Bought a used vehicle there today, our salesperson was Jake. Our experience was positive, Jake was very helpful and professional and helped us quickly find the vehicle we wanted and made the purchasing process quick and easy. Would recommend this dealership to friends/family.

Not gonna lie - several years ago, I had a very negative experience after purchasing a car here. Recently, I have visited the dealership twice as a client works there. It is a different place than what I remember! Friendly group from front of the building to the back - sales to service. Engaging. Conversational. Helpful. When I need a vehicle again, I will not hesitate to stop here.

Had a great experience with the service team here. My car was acting up and I had no clue how to explain what I was experiencing and everyone was so patient and kind. They looked my car over extensively, was able to look into my warranty and get some issues addressed and even worked with us on getting body work done or a quote on a replacement part. I couldnt be more impressed with the way everything was handled. Great team of people working here!

First time we started dealing with Court Street Ford was back in 2004 when we moved to the aria. At that time we owned Escape Hybrid and it has been taken there for every oil change and repair. But repairs were few. It was a great car. When the car passes 500 000 miles they took a picture of the car and my wife and for some times they had it on dealers web home page.First time we had issue with Court Street Ford was when we Purchased a used Ford Edge. I was out of town on business. We had to get a new car so I tolled my wife to find one get everything ready financing etc but not to purchase it until i test drive it. A few days later I came back home, she tolled me that she found a car made a deal for it and i need to go to Court Street Ford to test drive it. I went there tolled them that I am there to test drive the car she wants to purchase. It took them a very long time to give me the car to test drive there was a lot of whispering so I cant hear what they are saying and finally after like 30 - 40 minute we go for test drive.... Car looked ok, drove fine... I didnt like black color but i was not going to drive it so.... Also for the year and milage I felt that price was fer. I went home packed my begs and early in the morning flew out of the country... When I came back 3 weeks later I see a silver not black Ford Edge two years older then the car I was given to test drive with about two hundred thousand miles more on it to..... HOW DISHONEST IS THAT?Now a few months ago I was looking to purchase a used Ford Escape Plug in Hybrid. Now I would have never done business with Court Street Ford again BUT they were the only dealer that had one of this cars used. So i purchased it. maybe two months or so later it broke down, it was under warranty and Ford towed it to Court Street Ford. They kept it for 42 days... When I called and begged them to fix it, tolled them that I am paying for rent a car, making payments on a car and not earning any money (I drove Uber with that car for a living) I was tolled that "That is not any of their concern" After 42 days car was picked up and they didnt put everything back together the way it should be and they way it was. Also they stole my driver side floor math and left the garbage in the door packet and the back seat... when I notice that floor mat was missing and called them they played DUMB and claimed that they didnt know if it was there or not... That is what makes me think that it was taken out on purpose to get even for me calling them and begging them to finish my car.People, my advise to anyone is STAY AWAY from Court Street Ford.This people are SLIME, SLIME, SLIME! ! !

I was incredibly shocked on how great the service was at Court Street Ford. Probably one of the easiest if not smoothest deals I have ever made buying a car. Joe was very knowledgeable about my options. Said he would take care of me and what I was looking for price wise and him and his team made it happen. Great group of people at this dealership and I wish more were like this place. I have always had doubts on if I made the right call with my car purchases over the years. I know without a doubt they wowed me with this deal and I have no doubts I made the right decision buying this truck and going to them to purchase it. They put you first and work with you. So thank you Court Street Ford, not only did you do a superb job, you also sold me my dream truck I have been working so hard to get for a long time!!!

Buying a car is one of the things that I hate the most. I found myself at Court Street Ford last week. My granddaughter needed a vehicle. Our salesman was Anthony Boudreau. He made this experience incredibly comfortable. He treated us with honesty and respect. I can highly recommend this man to anyone that is in the market for a purchase.

Their service department doesn t not stick to appointment times and will get your vehicle in for service when they feel like it. The valet service they offer is not on time and will show up for your vehicle after the scheduled service time. They had my vehicle all day for a scheduled appointment for 9am for a 30 minute recall job. They didn t pickup the vehicle till 9:10am then text me about being late for my 9:00 appointment.Terrible service, communication and customer service all around. I recommend using a different Ford shop that actually values their customers.I ll also add once they returned by truck to me it was returned with the service engine light on. I brought it back and they told me for them to completely trouble shoot the problem I would need to make an appointment and pay for a service call. I had to deal with the service engine light myself. No reason they returns my truck with a service engine light on when it went to their shop with no lights on. Then have an attitude about it and tell me I need to schedule another appointment time to have it completely gone through.Worst service I ve dealt with in a long time,

Purchased a 22 F250 from them, only dealership in the country that wasn t asking over MSRP for a new truck and even let me know I had $2k in credit from Ford to use towards a new purchase.Traded in my raptor which they gave me a good trade in price on, and they even met me in Ohio vs me driving all the way to them. No time wasting, they were great to deal with and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Had a recall on my 2016 Ford Edge. Replacing two brake lines. Always friendly customer service. I waited and got my car back in 1/1/2 hours. Pretty good as I was 10 minutes late for my service appointment. Keep up the good work.

Court Street Ford was amazing!!! We traveled quite far to finally be able to test drive a Ford Maverick and it was the best experience! After looking for months we found one and loved it! Avery and the team at Court Street Ford made this such a quick process and they got us in our new truck!! Jake Snyder was AWESOME! He actually listened to what I wanted and what my needs were and steered me to the perfect choice of vehicle. I cannot recommend Jake high enough. The single best car salesman I ve ever dealt with. He never once pressured me, and answered all my questions. He knows his stuff. You need a new vehicle? Best advice, go to Court Street Ford and ask for Jake!!

