful always took the time to make sure I understood everything . And I m very happy to have done business with him and plan to do more business in the future with him. If you go there you can t go wrong!

Best shop in town!! New machines, gas scooters street legal, mini bikes, go-carts gas and electric, 4 wheelers for kids and adults, riding gear- alot, service department w excellent mechanic(s).. Tires etc..Definetly Recommended!