After waiting 2 years for my maverick, I was swindled out of $2750 credit promised by court street ford. After my first maverick wasnt produced, ford offered a discount towards the next model year. I was ecstatic to hear. I placed my order with Ryleigh and patiently waited another year before my new truck arrived. Of course, the process couldnt be that simple. After my truck was delivered, I was informed that I would no longer receive that credit, as it was not disclosed that my package was not eligible for the discount. Court st offered no help, or even attempted to remedy the situation. And I mean, why would they? If I didnt buy it, they obviously would've been able to add a 10k to 15k markup and could sell the truck in the same month to someone else. The worst part, was the CYA Court st performed to prevent Ford from reprimanding them. Emma, my new sales person, forced me to sign a document saying that all they promised was Service with a smile . If I didnt sign, I would forfeit my truck. My true feelings and words cannot be expressed as they would be flagged by some AI and prevent this review. The only thing I will say is this- People dont buy from Tesla just because theyre all electric. They buy because they dont have to deal with scummy dealerships and equally scummy salespeople. Never again will I step foot in this dealership.EDIT #2: Court St Ford edited their response to seem more cordial than the original response they left. So when you read my below response it may not make complete sense if you read their edited reply. Since I directly referenced their original reply, you'll be able to read what they said.If there is any reason to not buy from this dealership, your reading it right now.EDIT TO RESPOND TO COURT ST FORD:It's clear you didn't read the review above and are continuing to put words in my mouth, let me explain point by point. At no point did we try to sell the vehicle out from under you. It sat for 19 days parked on our back lot waiting for you to make a decision, which in most cases we wouldn't normally do. ----At no point in my review did I say this, I did remark there was no reason for you to help as if I didnt buy, you would be able to upsell to someone else- completely different. You also held the truck because it was over 2 years since my original order. I had moved to another state and had to make arrangements to pick it up, not out of the ordinary nor out of the question. As you stated you were made aware prior to coming into the dealership that becasue you switched from a Hybrid Maverick to a Tremor Maverick that there was no model year switch over price protection due to the fact that the Tremor Maverick did not exist in 2022, when you originally placed your order. ----I was made aware a YEAR after I ordered the new model once it was delivered! When I re-placed the order with Ryleigh in 2022, I was told of the 2750 discount I would receive. It was only upon delivery that I was told I wouldnt receive the discount. That is not my fault, nor Fords. That was a mistake made by your dealership. We allowed you over 2 weeks to contact Ford Motor Company to see if they would extend the rebate to cover the Tremor model, and contrary to your statement we also contacted our Ford reps to see what exceptions could be made on your behalf unfortunately with no success. ----Thank you, your gratuitousness is immense and overflowing When you expressed your concerns the day you picked up the truck the owner of the dealership tried to reach out to you via a phone call and you never answered or returned his call. ---First, I never picked up because he calls using an unknown number. Second, I never responded back because the first sentence in his poor voicemail included I can't do much for you but at least wanted to hear your concerns. There is no reason to waste my breath again. If he really cared, he would have talked to me prior to my purchase, not just because I complained to Ford.

Had a recall just come out for my 22 Escape. I received a call offering their mobile service to perform the recall. The came the same day to my work. A great service to offer! Ben was awesome. Explained everything. Even topped off the fluids etc. Definitely recommend Court Street Ford and their mobile service!

Purchased a 2018 f150 a few weeks ago very beautiful truck 65k on odometer, downside not even 1k miles on it and ive had to throw 2+ quarts of oil in it called service department to get it checked out turns out there was a recall on the truck made the hour drive back to get it done truck was there for 2 days when i went to pick it up i got charged 300$ and was told the extended car warranty I purchased with it would not cover it(if warranty isn t going too cover things like this i would have not purchased!) never had to pay out of pocket for a recall usually things like this are free! Most importantly the so called recall that was supposed to fix the problem did nothing at all oil consumption is the same didnt do a thing got charged for an oil change even after i was told i had a free one with the purchase of the truck waste of time and money purchased truck because needed too upsize family vehicle now i have a truck my fianc� doesn t want to drive cause shes scared it will break down

If I could do a 0 star rating I would. I had my vehicle towed to court street ford for diagnosis with high hopes of getting quick, quality service that their ads and commercials rave about. As well as other customers. My car sat for almost two whole weeks and every time we would call for an update it was another excuse as to why it is still sitting there waiting to be looked at. I will never recommend court street to anybody nor will I ever go there for any other services or purchases. Very poor customer service. I will getting my vehicle towed to another ford dealership that actually cares about their customers.

CSF has always taken care of my car needs quickly- they make sure to get the repair done right the first time. I ve been going there for 5+ years with my vehicles and every time they were able to get me back on the road.The best thing is when they repair your vehicle it is fixed! No need to worry!I also have Ford rewards points and it helps with the cost of repairs!Overall I give them 5 stars because I ve been treated so good and I know they take care of their customers!DarylBourbonnais

If you want personalized service with a staff at Court Street Ford in Kankakee that cares about each client's needs and not the sale then this is the place for you. I also feel that Ford has the best-running cars in the marketplace today! I love my new Explorer and don't mind my 1 hour plus commute anymore! When I get into the car I feel safe and comfortable and love the ride! Congratulations to everyone at Court Street Ford for a job well done.
